このホテルを利用する際、必ずホテルの正式名称と所在地を確認すべきです。
盛岡駅から徒歩1〜2分程度のところにもダイワロイネットホテルがありますが、そのホテルの正式名称は『ダイワロイネットホテル盛岡駅前』であり、このホテルではありません。ダイワロイネットホテル全体で顧客情報を共有しているからか、もし間違っても『ダイワロイネットホテル盛岡』の場所と行き方を教えてくれますが、送迎バス等があるわけではありません。チェックインが夜遅くで、名称によるホテルの間違いを指摘されると、ウンザリしてしまうでしょう。スーツケースなど、大きな荷物を持っていると尚更だと思います。
ホテルの設備そのもの、及びスタッフの接客対応は良好で、申し分はありません。繁華街が近いものの、客室の防音状況は充分であり、特に夜間の繁華街の喧騒はほとんど聞こえません。また、繁華街に近いため（特に夜食のための）飲食店は多く、またコンビニエンスストアも複数店舗あるため、食事に困ることはありません。一方で、客室からの眺めはあまり期待しすぎない方がいいでしょう。
客室への入室には、専用のカードキーを使用します。このカードキーは、エレベーターで目的の客室フロアに行くためにも使用されるため、セキュリティ面も充実しています。
ホテルとしては非常に利用しやすいのですが、上述の通り酷似したホテル名があるため、宿泊の際には充分に注意が必要です。

The hotel facilities themselves and the customer service of the staff are excellent and impeccable. Although the hotel is close to downtown, the soundproofing in the rooms is adequate, and one can hardly hear the bustle of the downtown area, especially at night. In addition, because of its proximity to downtown, there are many restaurants (especially for evening meals) and several convenience stores, so there is no need to worry about dining. On the other hand, you should not expect too much from the view from your guest room.

山形駅西口のスーパーマーケット『マックスバリュ』の1階にあるうどん屋です。多くのうどんチェーン店でも見られる注文プロセスと全く同じで、まず注文カウンターでうどんを注文し、会計の過程で天ぷら等のトッピングを自分でチョイスし、最後に会計を済ませてから食事をします。食後の食器は専用の返却カウンターに返却します。
スーパーマーケットのフロアの一角に店があるため、店の敷地としては広くはなく、席数も20席程度と多くはありません。一方で、席の配置に狭苦しさはほとんどありません。4人用のテーブル席もあるものの、利用者のほとんどは単身者あるいは少人数であり、客の回転も悪くなく、ランチタイムでも必要以上に待たされることなく食事が出来ると思います。
スタッフも、笑顔ではきはきと受け答えしており（空いている時間帯だからかもしれませんが）、好印象でした。

Since the diner is located in a corner of a supermarket floor, the premises are not large, and the number of seats is not large (about 20). 入り口付近に設置されている券売機で食券を事前に購入する必要があります。入り口を入って右にテーブル席が1つありますが、それ以外はカウンター席です。客席後ろの通路はそれほど広くなく、また出入り口には段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。
店名にもある通り、スープには煮干しをメインとした出汁が使われおり、濃厚な味わいを彷彿させる見た目をしていますが、比較的あっさりとしており、魚介臭さもほとんど無く、また後味もほとんど残らない、という味付けだと感じました。ガッツリとした濃厚な味を楽しむには物足りなさを感じますが、飲み会などの酒宴後の胃に優しい一杯を食べる目的としては丁度いいかもしれません。
スタッフの接客対応も、どの客にも一様につかず離れずの程よい距離感を保った接客で好印象でした。

The staff's customer service also left a good impression, as they maintained a good distance from all customers.

白石市市街地の小高い丘陵に建てられた、仙台藩家臣・片倉氏の居城である。城としての見どころは、主に城門（大手二ノ御門）と櫓（三階櫓）で、いずれも1995年に復元された。麓から櫓までの道は整備されており急な坂でもないため、誰でも登城出来るようになっている。
三階櫓は有料（大人：400円、子供：200円）であるが、櫓内には、城の沿革・発掘史料・城主一族の遺品などの展示は一切無い。復元された櫓ではあるが、可能な限り史実に忠実に復元されているため、木材は新しくも往年の白石城の面影を知ることが出来る。それでも、やや割高に感じることは否めない。片倉氏の遺品や書状などの史料は、隣接する『白石城歴史探訪ミュージアム』に展示されている。
櫓への道程は整備されているものの、櫓内にはエレベーター等は設置されておらず、内部の昇降は階段のみであるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用は不向きだと思う。
各建物の歴史的な価値はさておき、公園としての整備は申し分なく、散策の場としては最適な場所であるように思う。

The castle was built on a small hill in downtown Shiroishi City and was the residence of the Katakura clan, vassals of the Sendai Clan. The main attractions of the castle are the gate (Ote Ninomimon) and the turrets (Sankai Yagura(Three-story turret)), both of which were restored in 1995. The path from the foot of the castle to the turrets is well maintained and not too steep, so anyone can climb up the hill.
The three-story turret requires a fee (400 yen for adults and 200 yen for children), but there are no exhibits inside the turret, such as the history of the castle, excavated historical materials, or artifacts of the castle's lord and his family. Although the turret is a reconstruction, it has been restored as faithfully as possible to historical accuracy, so although the wood is new, visitors can still get a feel for the Shiroishi Castle of yesteryear. Even so, one cannot deny that it's a bit expensive. The historical materials of the Katakura clan, such as their belongings and letters, are exhibited in the adjacent "Shiroishi Castle History Exploration Museum".
Although the path to the turrets is well maintained, there are no elevators or other facilities inside the turrets, and the only way up or down is by stairs, making it unsuitable for wheelchairs or other handicapped visitors.
On the other hand, aside from the historical value of each building, the park is well maintained and seems to be an ideal place for a stroll.

新居浜駅から徒歩で5分程度のところにある、住宅街にあるラーメン店です。テーブル席とカウンター席、合わせて20席も満たない小さなラーメン店ですが、主に周辺に住む住民に愛されているラーメン店であるように見受けられます。
各席にあるメニューから食べたい料理を選び、スタッフを呼んで注文するスタイルのラーメン店です。煮干しやカツオの出汁を使った魚介系のスープが特徴ですが、魚介系の香りやクセのある味付けはそれ程強くないように思います（カツオ出汁のスープは魚粉を使っているため、味付けに魚介系のクセが少し強く、好みが分かれるかもしれません）。
このラーメン店の特徴として、白味噌のラーメンを注文すると、出汁に使用される白味噌が小皿で給仕されるところです。好みの量・タイミングで白味噌を溶かしながら食べるため、あっさりめの味付けから濃厚な味付けまで、様々な味を楽しむことが出来ます。
スタッフの接客も、白味噌の溶き方等を丁寧に教えてくれるなど、終始良好でした。

The style of this ramen diner is to select the dish you want to eat from the menu at each seat and call the staff to place your order. The soup is characterized by a seafood broth made from dried sardines and bonito stock, but the seafood aroma and peculiar flavor do not seem to be that strong (the bonito broth soup is made from fishmeal, which gives the soup a slightly strong seafood flavor and may be to different tastes).
One of the unique features of this ramen diner is that when you order the white miso ramen, the white miso used for the broth is served in a small dish. You can enjoy a variety of flavors, from light to rich, as you dissolve the white miso in the amount and timing of your choice.
The staff was very attentive and helpful from start to finish, politely showing us how to dissolve the white miso.

カフェが併設されているベーカリーです。小田原駅の構内にあるため、電車や新幹線を降りてからのアクセスの場合、悪天候を気にすることなく利用できます。
小田原駅の北口側という、商業施設が多い南口と逆側の出口付近にあることから、平日・休日問わず利用者もそれほど多くはなく、少なくとも行列が出来ることはほとんどありません。加えてスターバックスが隣接されており、カフェの利用としてはスターバックスを利用する客が多いことから、併設するカフェの利用客はさらに少ないことが多いです。それもあってか、カフェの利用時に注文から給仕まで必要以上に待たされることは少なく、逆にその状況をうまく利用してゆったりと過ごす客も見受けられます。
注文カウンターであらかじめドリンク等を注文する必要があります。料理やドリンクが出来上がると注文カウンターにてそれらを受け取り、退店時には返却カウンターに食器やトレイなどを返却します。ベーカリーで購入したパンは、カフェでも購入することが出来ます。パンの他にもピザやカレーなどの料理のメニューも豊富にありますが、盛り付け・味付けともに奇を衒ったところはありません。やはりパンがメインのお店であるため、料理は至って典型的でシンプルに整えられている、という印象です。

箱根湯本駅から徒歩3〜4分程度のところにある中華料理店です。平日休日問わずランチタイムは混雑し、1階と2階の2階構成の客席フロアに40〜50席の客席があるにもかかわらず、毎日のように長蛇の列が出来る程の人気ぶりです。その人気にあやかろうと、外国人観光客の利用も多く見られます。2階は、テーブル席の他お座敷席があります。
創業は大正元年で、建物自体の修復は何度かされているものの、建物の外装や内装は大正期や昭和初期のカフェなどに見られるモダンな雰囲気を今でも漂わせています。創業から手打ちの自家製麺に拘り、店頭の窓から麺を打っている様子が観察できます。
一方で給仕される料理は、種類こそ豊富であるものの、他の中華料理店にも見られるものが多数です。見た目や盛り付けも奇を衒ったところはなく、それは味付けも同様です。各料理の価格も特筆するほど高くもなく安くもありません。このレストランの高い人気は、物珍しさではなく、シンプルでもしっかりと拵えられた料理を安心して食べられる、というところにあると思います。中華料理であるものの一品一品決して重すぎることは無く、単身もしくは少人数で利用してもペロリと平らげられるでしょう。勿論、大人数でシェアして食べることもアリだと思います。トッピングを含め、様々な組み合わせで料理を堪能することが出来るのが、このレストランの魅力の一つかもしれません。

This Chinese restaurant is located about a 3-4 minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station. The restaurant is crowded at lunchtime on weekdays and holidays, and although there are 40 to 50 seats on the first and second floors, the restaurant is so popular that a long line of customers forms every day. The second floor has table seating as well as tatami room seating.
Although the building itself has been restored several times, the exterior and interior of the building still have the modern atmosphere seen in cafes of the Taisho and early Showa periods. Since its founding, the restaurant has been committed to handmade, homemade noodles, and you can observe the noodle-making process from the storefront window.
On the other hand, the dishes served, while varied, are many of those found in other Chinese restaurants. The appearance and presentation of the dishes are not eccentric, and neither is the seasoning. The prices of the dishes are neither too expensive nor too cheap. The popularity of this restaurant lies not in its unusualness, but in the fact that you can enjoy simple but well-prepared dishes with peace of mind. Although it's Chinese cuisine, each dish is not too heavy and can be easily consumed by a single person or a small group. Of course, it's also possible to share the dishes with a large group. One of the charms of this restaurant may be that you can enjoy the dishes in various combinations, including toppings.

大田区の景勝地の一つ。日本画家のアトリエ、料亭を経て、現在の梅園として整備された。
園内には茶室が二棟、和室が一棟ある（いずれも利用するには予約が必要）が、それらを利用せず周遊するだけであれば、30分程度で周遊できるくらいの規模の梅園である。入園料も100円であるため（6歳未満、65歳以上、障碍者は無料）、梅の花が咲いていなくても、ちょっとした散策にはピッタリの公園だと思う。
『梅園』という名前があるため、梅の花が咲く2月から3月頭にかけては多くの人で賑わう。一方でそれ以外の季節は土日でも空いている。しかし園内は梅だけでなく牡丹や躑躅などが植えられており、四季折々の花々を楽しめるため、梅の花が咲く季節しか訪れないのは少し勿体ない気もする。逆に空いている時期を選び、茶室で気心の知れた友人たちとのんびり過ごすのもいいだろう。
梅の花を見下ろすように鑑賞する高台もあるが、昇降は階段のみであるため、障碍を持つ方は下から見上げるように梅の花を観賞するのみとなる。それでも白梅・紅梅等様々な品種の梅が植えられているため、誰でも楽しむことが出来る。一方で、国道1号線（第二京浜国道）が近くを通っているからか、平日休日を問わず車の往来の喧騒が聞こえてくる（非常に耳障り、という程ではないにせよ）。

There are two teahouses and a Japanese-style room in the garden (reservations are required to use either of them), but if you just want to tour around the garden without using them, you can tour the garden in about 30 minutes. Admission is 100 yen (free for those under 6 years old, over 65 years old, and the physically challenged), so even if the plum blossoms are not in bloom, the park is perfect for a short stroll.
Because of its name "Plum Garden (梅園)", it's crowded with many people from February to early March, when the plum blossoms are in bloom. On the other hand, the park is empty on weekends during the rest of the year. However, the park is not only filled with plum blossoms, but also peonies, azaleas, and other flowers of the four seasons, so it seems a bit of a waste to visit only when the plum blossoms are in bloom. On the other hand, it would be a good idea to choose an empty season and spend a relaxing time in the tea ceremony room with friends who know each other well.
There is a raised platform from which visitors can look down on the plum blossoms, but as the only access is by stairs, visitors with disabilities can only look up at the blossoms from below. Even so, there are various varieties of white and red plum trees planted here, so anyone can enjoy the ume blossoms. On the other hand, the hustle and bustle of traffic can be heard on weekdays and holidays, perhaps because National Route 1 (Daini-Keihin National Highway) runs nearby (although it's not so loud as to be extremely deafening).

『柴又帝釈天』という通称で知られる日蓮宗の寺院であり、柴又の観光名所の1つである。江戸時代から多くの参拝客で賑わっていたが、今日の多大な人気ぶりは、映画『男はつらいよ』の舞台の一つとなったことが挙げられる。
この寺院の最大の特徴は、境内にある全ての建物の柱や梁等に刻まれている、非常に緻密で美しい装飾彫刻にある。二天門や帝釈堂にも素晴らしい装飾彫刻があるが、彫刻ギャラリーとして整備されている、帝釈堂内殿の壁に刻まれた装飾彫刻は、法華経説話を基としており、各説話の解説が床面に張られているものの（日本語及び英語）、その意味が分からなくても装飾彫刻の素晴らしさは目を見張るものがある。外国人観光客の鑑賞者も多く、一様に食い入るように見入っていた。
前述の彫刻ギャラリーは有料で、拝観チケット購入するとそのチケットで境内の庭園『邃渓園』にも立ち入ることが出来る、もっとも庭園内への立ち入りは禁止されているが、庭園を囲むように設けられた屋根付き廊下から庭園を見学することが出来る。庭園自体は比較的広いものの、廊下からの見学のみであるため、周遊自体は30分と要さない。大客殿側の廊下に、庭園をじっくり眺めるための椅子が設けられているが、寺院の周囲のマンションなどが目に入ってしまうため、少し残念に感じるかもしれない。
上記の、彫刻スペースや庭園を含めた有料のゾーンを含めると、境内の全てを周遊するのに1時間以上を要するが、無料のゾーンであれば30分と要さない。寺院をじっくり見て回って楽しむのであれば、有料ゾーンも含めて周遊することをお勧めする。

Known by the common name "Shibamata Teishakuten," this temple of the Nichiren sect of Buddhism is one of Shibamata's most popular tourist attractions. The temple has been crowded with worshippers since the Edo period, in addition, its great popularity today can be attributed to the fact that it was one of the locations for the movie "Otoko wa Tsuraiyo".
The temple's most distinctive feature is the extremely detailed and beautiful decorative carvings on the pillars, beams, and other parts of all the buildings on the temple grounds. The Nitenmon Gate and Teishakudo Hall also have wonderful decorative carvings, but the decorative carvings on the walls of Teishakudo's inner hall, which is maintained as a sculpture gallery, are based on the stories of the Lotus Sutra, and although explanations of each story are posted on the floor (in Japanese and English), even without understanding the meaning, the decorative carvings are spectacular. Many foreign tourists were also viewing the exhibition, and they were all gaping at it.
The aforementioned sculpture gallery is fee-based, and if you purchase a visit ticket, you can also use the ticket to enter the garden "Suikei-en" in the precincts of the temple. Although the garden itself is relatively large, it does not take more than 30 minutes to tour the garden, as it can only be viewed from the corridor. There are chairs in the corridor on the side of the Main Guest Hall for viewing the garden, but you may feel a little disappointed because you can see the condominiums around the temple.
Including the fee-based zones such as the sculpture space and the garden, it takes more than one hour to tour the entire temple grounds, but it takes less than 30 minutes in the free zone. If you want to take your time and enjoy the temple, it's recommended to visit the free zones as well.

白漆喰の城壁が、まるで白鷺のような美しさを称えていながら、遠くからでも良く分かる荘厳さと実用的な堅牢さを兼ね備え、しかもそれが400年以上もの間ほとんど姿を変えていない。これだけの建築仕様は世界を見渡しても類を見ない。奈良の『法隆寺地域の仏教建造物』と共に、1993年に制定された日本で最初の世界文化遺産の1つであり、現存天守の1つでもある。
幾度となく修復作業が行われているものの、現存天守を未来にも伝え続けることを目的の一つとしているため、城内には、エスカレーター・エレベーターは勿論、照明器具やエアコンすらも一切ない。但し、昇降するための階段があまりに急であるため、足を滑らせて落ちないように可搬式の照明器具が設置されている。外からの光を取り入れているものの、それでも城内は薄暗い。夏季は、城内の薄暗さと扇風機を導入しているため比較的涼しいが、冬季は非常に寒く感じるだろう。土足での入城は厳禁で、入口で靴を脱ぐ必要がある（専用の下駄箱があり、必要に応じて靴入れの袋の貸し出しもある）。スリッパのレンタルはしなくても大丈夫だが、特に冬季の板張りの床の冷たさを考慮すると、スリッパはレンタルした方がいい。
前述の通り照明やエアコンすら設置されていないが、文化財を火災から守るためのスプリンクラーが設置されている。このスプリンクラーは極めて感度がよく、カメラのフラッシュが焚かれただけでも水が撒かれる程の感度である。城内は、ほとんどの箇所で写真撮影が可能だが、フラッシュは絶対に使用してはいけない（文化財保護のため、三脚や自撮り棒も使用が禁止されている）。
展示物の数も非常に少ないため、博物館のように城内を周遊することを期待する人には物足りないと感じるかもしれない。この城はどちらかと言えば、400年という時を経て今に伝わる姫路城の建築様式を見て学ぶための場所、と思った方がいいだろう。必要に応じてガイドのツアーに参加した方がより楽しめると思う（ガイドは姫路市内在住のボランティアだが、日本語は勿論英語も堪能である）。
前述の通りエスカレーター・エレベーターは無く、今後も設置されることはないため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできない。しかし、城外の敷地の周遊・見学であれば、介助者を随行させることが出来る。

Although restoration work has been done many times, there are no escalators, elevators, lighting fixtures, or even air conditioners in the castle, as one of the objectives is to keep the existing castle tower intact into the future. However, the stairs to ascend and descend are so steep that portable lighting fixtures have been installed to prevent visitors from slipping and falling. Although the castle is lit from the outside, it's dimly lit. During the summer, it's relatively cool because of the dimness of the castle and the installation of fans, but during the winter, it will feel very cold. Entering the castle with shoes on is strictly prohibited, and shoes must be removed at the entrance (there is a special shoe box, and shoe bags are available for rent if necessary). You do not need to rent slippers, but considering the coldness of the wooden floor, especially in winter, it's better to rent slippers.
As mentioned above, there is no lighting or even air conditioning, but sprinklers have been installed to protect the cultural property from fire. These sprinklers are extremely sensitive, so sensitive that even a camera flash will spray water. 江戸時代初期まで、里見氏がこの地を収めていたものの、改易により館山藩は取り潰しにされ、館山城も廃城となった。その後、再度館山藩が立藩したものの、天守が再建されることなく今日に至る。現在の天守は1982年に建設されたもの。
標高70m弱の独立丘陵に造られているものの、麓から天守へ登るための道は整備されているため、比較的登りやすい。丘陵周辺には高い建物がほぼ存在しないことから、天守、あるいは展望台からの眺めが素晴らしく、晴れた空気の澄んでいる日には三浦半島まで見渡すことが出来る。
天守内は土足厳禁で、靴は入口の下駄箱に預ける必要がある。天守内の展示は、安房国（現在の千葉県南部）を舞台にした長編小説『南総里見八犬伝』の浮世絵などが展示されており、浮世絵・江戸時代の文芸に興味を持つ人は是非ともお勧めしたい。現代のファンタジー小説や漫画・アニメの一部のジャンルは、『南総里見八犬伝』の影響を大いに受けているものもあるから、そういった作品と比較しながら鑑賞するといいだろう。
一方で、天守内の展示物は全て撮影禁止であり、また館山城あるいは館山藩にまつわる発掘史料・書簡・刀や鎧などの武具の展示は一切ない。これらの史料は館山市立博物館の本館に展示されていることに注意が必要である。加えて、これらの展示物の説明文はほぼ日本語のみである。浮世絵は勿論、『南総里見八犬伝』を題材とした歌舞伎・二次創作は、海外からの観光客にも非常に人気が高いため、彼らにとってはやや物足りないか、不親切に感じるかもしれない。
天守内にはエレベーターが無いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ人は、事前に館山市に連絡する必要がある（介助者を配置する必要があるため）。

The Satomi clan ruled the area until the early Edo period, but the Tateyama domain was dissolved and the Tateyama Castle was also abandoned. Later, the Tateyama clan was reestablished, but the castle tower was never rebuilt. The current castle tower was built in 1982.
Although the castle is built on an independent hill at an elevation of less than 70 meters, the path from the foot of the hill to the castle tower is well maintained, making the ascent relatively easy. Since there are almost no tall buildings around the hill, the view from the keep or the observatory is spectacular, and on a clear day, you can see as far as the Miura Peninsula.
The keep is strictly dirt-paved, and shoes must be left in the shoe box at the entrance. The exhibit inside the castle tower includes ukiyoe prints of "Nanso Satomi Hakkenden," a full-length novel set in Awa Province (present-day southern Chiba Prefecture), and is highly recommended for those interested in ukiyoe and Edo Period literature and art. Some genres of modern fantasy novels, comics and animes are greatly influenced by "Nanso Satomi Hakkenden," so it would be a good idea to view these works while comparing them with it.
On the other hand, photography of all exhibits in the castle tower is prohibited, and there are no exhibits of excavated historical materials, letters, swords, armor, or other armors related to Tateyama Castle or the Tateyama Clan. It should be noted that these historical materials are displayed in the main building of the Tateyama City Museum. In addition, the explanatory text for these exhibits is almost exclusively in Japanese. Ukiyoe, as well as kabuki and secondary works based on "Nanso Satomi Hakkenden" are very popular among foreign tourists, so they may find this somewhat insufficient or unfriendly to them.
Since there is no elevator in the keep, visitors with disabilities such as wheelchairs need to contact Tateyama City in advance (as a caregiver needs to be assigned).

新宿・歌舞伎町の区役所通り沿いにあるラーメン店ですが、出入り口に店の看板があるものの、まるで雑居ビルの小さなパブのように目立つように掲げられているわけではないため、初めて訪れる人は気づかず通り過ぎてしまうかもしれません。
店内は狭く、カウンター席が20席程度しかありません。通路も狭いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方の利用は不向きです。
この店の特徴は、特に夜間は利用者の半数以上が外国人観光客で占められている、ということです。入口に券売機があり、事前に食券を購入する必要がありますが、券売機の各ボタンは日本語表記のみで、しかも現金しか利用できないにもかかわらず、です。むしろ、あまり外国人観光客に迎合しすぎない、典型的なラーメン食堂のような雰囲気が、彼らの興味を強く引き付けているのかもしれません。
店名にもある通り、給仕されるラーメンのほとんどで、鶏白湯のスープを使用しています。スープの濃淡は、濃厚もしくは淡麗のいずれかとなりますが、濃厚スープの場合、非常にコクのあるまろやかな味わいを堪能できます。それでいて決してくどくなり過ぎず、後味も良好です。一方で、値段と比較すると盛り付けの量が少なく、やや割高に感じてしまうのは否めません。それでも、つくねや鶏チャーシュー含め、見た目も味付けもバランスよくまとめられていますので、一度は利用してみるといいかもしれません。

This ramen diner is located along Kuyakusho Street in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. Although there is a sign for the diner at the entrance, it's not prominently displayed as if it's a small pub in a small multi-tenant building, so first-time visitors may pass by without noticing.
The interior is small, with only about 20 counter seats. The aisles are also narrow, making it unsuitable for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or those carrying large luggage.
The diner is characterized by the fact that more than half of its customers are foreign tourists, especially at night. There is a ticket machine at the entrance, and meal tickets must be purchased in advance, even though the buttons on the machine are only written in Japanese and only cash is accepted. Perhaps it's the atmosphere of a typical Japanese-style ramen diner, which does not pander too much to foreign tourists, that attracts their interest so strongly.
As the name of the diner suggests, most of the ramen served uses chicken broth  white soup. The soup can be either thick or light, but in the case of the thick soup, you will enjoy a very rich and mellow flavor. The thicker soup has a very rich and mellow flavor, yet it is not overly rich and has a pleasant aftertaste. On the other hand, the serving size is small compared to the price, and it's undeniable that it's a bit expensive. Still, it's a good idea to try it at least once, since it's well balanced in both appearance and flavor, including the tsukune and chicken chashu.

福井県勝山市で発掘された新種『フクイティタン』・『フクイサウルス』・『フクイラプトル』の実物大模型が展示されており、しかもそれぞれの模型は動いているため、それだけでも特に子供にとっては大いに冒険心をくすぐられるスポットとなっている。福井県内の様々な観光スポットの拠点、及び待ち合わせ場所として最適な場所と言える。
一方で、広場そのものはそれ程広くないため、集合人数もせいぜい50人程度であるように感じる。さらに多い人数の場合、ギュウギュウ詰めになって人の見失いが発生するばかりか、他の通行人の邪魔になってしまうことに注意が必要であると感じる。加えて、恐竜の実物大模型は記念撮影の絶好の対象となりやすく、休日の日中ともなると記念撮影のために列をなすことがあるので、譲り合って撮影することが好ましい。

This is an outdoor space located at the east exit of Fukui Station.
The full-scale models of "Fukuititan," "Fukuisaurus," and "Fukuiraptor," which are new species excavated in Katsuyama City, Fukui Prefecture, are on display, and since each model is moving, it is a spot that tickles the spirit of adventure, especially for children. It is the best place to meet and use as a base for various sightseeing spots in Fukui Prefecture.
On the other hand, the plaza itself is not that large, so the number of people who can gather there is limited to about 50 at most. If there is a larger number of people, it may become so crowded that not only will people lose sight of each other, but they may also get in the way of other passersby. In addition, the life-size dinosaur models are often the perfect target for commemorative photos, and during the daytime on holidays, people sometimes line up for commemorative photos, so it's preferable to take photos by sharing the space with others.

神戸駅から徒歩5分程度というアクセスの良さでありながら、比較的リーズナブルな価格、ホテルの目の前には県道21号線が通っており車の往来が多いものの、防音対策もしっかりしており夜間は静かに過ごせる等、かなりの好条件が揃っているホテルだと思います。神戸の中心街であり、新幹線や高速バスの利用が集中する三ノ宮から離れていることが、こうした好条件を生んでいる要素なのかもしれません。
各客室の広さは、一般的なビジネスホテルと同程度で、それはバスルームの広さや設備についても同様のことが言えます。各客室は勿論、ロビーも清潔に保たれているのは言うまでもありません。一方で、ホテル周辺の飲食店は少ないように思います。神戸駅構内にいくつか飲食店がありますが、比較的早い時間に閉店するレストランも多く、夜遅く、且つ好みの料理を食べたい場合は、三ノ宮駅の方まで足を延ばす必要があるかもしれません（逆に、そのような環境が夜間の比較的静かな環境を作り上げているのかもしれません）。ホテルの1階部分を含め、コンビニエンスストアはホテルの周辺にいくつかあるため、食料の調達には特に問題は無いように思います。
神戸観光の拠点として、比較的リーズナブルな価格で宿泊したい場合の一つの候補として最適なホテルではないかと思います。そのような環境下であるからか、スタッフの接客対応も概ね良好でした。

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Kobe Station, yet it's relatively reasonably priced, and although there is a lot of traffic on Prefectural Route 21 right in front of the hotel, it's well soundproofed and quiet at night, etc. I think the conditions are quite favorable. The hotel's location a little far from Sannomiya, the central area of Kobe where the Shinkansen bullet train and express buses are concentrated, may be one of the factors contributing to these favorable conditions.
The rooms are about the same size as those of a typical business hotel, and the same can be said for the bathrooms and facilities. It goes without saying that each guest room, as well as the lobby, is kept clean. On the other hand, there seem to be few restaurants around the hotel. There are a few restaurants in Kobe Station, but many of them close relatively early, so if you want to eat your favorite food late at night, you may have to go further to Sannomiya Station (on the other hand, such an environment may create a relatively quiet environment at night). There are several convenience stores around the hotel, including on the first floor of the hotel, so procuring food does not seem to be a particular problem.
I think this hotel would be one of the best candidates as a base for sightseeing in Kobe, if you want to stay at a relatively reasonable price. Perhaps because of this environment, the staff's customer service was generally good.

名古屋の代表的な繁華街である大須にある寺院。大須の地区の西側にあるのと同時に、商店街の端に位置するため、商店街の喧騒は寺の境内にはそれ程響いてこない。それでも商店街を訪れた客の多くが参拝客としてこの寺に立ち寄っている。俗世の雑多な雰囲気と境内の建物の朱色の荘厳さが混ざり合った雰囲気を漂わせるが、不協和音な空気感は全く無く、むしろ永き渡り庶民に深く愛され続けてきた寺であることが伺える。
境内はそれ程広くはなく、単に周遊するだけであれば30分と要さない。平日・休日問わず多くの参拝客が訪れるため、例え祭事が無くても静かで閑散とした境内、という状況は皆無に等しいかもしれない。半ば観光地化した寺でもある一方で、数多くの文化財を擁するものの、それらのほぼ全てが非公開であるため、（祭事を除き）この寺院に特別なものを期待して参拝することは控えた方がいいと思う。この寺院に参拝出来たこと、日頃の感謝を込めてしずしずと参拝するのがいいだろう。
本堂の参拝する場所への昇降は階段のみであるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方が参拝出来るように、本堂の建物の1階にも参拝出来る場所が設けられている。

The temple is located in Osu, one of Nagoya's most popular shopping districts. The temple is located on the west side of the Osu district and at the edge of the shopping arcade, so the bustle of the shopping arcade does not echo so much in the temple precincts. Even so, many visitors to the shopping district stop by the temple as worshippers. The mundane atmosphere of the mundane and the solemn vermilion of the buildings on the temple precincts blend together, but there is no sense of dissonance; in fact, the temple has been deeply loved by the common people for a long time.
The temple precincts are not that large, and it does not take more than 30 minutes to simply walk around the temple. Since many visitors come to the temple both on weekdays and holidays, you may never find the temple precincts quiet and deserted, even if there are no festivals. While the temple has become a tourist attraction, it's also home to many cultural assets, almost all of which are not open to the public, so visitors should not expect anything special from this temple (except for festivals). It would be better to visit the temple quietly, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to worship here.
Since the only access to the main hall is by stairs, there is also a place on the first floor of the main building for those with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, to worship.

銀座の中心街からやや離れたところにあるからか、1日を通してそれ程混雑した様子は見られない、小ぢんまりとしたラーメン店です。それでも『銀座にあるラーメン店』というイメージからか、日本人の利用はあまり多くなく、外国人観光客の利用が多く見受けられます。入口付近に設置されている券売機で食券の購入に手間取っている様子をよく見かけますが、ややぶっきらぼうながらもスタッフが操作方法を説明してくれるので、食券の購入に（場合によりやや手間取るものの）特段の問題は無いかと思います。
給仕されるラーメンの盛り付けや見た目には、奇を衒ったところは一切無く、いたってシンプルです。ですが様々な具材をじっくり煮込んだスープは非常に素晴らしく、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ると思います。麺は細麺ながらコシも強く噛み応えがあり、スープにもしっかり合っていました。
カウンター席が少し高いように感じ、一部の人はラーメンを食べる際に少し苦労するかもしれません。特にお子さんのカウンター席の利用は止めておいた方がいいでしょう。

Perhaps because it's located somewhat far from the central area of Ginza, it is a small and cozy ramen restaurant that does not appear to be crowded throughout the day. Even so, perhaps because of its image as a "ramen restaurant in Ginza," there are not many Japanese customers, and many foreign tourists can be seen. It's not uncommon to see customers having trouble purchasing meal tickets from the ticket vending machine near the entrance, but the staff will explain how to operate the machine, albeit somewhat bluntly, so there should be no particular problem (although it may take some time) in purchasing a meal ticket.
The presentation and appearance of the ramen served at the table is very simple, without any eccentricities. However, the soup, which is made by slowly simmering a variety of ingredients, is very good, and you will enjoy it to the very end. The noodles are thin but firm and chewy, and go well with the soup.
The counter seats seem a bit high and some people may have a little difficulty eating their ramen. It is best to avoid using the counter seats, especially for children.

秋葉原駅に隣接する商業施設『アトレ秋葉原1』の1階にあるカレー専門店です。フロア内の限られたスペースを店舗として活用しているため、店舗自体が狭く、30席程度の客席もかなり狭苦しい印象です。加えて『アトレ秋葉原1』自体が、秋葉原駅に隣接していることから、平日休日問わず混雑し、店舗の周囲の通路も買い物客でごった返しており、しかも騒々しいです。店舗の周囲は仕切りがあるものの、買い物客は、カレーを食事しているところを普通に見ることが出来る距離感であり、あまり落ち着いて食事が出来る環境ではないように思います。特に大人数での利用は全くお勧めできません。加えて、前述の通り店舗自体及び客席が狭苦しいため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方の利用もお勧めできません。
給仕されるカレーですが、あくまで見た目は『インド風』であり、主に利用する客が日本人であるからか、味付けやルーの粘性は日本人の舌に合わせているように思います。とは言え、スパイスの味付けはやや強めに感じました（過度な強さではないように思います）。トッピングも、野菜・ビーフ・ポーク・チキン等典型的なものが揃っています。
平日休日問わず混雑しているためか、スタッフの接客対応は手慣れてはいるものの、接客の質としては非常に無礼とまではいかないものの、少しぞんざいに客を扱っているようにも見受けられました。

This curry specialty restaurant is located on the first floor of Atre Akihabara 1, a commercial facility adjacent to Akihabara Station. Since the restaurant uses a limited space on the floor, the restaurant itself is small and the seating capacity of about 30 is quite cramped. In addition, since the "atre Akihabara 1" itself is adjacent to Akihabara Station, it is crowded on weekdays and holidays, and the aisles around the store are crowded with shoppers, making it noisy. Although there is a partition around the restaurant, shoppers can usually see the customers eating curry up close, and it does not seem to be an environment where one can eat calmly. I do not recommend this restaurant at all, especially for large groups. In addition, as mentioned above, the restaurant itself and the seating area are cramped, so it is not recommended for wheelchair users or people with large luggage.
The curry served at the restaurant is "Indian-style" in appearance, and the seasoning and viscosity of the roux seem to be adapted to Japanese tastes, perhaps because the customers are mainly Japanese. However, I felt that the spices were a little strong (but not overly so). The toppings are also typical, including vegetables, beef, pork, and chicken.
Perhaps because the restaurant is crowded on weekdays and holidays, the staff is accustomed to serving customers, but the quality of customer service, while not extremely rude, seemed to treat customers a little carelessly.

カウンター席が6席しかない非常に小さなラーメン店で、駅からも比較的距離があり（徒歩で行けない距離ではありません）、目立つ看板が立てられていないにも関わらず、ランチタイムを中心に長蛇の列が出来る程の人気店です。一方で深夜まで営業しており、帰りが夜遅くになり小腹が空いた時などに腹を満たす目的で利用するラーメン店としても重宝されていると思います。
入口付近に設置されている券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。店名にある通り、スープの出汁に煮干しが使われていますが、濃厚な味わいながらも煮干し特有の臭みはほとんど感じられず、クセも強くなくまろやかに仕上がっていると思います。麺は程よくコシがあり、スープが濃くても薄くてもよく絡み合っていて、最後まで美味しくいただけると思います。
空いている時間帯に利用したものの、この店のスタッフは混雑した時間帯の接客について熟知しているからか、接客対応も全く問題なく対応していただけました。

It's a very small ramen diner with only six counter seats, relatively far from the station (not inaccessible on foot), and without a prominent sign, but it is so popular that there is a long line of customers, especially during lunch time. On the other hand, it's open until late at night, making it a popular ramen diner for filling up on ramen when it's late at night and one is hungry.
You must purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine located near the entrance. As the name of the restaurant suggests, niboshi (dried sardines) are used in the soup stock, but although it has a rich flavor, the smell characteristic of dried sardines is hardly noticeable, and the taste is mild and not too strong. The noodles are moderately firm, and even if the soup is thick or thin, they intertwine well with each other and can be enjoyed until the very end.
Although we used the restaurant during an empty time slot, the staff at this restaurant is well versed in serving customers during busy times, and we had no problems at all in dealing with the customer service.

宮古空港内にあるファストフード店です。ラストオーダーが19時で、19:15閉店と、決して夜遅くまで営業しているお店ではありませんが、このお店以外のレストランが18時で閉店するため、遅めの18時以降に食事出来る場所として、利用者にとっては有難い存在かもしれません。
注文カウンターでハンバーガーやサイドメニュー、ドリンク等をあらかじめ注文して支払いを済ませ、受け取りカウンターで受け取って客席で食べるスタイルは、他のA&Wと変わりはありません。いずれのハンバーガーもボリュームたっぷりなのも、他のA&Wと同様で、言うまでもありません。少なくとも宮古島ならではのメニューは無いと思います（独自のキャンペーンなどがあれば別だと思いますが）。
オープンテラス席もありますが、空港内という保安面から、あまり景色を楽しめる席ではないことに注意が必要です。スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のA&Wと遜色無いように思います。

This fast food restaurant is located in Miyako Airport. Last order is 7:00 p.m. and the restaurant closes at 7:15 p.m. It's not a restaurant that is open late at night, but since all other restaurants close at 6:00 p.m., users may appreciate this place as a place where they can eat after 6:00 p.m., which is later than usual.
The style of ordering and paying for burgers, side dishes, and drinks at the order counter, then picking them up at the pickup counter and eating them at the seating area, is no different from other A&W restaurants. It goes without saying that all burgers are generous in volume, just like at other A&Ws. I don't think there is a menu unique to Miyako Island, at least (unless there is a unique campaign, etc.).
There is also an open terrace, but be aware that it does not offer much of a view due to the security aspect of being inside the airport. The quality of the staff's customer service seems to be on par with other A&Ws.

日本最南端の神社。まるで首里城を彷彿させるような朱色の屋根瓦は、他の神社では見ることが無く、神道の神を祀るところでありながら、琉球の文化を彷彿させる。その上、参道に建てられた木製の鳥居はどの神社でも見ることが出来るたたずまいであり、そのミスマッチな感じに違和感に感じる人も居れば全く違和感を感じない人も居るなど、人に依って神社そのものの感じ方に大きな差が出来ることはとても興味深い。
境内はそれ程広くなく、周遊するだけであれば30分と要しない。手水舎や祈祷を行う拝殿等は多くの神社で見られる構成と同じである。参道に敷かれた石畳や石垣に使われている石に、沖縄建築らしさを感じる程度で、それ以外の面でこの神社ならではの特徴はあまり見られない。祭事でもない限り基本的に空いており、気軽に参拝できるのもこの神社の魅力の一つと言える。

The southernmost shrine in Japan. The vermilion roof tiles, reminiscent of Shurijo Castle, are not seen in other shrines and are reminiscent of Ryukyuan culture, even though the shrine is dedicated to Shinto deities. The wooden torii gate on the approach to the shrine is a sight that can be seen at any shrine, and it's interesting to note that some people feel uncomfortable with the mismatch, while others do not feel at all.
The shrine precincts are not that large, and it does not take more than 30 minutes to walk around. The stone pavement along the approach and the stones used for the stone wall are typical of Okinawan architecture, but other than that, there are not many features unique to this shrine. The shrine is basically empty unless there is a festival, and one of the charms of this shrine is that it is easy to visit.
