鯛を出汁に、塩もしくは醬油スープのラーメンが堪能できるお店です。鯛を出汁にしているものの決して強調しすぎるこ... 続きを読むとはなく、すっきりとした味わいですがじんわりとスープの味が口の隅々まで行き渡るような味付けです。トッピングを含め盛り付けも美しいため、特に女性に好まれるラーメン店だと思います。麺はツルツルとした喉越しで、しっかりと弾力もあります。トッピングはあくまで見た目を美しくするための脇役的な役割程度に盛り付けられており、特に特筆すべき味付け等は無いと思いました。 入口付近に設置されている券売機で食券を購入する必要があります。カウンター席とテーブル席が合計で30席程度です。入口に段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。 You can enjoy ramen noodles in either a salt or soy sauce broth with a dashi broth made from sea bream. Although the broth is made from sea bream, it's not overpowering, and the flavor of the broth is clean and refreshing, but the taste gradually permeates every corner of the mouth. The toppings are beautifully arranged, making this a ramen restaurant especially popular among women. The noodles are smooth and elastic. The toppings play only a supporting role in making the dish look beautiful, and there are no special flavors to be noted. You need to purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine located near the entrance. There are a total of about 30 seats at the counter and tables. Because there are steps at the entrance, wheelchair users may find it somewhat difficult to use the restaurant. 閉じる
