スパゲティ専門の大衆食堂、といった感じのレストランです。カウンター席のみで、おしゃれな内装から料理の盛り付けや味付けに拘っていそうな印象を覚えますが、あまり期待しない方がいいかもしれません。盛り付け・味付け共に、大衆食堂で提供されるスパゲティとほとんど遜色ありません。
入口にある券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。品川駅という非常に人の往来が多い駅構内のレストランだけあって、平日休日問わず混雑し、店外に行列が出来ることもしばしばあります。
スタッフの接客対応の質は概ね良いものではありますが、給仕の質やタイミングはかなりのバラつきがあります。効率的に調理と給仕をするために、多くの注文が寄せられた料理を優先的に調理・給仕し、注文数が少ない料理は後回しにされることが多々あります。そのため、入店が早かったにも関わらず給仕のタイミングが非常に遅いこともあり、それが不満に感じる場合もあることに注意が必要です。
