山形駅西口から徒歩2〜3分のところにあるビジネスホテルです。
ビジネスホテルそのものとしての機能は、他のホテルと遜色なく、部屋の広さ、アメニティ、清潔さ、全てにおいて標準的だと思います。一方で山形駅西口はとても静かで、特に夜は静かにひと時を過ごすには最適だと思います。部屋数の多さと比べるとエレベーターが2基というのはやや心許なさを感じますが、特段フロアの到着が遅い、と感じることはありませんでした。私が利用した際は、幸いにも隣の客室等でうるさく騒いでいる客はいませんでしたが、客室間の壁はやや薄いように感じられ、音が漏れ聞こえてしまう可能性があることにも注意が必要です。
一方で、ホテル周辺には飲食可能なレストランはかなり少なく、山形駅東口の繁華街を利用する方がいいかもしれません。コンビニエンスストア及びスーパーは近隣にあるため、食料の調達には困らないでしょう。
休日でも思ったほどの混雑した客の利用状況ではなかったからか、スタッフの接客対応には一様に余裕が見られ、丁寧な接客をしていたように見受けられました。

This is a business hotel located just a 2 - 3 minute walk from Yamagata Station's west exit.
As a business hotel, its facilities are on par with others, offering standard room sizes, amenities, and cleanliness. The west side of Yamagata Station is very quiet, making it an ideal place to relax, especially at night. The hotel has two elevators, which may seem insufficient compared to the number of rooms, but I did not experience significant delays. Fortunately, during my stay, I did not encounter noisy guests, but the walls between rooms seem somewhat thin, so sound might travel between rooms.
One drawback is the limited number of restaurants nearby. It might be better to go to the entertainment district on the east side of Yamagata Station for dining options. However, there is a convenience store and a supermarket nearby, so getting food should not be an issue.
Even on weekends, the hotel was not overly crowded, and the staff seemed relaxed, providing polite and attentive service.

早川駅から徒歩10分程度のところにある商業施設『TOTOCO小田原』の1階にあるデザート専門店です。テイクアウト専用の店で、ほとんどの利用客は『TOTOCO小田原』でショッピングや食事を済ませた後にそこから離れる直前の最後に立ち寄る店として利用しているように見受けられます。建物の外に数脚のベンチがあり、そこで購入したスイーツを食べている客も見られますが、ベンチはこの店の専用スペースではありません。
目玉商品は『プリン』と『ソフトクリーム』で、店名に『漁港』とあるものの魚介類の要素は一切なく、あくまでトッピング類の着色で小田原の海やそこに住む魚介類を表現しているだけです。いずれもきつめの着色ではなく、穏やかな海の景色を彷彿させるような淡い色合いで、味だけでなく見た目も穏やかになれると思います。
一方で、ソフトクリームはラインナップによっては見た目の奇抜さを楽しめます。ソフトクリームに最中がトッピングされているのですが、その最中が小田原城を模しているものもあります。他にも、しらす揚げやキャビアがトッピングされているものもあり、話題に事欠かないでしょう。土産話の一つに購入してみるのもいいかもしれません。

It’s a takeout-only shop, and most customers seem to stop by as their last visit before leaving "TOTOCO Odawara" after shopping or dining. There are a few benches outside the building where some people enjoy their desserts, but these benches are not exclusive to the shop.
The shop's signature items are pudding and soft serve ice cream. Despite the name including "fishing port", there are no seafood elements in the desserts. Instead, the toppings are colored to represent the sea of Odawara and its marine life. The colors are not overly intense but rather soft and calming, resembling a serene ocean view, making the desserts visually soothing as well.
Some soft serve options, however, offer a more eye-catching presentation. A monaka wafer is used as a topping, with some designs shaped like Odawara Castle. Other unique varieties include toppings like fried shirasu (whitebait) or caviar, making them perfect for conversation starters. Trying one could be a fun and memorable experience to share as a travel story!

金沢駅から徒歩3分程度のところにあるホテルです。周辺のホテルと比較してもかなりの格安で宿泊できるホテルですが、その代わり部屋はかなり狭く、体格が大きい人であればかなり窮屈に感じるでしょう。部屋によっては窓から新幹線が通り過ぎる様子を見ることが出来ますが、別の部屋では窓の外は隣のビルの壁だけ、ということもあり、もしその部屋に宿泊した場合は一層窮屈に感じるかもしれません。それはそれとして割り切って、ホテルそのものを楽しむより金沢の旅の拠点として利用した方がいいと思います。
部屋だけでなくロビー含め全てにおいてシンプルに設計されています。余計な装飾がなく、チェックインやチェックアウトも自動化されているため、フロントにも最低限のスタッフしか常駐していません。スタッフの接客対応もかなりシステム化されているものの、特段不愉快に感じる接客ではありませんでした。
注意点としては、このホテルの出入口は線路側、というところです。ホテルの東側の方が道路の幅が大きく、そちらに出入口があるものと思うかもしれませんが、実際にホテルの東側には出入口はありません。また出入口の通路も狭く（すれ違うことが出来る程度の幅はあります）、大人数が集団で行き来出来るだけの幅は無いことに注意が必要です。

Given these conditions, it’s best to use this hotel as a simple base for exploring Kanazawa rather than expecting a luxurious stay.

There are no unnecessary decorations, and both check-in and check-out are automated, meaning the front desk is minimally staffed. While the customer service is highly systematized, it does not come across as unpleasant or unwelcoming.
One important point to note is the location of the hotel entrance - it’s on the side facing the train tracks. Since the east side of the hotel faces a wider road, you might assume the entrance is there, but there is no access from that side. Additionally, the entrance pathway is relatively narrow - wide enough for people to pass each other, but not spacious enough for large groups to move through at once.

白い砂浜にたたずむ海の家をイメージした、シンプルでスタイリッシュな内装のカフェです。様々なトッピングのハワイアンパンケーキが主なメニューですが、ロコモコやポキをはじめ、色とりどりの野菜や肉料理、ガーリックシュリンプ等の料理も堪能できます。
パンケーキはまるでスフレオムレツのようなとろりとした柔らかさでした。街中などで見られるハワイアンカフェのパンケーキには、ココナッツミルクの独特な味や香りがすることが多く、好みが分かれる場合がありますが、このカフェはそうではなく、ストロベリーやチョコレートなど、どんなトッピングも合うように作られているため、パンケーキ自体は甘さ控えめ、誰でも美味しく食べられると思います。
注文・調理・配膳・会計など、少人数で切り盛りしているため、注文から給仕まで時間を要することが多いです（勿論、各サービス自体は非常によく、申し分はありません）。出入口には段差があり、しかも扉は手動で開閉する形式であるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はあまりお勧めできません。中津駅から徒歩5〜6分の場所にあり、且つ駐車場も広めに設計されているため、アクセスはいいと思います。

Located a 5 - 6 minute walk from Nakatsu Station, the cafe also has a spacious parking area, making it convenient to visit by car.

非常に落ち着いた雰囲気の、小ぢんまりとしたカレー専門店です。窓が小さいため外からの採光が少なく、ランチタイムでもやや暗めの落ち着いた雰囲気を醸し出しています。各客席の間隔も敢えて狭めに設定されていることから、大声でおしゃべりしながら食事をする客は皆無に等しく、それも落ち着いた雰囲気を醸成している一つの要因になっているのかもしれません。
熱々の鉄板にクッキングシートを敷き、そこにライス・ルー・トッピング類を盛り付けて給仕されます。ルーはとろみは少ないですが決してしゃばしゃばした水っぽさはなく、ライスやトッピングに絶妙に合うような食感に仕上がっていると思います。注文時に好みの辛さに調節することができ、辛さの調節がなくても決して刺激的な辛さではなく、辛いものが苦手な人でも充分に美味しく食べられるのでは、と思います。
丁寧に拵えられているように見受けられるため、注文から給仕までやや時間を要します。ランチタイムなど混雑する時間帯では一層の時間を要する場合があるため、時間に余裕をもって利用するといいでしょう。
出入口がやや狭いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと思うかもしれません。スタッフの接客対応は概ね良好でした。

Due to its small windows, natural lighting is limited, creating a slightly dim and tranquil ambiance even during lunchtime. The seating is intentionally arranged with narrow spacing between tables, which discourages loud conversations. As a result, the restaurant maintains a quiet and relaxing environment.
The curry is served on a hot iron plate lined with cooking paper, with rice, curry sauce, and toppings arranged on top. The sauce is not overly thick but also not watery, striking a perfect balance to complement the rice and toppings. You can adjust the spice level to your preference when ordering. Even without customization, the curry is not excessively spicy, making it enjoyable for those who are not fond of overly spicy food.
As the dishes appear to be carefully prepared, it takes some time from ordering to serving. During peak hours, such as lunchtime, the wait may be longer, so it’s best to visit with ample time.

北赤羽駅から徒歩1分程度のところにある喫茶店です。昔懐かしの昭和の純喫茶の雰囲気、というより、そこから少しずつ次の時代に移行しつつある過渡期を漂わせた、という印象です。純喫茶に良く見られるような凝った装飾はなく、素朴な雰囲気が落ち着いた心地よい空間を生み出しているように思います。漫画本が多数置かれているため、漫画を読みながらひと時を過ごすことも出来ます。
この喫茶店では、4人向けあるいは6人向けの客席しか設置されていません。にもかかわらず（私が利用した時がたまたまそうだったのかもしれませんが）単身での利用者が圧倒的に多いです。1人が4人用の客席をほぼ独占するため、広々と利用でき、しかもお喋りの声は皆無に等しいため静かに利用できます。しかしその居心地の良さが逆に客の回転を悪くしている側面もあるように思います。逆に1〜2人用の客席を設置しようにも、スタッフが老齢のご婦人が1〜2人で対応しているため、接客が困難になる可能性があるように思います。客席が全て埋まってしまっている場合は、日時を改めた方がいいかもしれません。
この喫茶店の特徴は、コーヒーの種類とパンを使用したサンドウィッチなどの料理が豊富なことです。しかもパンを使用した料理はボリュームがあり、それでいて比較的リーズナブルな価格設定であるため人気があります。奇を衒った見た目や味付けではありませんが、いずれのドリンク・料理も丁寧に拵えられていることが分かります。
前述の通り老齢のご婦人で切り盛りしているため、注文から給仕まで時間を要することが多いです。一方でとても丁寧に接客対応してくれますので、不愉快に感じることは一切無いと思います。
建物の1階にある喫茶店であるものの、出入口の扉は手動で開閉する形式で、且つ客席間の通路は狭いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。

Rather than having the fully nostalgic atmosphere of a classic Showa-era kissaten, it gives the impression of a place transitioning from that era into a more modern style. Unlike many traditional kissaten, it lacks elaborate decorations, but its simple, unpretentious design creates a warm and relaxing space. The café also has a large collection of manga, making it a great spot to enjoy a quiet read.
All the seating consists of tables for four or six people, yet (at least during my visit) most customers were solo visitors. This means that individuals can enjoy a spacious table to themselves, creating a quiet and comfortable environment with minimal conversation. However, this also results in slower table turnover. The café might not be able to introduce smaller tables, as the staff consists of one or two elderly women who may find it challenging to manage a higher number of customers. If all seats are occupied, it may be best to visit at a different time.
One of the highlights of this cafe is its wide selection of coffee and sandwiches. The bread-based dishes, in particular, are generously portioned and reasonably priced, making them a popular choice. 仙台駅東口から徒歩4〜5分程度のところにあるビジネスホテルです。仙台駅からやや距離があること、仙台駅の東口は西口と比較して静かな環境であることから、特に夜間は静かな環境でひと時を過ごせると思います。
ロビーや各客室フロア、客室内部に至るまで、典型的なビジネスホテルの作りそのもので、他の多くの東横INNと同様に1つのフロアに多くの客室を設けているため、声の大きい客がいる場合やや壁からその声が漏れ聞こえる可能性があります。それでも特段不愉快に感じることはなく、また各種駆動音も気になるほど大きなものではないため、それも特に夜間は静かに過ごせる要因にもなっていると思います。ホテル周辺にコンビニエンスストアもあるため、食料の調達にも不便は感じないと思います。仙台駅西口の繁華街からは遠くなるものの、ストレスを感じる程の遠さではないため、仙台観光の拠点として利用するには最適なホテルの1つではないかと思います。
スタッフの接客対応は概ね良好ですが、繁忙期になると多くの観光客が宿泊に訪れるため、てんてこ舞いになる姿をよく見かけます。特に自動チェックイン機の操作に手間取る宿泊客への対応に人員を割かれるところをよく見かけます。時間帯やタイミングを見計らってチェックインするといいかもしれません。
客室は、常に清潔に保たれていますが、典型的なビジネスホテルの客室と同じく、バスルーム含めやや狭いと感じるかもしれません。

The hotel’s lobby, guest room floors, and rooms follow the standard design of a typical business hotel. Similar to many Toyoko INN locations, each floor accommodates a large number of rooms, so if there are particularly loud guests nearby, some noise may travel through the walls. However, this is not a major issue, and mechanical sounds such as air conditioning or elevators are not loud enough to be bothersome, contributing to the overall quiet atmosphere, especially at night.
There are convenience stores nearby, making it easy to buy food and daily necessities. While the hotel is further from the bustling west-side entertainment district of Sendai Station, the distance is not inconvenient. This makes it a great choice as a base for sightseeing in Sendai.

ランチタイム、ディナータイムは連日長蛇の列が出来る程の人気の辛いラーメンが堪能できるラーメン店です。秋津駅に隣接する小規模ショッピングモール『エミオ秋津』内にあり、駅の改札から徒歩1分内でアクセス出来るため、平日休日問わずランチタイム・ディナータイムには長蛇の列が出来ます。比較的空いている時間帯ですらも、カウンター席の空席は2〜3席程度に留まります。
出入口に設置してある券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。但し、券売機は全て日本語表記で、且つボタンには注文するラーメンの絵がありません。辛いラーメンを提供するため、各ボタンにはどれくらい辛いかの指標が文字で表示されていますが、慣れていない人、あるいは海外からの観光客にはイメージしづらいと感じるかもしれません。事前に調べるか、店外の壁に掲示されている絵で注文メニューを判断するといいでしょう。
客席はカウンター席のみ、店内は狭く、客席後ろの通路も2人がやっとすれ違えられる程度の広さしかありません。大人数での利用、及び車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用には適さないと思います。
給仕されるラーメンの質及び種類は、他の『蒙古タンメン中本』と遜色ありません。モチモチとした食感の麺に、スープが程よく絡み、程よい後味を堪能できます。辛さも口の中にじんわり広がるような感覚で、辛味がそれ程得意ではない人でも、標準的な3辛程度のラーメンであれば美味しく食べられると思います。

Due to its popularity, there are always lines regardless of weekdays or weekends. Even during less busy hours, only a few counter seats remain available.
Customers must purchase a meal ticket in advance from the vending machine at the entrance. However, the vending machine displays only Japanese text and does not have pictures of the ramen. Since the shop specializes in spicy ramen, each button indicates the spice level in text, which may be difficult for those unfamiliar with the system or for international visitors. To avoid confusion, it’s recommended to check the menu in advance or refer to the pictures displayed on the wall outside.
The restaurant has only counter seating, and the interior is small, with narrow walkways just wide enough for two people to pass. It's not suitable for large groups or those with mobility challenges, such as wheelchair users.

西武秩父駅に隣接する商業施設内のフードコート『呑喰処 祭の宴』内のレストランの一つで、秩父名物『わらじカツ丼』が給仕されるレストランです。フードコート入口に設置されている券売機であらかじめ食券を購入します。食券に記されている番号のフードコート内で放送、もしくはフードコートに設置されているモニター上の表示が、注文した料理が出来上がったことを示します。専用のカウンターで料理を受け取り、食後は食器を専用の返却カウンターに返却します。
給仕される『わらじカツ丼』は、盛り付けも味付けも典型的且つ素朴で、このレストランならではの特徴はありません。むしろ独特な見た目や味付けではないからこそ、あれこれ考えず気軽に秩父名物を堪能できる、と解釈することが出来ると思います。
幸いにも空いている日に利用したからか、注文から給仕までそれ程時間も要さず、カツの衣のサクサクした食感、秘伝のタレの絶妙な味わいを充分に堪能することが出来ました。フードコート内で人気のレストランの一つであるため、特に休日の混雑した時間帯の場合、給仕までに時間を要するかもしれません。

This restaurant, located inside the food court "Nomi Kui Dokoro Matsuri no Utage" adjacent to Seibu Chichibu Station, serves Chichibu’s famous "Waraji Katsudon".
To order, first purchase a meal ticket from the vending machines at the food court entrance. When your dish is ready, your ticket number will be announced over the speakers or displayed on monitors within the food court. Pick up your meal from the designated counter and return your dishes to the collection area after eating.
The Waraji Katsudon served here features a simple and traditional presentation and flavor, without any unique twists. However, this makes it a great, no-fuss way to enjoy Chichibu’s signature dish without overthinking.
Fortunately, I visited on a less crowded day, so my meal was served quickly. The crispy cutlet coating and the perfectly balanced secret sauce made for an enjoyable meal. Since this is one of the more popular restaurants in the food court, expect longer wait times, especially during peak hours on weekends.

福島駅に隣接する商業施設『S-PAL 福島』の1階にある食堂です。内装や席の配置は商業施設内にある典型的な食堂そのもので、配置された各テーブルの間隔は狭く、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方やスーツケースなどの大きな荷物を持つ方はやや狭いと感じるかもしれません。
給仕される料理は、そばを中心に、ざるそば等の冷たい料理、かけそば等の温かい料理、天ぷらや卵などのトッピングなど、非常にバラエティ豊かです。一方でこの食堂ならではの特徴的な盛り付け・味付け・トッピングは見られず、典型的なそばやうどん料理が食べられる一般的な食堂、と見ていいでしょう。利用客も、福島を訪れた旅行客、というより、福島駅を利用するビジネスマンが帰りに空いた小腹を満たすために利用するのを多く見かけるように思います。
スタッフの接客対応は可もなく不可もなく、という印象でした。

盛岡駅に直結する商業施設『フェザン おでんせ館』の1階にある、盛岡のソウルフードの一つである『じゃじゃ麺』が堪能できるレストランです。出入り口付近にシックで落ち着いた色合いの紫の暖簾がかけられているため分かりやすいです。
商業施設内のフロアの一角にある店舗であるため、店舗としてはやや狭く、席数もそれ程多くはありません。席の構成も1～4人向けで、客席の配置も典型的な商業施設内の小～中規模のレストランと同程度であり、各客席の間隔もそれほど広くは無いため、大人数での利用にはあまり向かず、また大きなスーツケースを店内に持ち込むことも控えた方がいいでしょう。
『じゃじゃ麺』の専門店らしく、メインディッシュはじゃじゃ麺のみです。サイドメニューは餃子のみ、他はドリンク類と非常にシンプルであるため、「盛岡のソウルフードである『じゃじゃ麺』を楽しみたい！」という客にはピッタリのお店だと思います。各席にはじゃじゃ麺の食べ方（必ずしもその通りに食べなければならない、というわけではありません）が掲示されており、しかも英語でも併記されているため、外国人観光客にも楽しめるお店だと思います。
給仕される『じゃじゃ麺』は、脈々と受け継がれてきたものであるためこだわりがあり、奇を衒った味付けや見た目は一切ありません。しかし、もちもちとした麺の食感、好みやその日の気分によって自分で味付けを変えることが出来るため、決して飽きがくることは無いと思います。
スタッフの接客対応は概ね良好です。大型商業施設内の店舗であるため、決済時にキャッシュは勿論クレジットカードや電子マネー類も活用できます。商業施設自体は勿論、このレストランにも段差はないため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方も気軽に利用できます。但し前述の通り各客席テーブルの間隔が狭いことに注意が必要です。

The restaurant occupies a modest corner within the facility, with a limited number of seats arranged for groups of 1 to 4 people. Due to the compact layout and narrow spacing between tables, it’s not ideal for large groups. Additionally, bringing large suitcases inside is best avoided to ensure a comfortable dining experience.
As a Jajamen specialty restaurant, the menu is straightforward, featuring Jajamen as the sole main dish alongside simple sides like dumplings and a selection of beverages. This simplicity makes it a perfect spot for visitors eager to experience authentic Jajamen. Dining instructions are displayed at each table, complete with English translations, making it accessible and enjoyable for international tourists.
The Jajamen served here adheres to traditional recipes passed down through generations, with no gimmicky flavors or presentations. The noodles have a delightfully chewy texture, and diners can customize the flavor to their liking, offering a versatile and never-boring eating experience.

三峰口駅から三峰神社へ向かう国道140線の中間地点に位置する『道の駅 大滝温泉』に併設されている温泉施設です。宿泊施設は無く日帰り温泉のみの利用であり、大人で750円というリーズナブルな価格設定であることから、秩父もしくは三峰のハイキングの帰り等の休憩目的で利用するといいかもしれません。施設の名称に『温泉』とあるものの、施設そのものにエンターテインメント性はほとんど無く、イメージとしては街中の銭湯に近いです。
前述の通りハイキング帰り等の休憩目的の利用に適していますが、それでも何度も利用したくなる施設か、というとそうでも無いように思います。岩風呂と檜風呂の2つの浴場に分かれていますが、檜風呂は受付と同じフロアにありますが、岩風呂は階下にあります。それぞれの浴場に別個に脱衣場が設置されており、さらに導線が分かりづらく、少し利用者を混乱させてしまう可能性があります。階が異なるものの岩風呂と檜風呂は直接繋がっているのか、と思いましたがそうではなく、一旦浴室を出て専用の屋内の階段を利用して行き来しなければなりません。幸い階段は屋内であるため湯冷めすることはありませんが、「何でこんな構造に？」と訝しむことは間違いないでしょう。
湯の温度は檜風呂・岩風呂とも低めで（岩風呂の方が窓を開けて外の空気を取り入れている関係上やや高めの設定です）、長く湯に浸かっても湯あたりすることは少ないと思います。一方で浴室内に湯あたりを防ぐための休憩用の椅子がありません（休憩用の椅子は脱衣場にあります）。殺菌・消毒のため塩素系薬剤を使用していますが、不愉快に感じる程の強い匂いではないと感じました。
檜風呂は比較的広めに設計されていますが、岩風呂はやや狭いため大人数での利用には向かないと思います。サウナは岩風呂に併設されています。
スタッフの接客対応は概ね良好ですが、施設の構造上、繰り返し利用したくなるような温泉施設ではない、と思いました。

This hot spring facility is located adjacent to the roadside station "Ootaki Onsen," roughly halfway between Mitsumine Guchi Station and Mitsumine Shrine on National Route 140. There are no lodging facilities, only a day-use onsen, available for a reasonable price of 750 yen for adults. It’s a practical spot to unwind after hiking in Chichibu or Mitsumine.
Despite its name containing "Onsen," the facility lacks entertainment features and feels more like a simple neighborhood Sento (public bath). The layout is somewhat confusing, with two separate bathing areas: a cypress bath (Hinoki-buro) on the same floor as the reception and a rock bath (Iwa-buro) downstairs. Each has a separate changing room, and visitors must exit one bath and use an indoor staircase to switch between them. While this structure prevents catching a chill, the unusual design might leave you wondering why it was built this way.
The water temperature is on the lower side for both baths, although the rock bath tends to be slightly warmer due to better ventilation. Prolonged soaking is unlikely to cause dizziness. However, there are no chairs for in-bathroom resting; seating is only available in the changing rooms. The chlorine used for disinfection is present but not overpowering.
The cypress bath is relatively spacious, but the rock bath is quite compact and may not accommodate large groups comfortably. A sauna is available next to the rock bath.
Staff service was generally satisfactory, though the awkward layout and modest features make this facility less appealing for repeat visits. It is best suited for a short and refreshing stop during your journey.

秋葉原駅から徒歩1分程度のところにある商業施設『チョムチョム秋葉原』の7階にある居酒屋です。ビル内には複数の飲食店が入居していますが、この店を含めいずれも居酒屋あるいは夜間営業が主の店が多く、1階のエレベーターホールは夜間には集団の酔っ払い特有の鬱陶しい騒々しさでうんざりするかもしれません。一方でこの店は全て個室で、しかも各個室は壁で仕切られ、個室の出入口も引き戸になっており、他の個室からの話し声は少しは聞こえるもののほとんど気になることはなく、しっかりとプライベートスペースを保ちながら食事をすることが出来る空間になっています。
給仕される料理は海鮮料理が主体で、盛り付け・味付け共に典型的でこの店ならではの独創的なものはほとんど見られません。それはあくまで料理やお酒は（美味しいこと、少なくとも不快に思うような盛り付けではないことを前提に）楽しいひと時を過ごすための添え物に過ぎない、という意図があることを感じました。スタッフの接客対応も淡々としている部分があるものの概ね良好でした。
客席は全て完全個室であるため、単身での利用には向きません。多くの個室が10名程度の利用を前提として設けられているため、大人数での利用も可能ですが、事前に空き状況を確認した方がいいでしょう。

This izakaya is located on the 7th floor of the commercial facility "Chomp Chomp Akihabara," about a 1-minute walk from Akihabara Station. The building houses multiple restaurants, most of which are izakayas or primarily operate in the evening. The elevator lobby on the first floor can be noisy and annoying at night, often filled with groups of rowdy, intoxicated patrons.
However, this particular izakaya offers a fully private dining experience. All seating is in individual rooms separated by solid walls, and the doors are sliding partitions. While some voices may faintly carry from other rooms, they are generally not disruptive, allowing for a comfortable and private dining atmosphere.
The menu focuses on seafood dishes with standard presentation and flavor. There are no particularly creative or signature offerings, giving the impression that dishes and drinks are intended more as accompaniments for an enjoyable social gathering rather than as the main attraction.
Service was generally satisfactory, though somewhat straightforward and minimal in engagement.
Since all seating is in private rooms, the restaurant isn't suited for solo diners. Many rooms are designed for groups of around 10 people, making it ideal for gatherings. It's advisable to check for availability in advance if planning a visit with a large group.

お台場のショッピングモール『デックス東京ビーチ』の1階にあり、都道482号線沿いにあるため見つけやすいラーメン店なのですが、昼食・夕食時間帯にもかかわらず比較的空いているように見受けられます。席の構成的にカウンター席の数も多いため、客の回転も比較的早く、例え混雑していても長時間待たされるようなことはないと思います。
一方で給仕されるラーメンをはじめとする各料理は、何とも言えぬ中途半端な感じが否めない味付け・盛り付けでした。鶏白湯のまろやかさや、鶏塩のあっさりとしていながらも滲み出るコクはあまり感じられず、出涸らしのような印象を覚えました（濁りのある味ではありませんでしたが）。盛り付けも決して豪華さを演出するようなものではないものの、不揃いすぎる形状のチャーシューが何となく寂しさを覚えました。
スタッフの接客対応は可もなく不可もなく、といった感じで、距離を保ちつつやや淡白な受け答えの接客対応に感じられました。特段不愉快な対応をされたわけではありませんし、入退店の際の挨拶はしっかりされていたように思います。
レストランとしての清潔感や利用しやすさも同様に特段の問題点は無いものの、料理の質的にやや微妙なところがあるため、真っ先にお勧めするところではないと思いました。他のレストランが軒並み混雑していて、それでも小腹を満たしたい時に空いていれば利用するレストラン、という位置づけでいいのでは、と思いました。

This ramen restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor of the DECKS Tokyo Beach shopping mall along Tokyo Route 482, making it easy to find. Despite being open during typical lunch and dinner hours, it tends to be relatively quiet. With many counter seats available, the turnover is fast, so even during busier times, long waits are unlikely.
However, the flavors and presentation of the dishes, including the ramen, left much to be desired. The creamy richness expected from chicken broth ramen was lacking, and the clear chicken salt broth failed to deliver depth or savory notes, giving an impression reminiscent of watered-down soup. The presentation was also unimpressive, with cha-shu slices that looked haphazard and somewhat unappealing.
Service was neutral - neither overly attentive nor indifferent - with polite but somewhat impersonal responses. Greetings were appropriately extended upon entering and leaving, but there was no notable warmth in the interaction.
Cleanliness and usability were acceptable, with no significant concerns. Still, due to the somewhat lackluster quality of the food, I wouldn't rank this as a first-choice dining option. Instead, it may serve as a decent backup when other nearby restaurants are crowded, and you’re looking for a quick bite to satisfy mild hunger.

施設名こそ『民俗資料館』とあり、確かに民具や文化財が展示されているものの、展示物の多くが安芸市出身の偉人について、もしくはその偉人の遺品等です。しかもその偉人達が活躍する時代は少なくとも明治以降で、確かに偉人たちの歴史や功績を辿ることは出来るものの、『民俗資料館』という名称から思い浮かべる展示品の違いに戸惑いを覚えるかもしれません。
展示室もあまり広くはなく、鑑賞しながら周遊するだけであれば30分程度で済みます。展示物に対する説明もほぼ日本語のみであるため、少なくとも外国人観光客としてはあまり刺激的には感じないかもしれません。そんな状況からか休日でも訪れる人は少なく、学芸員の方も（いつもでは無いと思いますが）時間を持て余していることがあり、単一の展示物について質問しただけなのに質問への回答に乗じて他の展示物への解説に誘導されることがあります。自分のペースで展示の鑑賞が出来ず少し鬱陶しい、と感じるかもしれません。

The facility is named "Folklore Museum," and while it does exhibit folk tools and cultural artifacts, most displays are centered around notable figures from Aki City or their personal belongings. Interestingly, these figures are primarily from the Meiji period onwards. Visitors can certainly trace the history and achievements of these individuals, but the exhibits may differ from what one would expect from a museum labeled "Folklore Museum."
The exhibition area is not particularly large, and a full tour typically takes around 30 minutes. Descriptions of the displays are almost entirely in Japanese, which may not be very engaging for foreign tourists. Perhaps due to these factors, the museum sees few visitors even on weekends. Occasionally, curators, with ample free time, may guide you beyond your original question about a single exhibit, enthusiastically explaining other displays. While well-meaning, this can feel slightly intrusive for those who prefer to explore at their own pace.

掛川にある、静岡県内で非常に高い人気を誇る炭火焼きハンバーグレストランの一軒です。昼食や夕食の時間帯であれば、入店だけでも最低30分は待たなければならず、スムーズに入店・食事を楽しむのであれば、その時間帯を避けて利用することを強くお勧めします。
料理の見た目こそ、他のハンバーグレストランでも見られるような盛り付けで、特段『さわやか』ならではの盛り付けは見られません。しかしその味はレストランの高い人気の通り素晴らしく、それに加えて食感は硬すぎず柔らかすぎず程よい弾力で絶妙でした。肉とソースの組み合わせも素晴らしく、全て計算されつくされたような料理だと思います。材料にこだわっているのは勿論、料理にかける手間暇も多分にあると思います。そのため、注文から給仕までやや時間を要します。空いている時間であっても、厨房では大忙しである様子が窺えました。
スタッフの接客対応も素晴らしかったです。注文の際も焼き方の提案は勿論、食後の焼き加減を尋ねてくることも忘れません。熱々の鉄板に盛り付けられる以上、油はどうしてもはねてしまいますが、必ず給仕の数分前にそのアナウンスをしてくれます。各テーブルにはスタッフを呼ぶためのブザーは設置されていないため、手を挙げるなどしてスタッフを呼ぶ必要がありますが、総じてこのレストランのサービスは素晴らしいと感じました。
レストランの立地上、基本的に車で訪れることになります。駐車スペースは充分にあるものの、特に休日の昼食時間帯ではすぐに満車になることに注意が必要です。

This is one of Shizuoka’s most popular charcoal-grilled hamburg steak restaurants, located in Kakegawa. If you visit during lunch or dinner hours, expect at least a 30-minute wait just to get seated. For a smoother dining experience, it's highly recommended to visit during off-peak hours.
The presentation may resemble that of other hamburg steak restaurants, but the taste lives up to its stellar reputation. The texture is perfectly balanced — neither too hard nor too soft, providing an excellent bite. The combination of the meat and sauce is impeccable, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. Both the choice of ingredients and the time-intensive preparation are evident. Due to this careful process, it may take a little while for your meal to be served, even during quieter hours. The bustling kitchen activity is noticeable throughout.
The service is also commendable. Staff not only suggest grilling preferences when taking orders but also check back after your meal to inquire about the cooking quality. As the hamburg steak is served on a sizzling hot iron plate, the staff always inform diners in advance about potential oil splashes. Note that there are no call buttons at the tables, so you’ll need to raise your hand to get a staff member's attention. Nonetheless, the service is overall excellent.
Given the location, most diners arrive by car. While the parking lot offers ample space, it tends to fill up quickly, especially during lunchtime on weekends, so be mindful of this when planning your visit.

三菱財閥の創始者である岩崎彌太郎の生家で、何度か修復されているものの今も尚当時の姿を現在に遺しています。
建築から200年以上経過しているにも関わらず、周辺は田んぼが広がっているからか、史跡の案内標識が無ければ今も人が住んでいる古民家の一つに過ぎない、と思ってしまうかもしれません。それ程までにこの史跡にはおおよそこの史跡ならではの特徴は多くはありません（勿論当時の建築様式を鑑賞する上では非常に貴重ではありますが）。また、安芸城址や武家屋敷群等の観光スポットより離れた場所にあり、岩崎彌太郎生家の近隣にはこれ以外に目立った観光スポットは無いため、特に外国人観光客はここに寄る機会は少ないと思います。そのような状況からか、休日でも訪れる人は多くなく、ゆっくりとスポット内を見て回ることが出来ると思います。
敷地はそれ程広くなく、周遊するだけであれば30分とかかりません。無料で利用できるものの、屋内への立ち入り、及び屋内の撮影は禁止されています。上記の通り休日でも訪れる人は多くないため、入口付近にいるボランティアのガイドの方は時間を持て余していることがあります。声を掛けたら、意気揚々とスポット内を案内してくれると思います。

The birthplace of Yataro Iwasaki, the founder of the Mitsubishi conglomerate, has been carefully restored multiple times yet retains much of its original appearance. Despite being over 200 years old, it’s surrounded by rice fields, giving it the unassuming appearance of a regular old farmhouse. Without the historical signage, one might not even realize its significance.
This site, while valuable for appreciating architectural styles of its time, does not have many standout features unique to itself. Additionally, it’s located far from other attractions like Aki Castle Ruins or samurai residence districts, and there are no major sightseeing spots nearby. As such, it’s rare for foreign tourists to visit. Even on weekends, the site is relatively quiet, allowing visitors to take their time exploring the area.
The grounds are modest in size and can be toured in less than 30 minutes. While entrance is free, visitors are not permitted to enter or photograph the interior of the house. Due to the low number of visitors, volunteer guides near the entrance often have free time. If you approach them, they will enthusiastically guide you around the site.

『絶景の城』と謳われた城址であるが、実際に天守台まで登ってみるとそこからの光景は筆舌し難いくらいに美しい。標高は100mも無く、また急な傾斜もほぼ無いため登りやすい（麓に登山用の貸し出し用の棒が置かれているものの）。登城用の道も、一部は鬱蒼とした木々に覆われているものの分かりやすく整備されており、初めて訪れた人でも気軽に立ち寄ることが出来る。
戦国時代に東側の飯山に築かれたが、現在多くの石垣を残しているのは、江戸期に建設された西側の湊山に建設された方である（飯山の方も江戸期に改修され、『東の丸』もしくは『采女丸』と呼ばれるようになった）。明治時代になると石垣を残し全ての建造物が取り壊されたが、翻れば石垣はほぼ当時のまま、ということである。日本の城の中でも石垣の造形が好きな人には垂涎の史跡の一つだと思う。
史跡として非常に素晴らしい要素が多数ある城址であるにも関わらず、訪れる人は休日でもそれ程多くない。そのため（日にも依るかもしれないが）天守台からの眺めを独り占めできることもある。贅沢なひと時を過ごすにはもってこいのスポットだと思う。
一方で頂上である天守台には遮るものが無く、風が強い日も多いため帽子などが飛ばされやすいことに注意が必要である。

This castle ruin, often referred to as a "castle with a breathtaking view," offers an unforgettable experience. The panoramic scenery from the main keep platform is truly beyond words. At less than 100 meters above sea level and with mostly gentle slopes, it’s an easy climb, even for beginners. Walking sticks are available at the base of the hill, though they are hardly necessary. The well-maintained trails, partially shaded by lush trees, are easy to navigate, making the site accessible for first-time visitors.
Historically, the castle was originally constructed on Iiyama Hill to the east during the Sengoku period. However, the majority of the stone walls visible today belong to the castle built on Minatoyama Hill to the west during the Edo period. The eastern area was also renovated in the Edo period and became known as "Higashi no Maru" or "Uneme Maru." By the Meiji era, all structures had been demolished, leaving behind the impressive stone walls, which remain remarkably intact. For enthusiasts of Japanese castle stonework, this site is a must-see.
Despite its rich history and striking features, the site remains relatively uncrowded, even on weekends. This means visitors often have the chance to enjoy the magnificent views from the keep platform in peace, making for a truly luxurious experience. However, since the keep platform is exposed, visitors should be mindful of strong winds that can easily blow away hats and other belongings.
This site is an exceptional blend of natural beauty, historical significance, and tranquility, offering an ideal spot to immerse oneself in Japan's rich heritage.

城ヶ島の南岸にある景勝地の一つです。波の浸食によって岩が繰り抜かれ、洞門が出来上がりました。かつては洞門下を小舟が行き交うことが出来ましたが、関東大震災の影響で周辺の地盤が隆起し、完全に陸化しました。このスポットは、関東大震災による地盤の隆起の名残を残すスポットの一つでもあります。
城ヶ島の景勝地の一つではあるものの、城ヶ島そのものが人気の高い景勝地であるため、わざわざこのスポットのみに焦点を充てるような観光客誘導はなされていません。このスポット専用の駐車場もありません。この洞門以外に特段目を見張るような景勝は、周囲には少なくとも視認できる範囲には無く、それもあってか休日でも大混雑するようなスポットではありません。余裕をもって記念撮影等をすることが出来ると思います。
洞門の上部は既に亀裂が入っているほどもろくなっているため、崩れるのも時間の問題かもしれません。上部は歩行禁止な上、洞門をくぐるのも禁止となっています。

This is one of the scenic spots on the southern coast of Jogashima Island. Over time, the waves carved out the rock to form a natural arch. In the past, small boats could pass under it, but the Great Kanto Earthquake caused the surrounding land to rise, turning it completely into solid ground. This spot is a visible reminder of the seismic uplift caused by the earthquake.
While it’s a notable scenic spot on Jogashima, the island itself is renowned for its natural beauty, so this particular location isn't heavily promoted as a standalone attraction. There is no dedicated parking lot for this site, and there are few other noteworthy sights nearby within visible range. As a result, even on weekends, the area rarely gets crowded, allowing visitors plenty of time to take commemorative photos at their leisure.
Please note that the arch's upper section has developed cracks and is becoming fragile, making its collapse a possibility in the future. For safety reasons, walking on top of the arch or passing underneath it’s strictly prohibited.

三浦半島の最南端に位置する島で、さながらジオパークのように、東京湾からの波や潮風によって出来た地形を興味深く観察することが出来る場所です。
ここへの移動は基本的に車ですが、公共交通機関としてバスも通っています。但し、城ケ島への直通は本数が多くないため、本数が多い『三崎港』止まりのバスに乗って、終点の三崎港からのんびり漁港を見ながら歩いたりサイクリングで行くのも手です。
島は北側と南側で様相が全く違います。北側は漁港になっており、土産物店や食堂が立ち並びますが、南側は自然の様相むき出しで、建物が全くと言っていいほどありません。東京湾からの波や潮風による浸食による海食崖が連なり、島の自然の成り立ちを見て学ぶにはうってつけのスポットが多数あります。その代わり、車や自転車などは乗り入れることが出来ません。歩き回る際の服装や靴には気を付けなければなりません。
夏は一部で海水浴が出来る場所がありますが、ほとんどの場所では海食崖は高く、さらにほぼ毎日のように波が高いため、海に飛び込んだりするとあっという間に波にさらわれます。身の安全のため、決められた場所で海水浴を楽しむべきでしょう。

The island is located at the southernmost top of Miura Peninsula. Like the Geopark, there are many interesting topographies made by erosion by waves and sea breeze from Tokyo Bay.
Basically the means to go there is car. You can use the bus as public transport to go there, there are not many services. It may be good to go on foot or by cycling from "Misaki Port" bus stop with many services.
You'll find that it is quite different on the north side and the south side of the island. The north side is fishing port, there are many souvenir shops and restaurants. On the other hand, there are few buildings on the south side. There are many strange shaped cliffs and terrain made by erosion by waves and sea breeze from Tokyo Bay. Such terrain completely refuses entry of cars. Also, it is better to avoid clothes like living in the city in order to enjoy this terrain.
Although there are some places where you can use as sea bathing, most of them are not maintained for sea bathing. Since the waves are high and the sea breezes are strong like every day, if you jump into the sea from the cliffs in interested, you may not be saved. In order to enjoy safely at the spots, you should enjoy sea bathing in the decided places.
