海鮮料理が給仕されるレストランが多い沼津港の商店街の中で、ハンバーガーを取り扱う唯一のお店です。とは言え、給仕されるハンバーガーに使用されるパティは、まぐろや金目鯛等の魚肉を使用したものがほとんどです（牛肉や鶏肉を使用した料理も少なからずあります）。
各ハンバーガーの価格は、ファストフードチェーン店よりもやや高め。見た目や、パティ以外のバンズ等に使われている具材もファストフードチェーン店のハンバーガーとほとんど変わらず、奇を衒ったところが無い分、気負うこと無く食べることが出来ると思います。パティは少しパサパサしており、ふっくらとした食感は少し失われているように感じました。まぐろや金目鯛ならではの味はかなり薄らいでいるようにも感じましたが、魚介類独特の匂いは全くせず、魚介類が苦手な人でも安心して食べられると思います。
注文カウンターで予め注文と支払いを済ませた後、番号が記された札を渡されます。しばらくすると、注文した料理が札のあるテーブルに給仕されます。食べ終わった後はトレイなどを返却カウンターに返却します。スタッフの接客対応の質は、元気でハキハキとした対応で、概ね良好だと思いました。
出入口は2か所あり、注文カウンターに近い出入り口には段差があるものの、もう一つの出入り口にはスロープがあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います。

春のバラが楽しめるのが5～6月、秋のバラが楽しめるのが10～11月頃です。それ以外の期間も入園可能ですが、勿論バラは咲いていません。園内のところどころに休憩用のベンチが設置されていますが、バラが咲いていない期間は単なる休憩スポットの一つと考えた方がいいかもしれません。バラが咲く時期、全く咲かない時期によって入場料が変わることに注意が必要です。
園内の高台には、階段だけでなくスロープも設置されているため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います。

建物の2階にあり、昇降が階段のみで、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方にとっては利用しづらいと感じるカフェですが、それを除けばあらゆる面（接客、給仕される料理やドリンク）で高い質を誇るカフェだと思います。その質の高さを維持していること、また五反田駅より徒歩1分程度というアクセスの良さから、給仕される料理やドリンクの価格は高めではありますが、ちょっとした贅沢、大切な人とのゆったりとした時間を過ごすには丁度いいかもしれません。
使用されるテーブルや椅子などの調度品が変わるわけではないのに、昼と夜とで雰囲気が異なるのも、このカフェの特徴と言えます。昼は外からの光がふんだんに取り入れられ、カフェ内は華やかな印象を醸し出しますが、夜はシックで落ち着いた雰囲気になります。時間帯を変えて利用してみるのもいいかもしれませんが、五反田の繁華街に近い関係上、夜間は少しガラの悪い客が利用する可能性があることに注意が必要です。
各席に充電用のコンセント等はありませんので、このカフェでの長時間のPC等を使用した作業には向きません。

国や自治体ではなく、東芝という一企業によって設立された科学館です。東芝がこれまで製造・販売してきた製品が展示されており、中には国内外様々な団体から顕彰された製品や技術もあり、東芝が社会・産業・家庭を豊かにするためにどれだけの規模で寄与してきたかが分かります。
『科学博物館』にあるような、身近な物を利用することで物理や化学を学ぶ、といったコーナーはほとんどありません。主に子供（小学生以下）向けのワークショップはいくつかありますが、いずれも東芝が開発・提供している最新の技術と融合したものとなっています。とは言え、これまで培ってきた技術をこれ見よがしにひけらかしたり押し付けたりする、というようなものではなく、参加者が自発的に参加したいと思えるような展示方法になっていると思います。
無料で利用できるのも、この施設の魅力の一つですが、現在は入館に際し予約が必要です。展示フロアは1つのみで、複数の展示スペースに分かれているものの、いずれの展示スペースの間にはドア等はなく、段差も無いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。何人かのスタッフが常駐し、丁寧に案内してくれます（勿論ゆっくり周回する場合は、その案内を断ることが出来ます）。一部の展示を除き、基本的に撮影は可能です。一部の展示には英語の説明も併記されていますが、ほとんどの展示は日本語のみとなっています。

It's a science museum established not by the national or local government, but by a single company, Toshiba Corporation. The museum exhibits products that Toshiba has manufactured and sold, some of which have been honored by various organizations in Japan and abroad.
There is almost no section for learning physics and chemistry by using familiar objects, as is the case at the typical Science Museum. There are a few workshops mainly for children (elementary school age and younger), but they are all integrated with the latest technologies developed and offered by Toshiba. However, the exhibits are not designed to show off or push the technologies that Toshiba has developed to date, but rather to encourage participants to take part in the exhibits on their own initiative.
Free admission is one of the attractions of this facility, but reservations are currently required for admission. There is only one exhibition floor, and although it's divided into several exhibition spaces, there are no doors or steps between any of the exhibition spaces, making it easy for visitors with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, to use. Several staff members are on hand to guide visitors around the museum (of course, visitors can decline this guidance if they wish to take their time going around the museum). Photography is generally allowed, except for some exhibits. Some exhibits have English explanations, but most exhibits are in Japanese only.

衛生面についていくつか疑問点を残すトンカツレストランだと思います。
典型的な下町の食堂、といった佇まいで、しかもほぼ全ての料理が安価で提供されるため、特にこの食堂の周辺に勤務しているビジネスマンに人気があります。とは言え、ランチタイムでも連日長蛇の列が出来る程ではありません。利用客は概ね単身者が多く、おしゃべりしながら食事をする客も多くないため、客の回転は悪くありません。
給仕されるトンカツの見た目・味付けは全て典型的で、特にこの食堂ならではの特徴的な味付け等は見当たりません。一部のトンカツレストランに見られる、トンカツを載せる金網は無いため、時間経過とともにカツの衣に水分が含まれ、サクサク感が失われることに注意が必要です（キャベツと一緒に1つの皿に盛りつけられるため、余計に衣が水分を吸いやすいです）。
一方で、床や机の一部が汚く、清掃が不十分である状態です（スタッフが少ないため、致し方ない部分はあるとはいえ）。スタッフはハキハキとした受け答えではあるのですが、衣を作る過程で、顎マスク状態で咳き込みながら（しかも飛沫が食材にかからないよう、顔を逸らすことなく）作っている様子が見え、かなりガッカリしました。
この食堂は建物の1階にあるものの、出入り口に段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。

It's a pork cutlet diner that leaves some questions about hygiene.
It's especially popular among businessmen who work near the diner because it has the appearance of a typical downtown diner, and almost all the dishes are inexpensive. However, there are not so many customers that there are long lines every day, even at lunch time. The customers are generally singles, and there are not many customers chatting while eating, so the customer turnover is not bad.
The appearance and seasoning of the pork cutlets served are all typical, and there are no special seasonings unique to this diner. There is no wire mesh to place the pork cutlets on, as is the case in some pork cutlet diners, so it should be noted that the cutlets lose their crispness over time due to the moisture in the batter (since they are served on one plate with cabbage, the batter tends to absorb moisture even more).
On the other hand, the floor and some of the desks are dirty and inadequately cleaned (although this is partly unavoidable due to the small staff). Although the staff is very friendly and receptive, I was quite disappointed to see them coughing in a chin mask during the process of making the batter (and without turning their heads away to avoid splashing the droplets on the food).
Although this diner is located on the first floor of the building, the entrance and exit steps may make it somewhat difficult for wheelchair users and other physically challenged people to use the diner.

富山駅に隣接するレストラン街『とやマルシェのれん横丁』にあるレストランの一つです。
給仕される料理は、街中にあるような典型的なラーメンで、濃厚な味わいの味噌ベースの他、あっさりとした味わいの塩もしくは醬油をベースのスープに、縮れ麺と、チャーシュー・メンマ・ネギと、スープは勿論、麺やトッピングも典型的なものばかりです。見た目は勿論、味付けにもこの店ならではの特徴的な要素は薄いですが、逆に言えば様々な人に受け入れやすいため、レストラン街で食べるものに迷った時の選択肢の一つとして考えた方がいいかもしれません。
スタッフの接客対応の質は概ね良好でした。駅に直結したレストラン街であるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できるレストランだと思います。

This is one of the restaurants in Toyama Marche Noren Yokocho, a restaurant area adjacent to Toyama Station.
The dishes served here are the typical ramen you would expect to find in the city, with a rich miso-based soup and a lighter salt or shoyu-based soup, along with noodles, chashu pork, pickled bamboo shoots, and green onions. The restaurant does not have much in the way of unique characteristics in terms of appearance or flavor, but conversely, it's easily accepted by a variety of people, and should be considered as one of the options when one is at a loss for what to eat in the restaurant area.
The quality of the staff's customer service was generally good. Since the restaurant area is directly connected to the station, this restaurant is easily accessible to people with disabilities such as wheelchairs.

岡田茂吉氏が蒐集した、主に中国や日本の東洋美術、あるいは東洋美術から世界に派生した作品が展示されている美術館です。
展示の多くが陶磁器と水墨画の掛け軸であり、そのほとんどが14世紀から18世紀にかけての近世～近代の作品です。時代や作者、作られた場所等の系統立てた展示方法、というわけではありませんが、決して雑多な展示というわけでなく、展示室の空間を巧みに活用しているため、静謐な雰囲気を漂わせています。逆に作品間の関連性をあまり表していないからこそ、各展示の作品そのものとしての美しさや価値を見出そうとしているのかもしれません。
国宝や重要文化財も多数展示されています。一部は撮影禁止の展示品もありますが、多くの場合で撮影可能（但し三脚等のカメラの固定器具やフラッシュは禁止）です。展示ケースには、反射を極力抑えたガラスが使用されているため、鑑賞スペースと展示スペースの境界が分かりづらくなっています。反射を意識せず作品を鑑賞できるメリットはありますが、鑑賞時にガラスに頭等がぶつかりやすくなっているので注意が必要です。
展示されている作品だけでなく、この美術館は、建物そのものも素晴らしい構成となっています。高台に設けられた美術館であり、入口から長いエスカレーターを使って昇降します（エレベーターもあります）。昇降の途中にある円形ホールでは、半球体の天井にプロジェクション・マッピングが映されており、それだけでもこの美術館の目玉の美術作品を思ってしまうくらいです。他にも、ガラス張りの空間、大理石の床や壁が非常に上質な空間を醸し出しており、熱海の絶景を楽しむことが出来ます。加えて美術館の敷地内には日本庭園があり、庭園内には茶菓子が楽しめる茶店もあります。
このように、単に美術品を展示している施設に留まらず、建物そのもの、あるいは日本庭園などの屋外にもゆったりとひと時を過ごせる空間設計となっている美術館であるため、是非とも一度は訪れたい美術館だと思います。
一方で、高台に築かれた美術館であるため、美術館内だけでも（日本庭園含め）アップダウンの激しい場所となっていますが、熱海駅から美術館にアクセスする上でも同様のことが言えます。熱海駅から徒歩で行けなくはない距離ですが、とにかく坂を上る必要があり、一部傾斜が急なところがあります。本数は少ないものの美術館へ行くバスもありますので、来館の際は車移動の方がいいでしょう。

The museum exhibits works of oriental art collected by Mokichi Okada, mainly from China and Japan, or works derived from oriental art around the world.
Most of the exhibits are ceramics and ink and wash hanging scrolls, and most of the works are from the early modern to modern periods, ranging from the 14th to 18th centuries. Although the exhibition is not organized by period, artist, or place of creation, it is not a chaotic display, and the skillful use of the exhibition space creates a tranquil atmosphere. On the contrary, the exhibition does not show much relationship between the works, which may be the reason why visitors can find the beauty and value of each work in the exhibition itself.
Many national treasures and important cultural properties are also on display. Although photography is prohibited for some of the exhibits, it's possible to take photographs in many cases (however, camera fixing devices such as tripods and flashes are prohibited). The exhibition cases are made of glass that minimizes reflections, making it difficult to tell the boundary between the viewing and exhibition spaces. While this has the advantage of allowing visitors to view artworks without being aware of reflections, it also makes it easier for visitors to bump their heads against the glass, so care should be taken when viewing.
In addition to the artworks on display, the museum is also wonderfully structured as a building in itself. The museum is located on a hill, and a long escalator takes visitors up and down from the entrance (there is also an elevator). In the circular hall on the way up, a projection mapping is projected on the hemispherical ceiling, which alone is enough to make one think of the museum's centerpiece artwork. The glass-walled space, marble floors and walls create a very high quality space where visitors can enjoy a spectacular view of Atami. In addition, there is a Japanese garden on the museum grounds, and in the garden there is a teahouse where visitors can enjoy tea sweets.
As described above, the museum is not only a facility that exhibits art works, but also a space designed to allow visitors to spend a relaxing time in the building itself or outdoors in the Japanese garden, making it an art museum that one should definitely visit at least once.
On the other hand, since the museum is built on a hill, there are many ups and downs in the museum (including the Japanese garden), and the same can be said for access to the museum from Atami Station. It is not impossible to reach the museum on foot from Atami Station, but it's necessary to go up the hill anyway, and the slope is steep in some parts. There are buses that go to the museum, albeit infrequently, so it is better to drive to the museum.

世界初の深海生物をテーマにした水族館であり、世界でただ一つのシーラカンスの冷凍標本が展示されている水族館でもあります。
『深海生物』がテーマとありつつも、展示されている深海生物は総展示数の半数にも満たず、また展示されている深海生物も水深200m～500mの範疇のものがほとんどです。光も届かないくらいに深い場所に生息している深海生物の展示は皆無に等しく、映像での展示に留まっています。これは、ほとんどの深海生物の捕獲が難しいだけでなく、生態が謎に包まれており、飼育が容易でないことが挙げられます。加えて生息場所は強い水圧がかかっているため、そのための環境を疑似的に整えているからか、大きな水槽を用意することが極めて難しく、展示に使用されるほとんどの水槽は小さいです。これにより、観覧者同士で密集状態になりやすく、休日の主に午前中～昼過ぎにかけて非常に混雑します。当然のことながら、イルカショー等は存在せず、沼津港内の一角に設けられた施設であるため、そもそも大規模な水槽を設置することも出来ません。迫力のある海洋生物の展示は一切期待できませんが、それでも他の水族館ではまず見られない深海生物がズラリと展示されている様相は、観る人をワクワクさせることは間違いないでしょう。捕獲どころか発見自体も極めて困難な、ラブカやメガマウスの剥製が展示されているのも魅力的です。
館内の展示スペースは1階と2階で構成されており、1階は前述の深海生物をテーマにした展示構成となっている一方、2階には冷凍標本のシーラカンス2体、剝製のシーラカンスが3体展示されています。現在、シーラカンスは絶滅危惧種に指定されており、生きた姿を間近で見ることは敵いませんが、冷凍された、もしくは剥製になった標本とは言え、実物のシーラカンスが間近で観られる機会はそうそうありません。一方で混雑具合は1階の深海生物の水槽ほどではなく、比較的ゆっくり鑑賞できると思います。
エスカレーター・エレベーター共に設置されているため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。
入館料の支払い方法は、現金もしくはPayPayのみであることに注意が必要です。全ての展示ではありませんが、多くの展示には、日本語だけでなく英語の説明もあるため、海外からの観光客でも楽しめると思います。

It's the world's first aquarium themed on deep-sea life and the only aquarium in the world to exhibit a frozen specimen of a coelacanth.
Although the theme is "deep-sea life," the number of deep-sea creatures on display is less than half of the total number of exhibits, most of the deep-sea creatures on display are in the range of 200m to 500m in depth, and there are almost no exhibits of deep-sea organisms that live in areas so deep that light cannot reach them. This is not only because most deep-sea creatures are difficult to capture, but also because their ecology is shrouded in mystery and they are not easy to keep in captivity. In addition, the habitat is subject to strong water pressure, which makes it extremely difficult to prepare a large tank, and most of the tanks used for exhibits are small. This makes it easy for visitors to become crowded with other visitors, and it is extremely crowded on holidays, mainly from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. Naturally, there are no dolphin shows, and since the facility is located in a corner of Numazu Port, it is not possible to set up a large tank in the first place. Although it is not expected to have any powerful marine life exhibits, the array of deep-sea creatures on display, which are rarely seen in other aquariums, is sure to thrill visitors. It is also fascinating to see stuffed specimens of Frill shark and Megamouth Shark, which are extremely difficult to find, let alone capture.
The first floor is dedicated to the aforementioned deep-sea creatures, while the second floor displays two frozen and three stuffed coelacanths. Coelacanths are currently listed as an endangered species, and although it's not possible to see them alive up close, it's not often that visitors have the opportunity to see real coelacanths up close, even if they are frozen or stuffed specimens. On the other hand, it's not as crowded as the deep-sea tank on the first floor, so you can enjoy the exhibit at a relatively leisurely pace.
Both escalators and elevators are available, making it easy for visitors with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, to use the museum.
Note that admission fees can only be paid in cash or by PayPay. Many, but not all, of the exhibits have explanations in English as well as Japanese, so visitors from overseas can also enjoy them.

新千歳空港では、19時に閉店するレストランが割と多いのですが、19時以降も営業しているレストランということで、夜遅くのフライトで東京などに戻る人にとっては有難いレストランかもしれません。
給仕される料理は、『函館五島軒』のメインメニューであるカレーを中心に、五島列島の手延べうどんを使用した『カレーうどん』が提供されます。老舗の洋食レストランであるだけに、じっくりと拵えられたコクのあるカレールーがうどんにしっかりと絡み合っています。
非常によくまとまった味付けではあるものの、リピートしたいと思える程の美味か、というと、ちょっと違うような気もします。空港内のレストラン、という事情もありますが、値段にしては量は少な目で、量だけで言えば物足りなさを感じますが、値段を加味すると次回以降の利用はためらってしまうかもしれません。
しかし、スタッフの接客対応も素晴らしく、決して悪いお店ではありませんので、新千歳空港から発つ前のレストランの一つ、という位置づけで留めておいてよいでしょう。

Although many restaurants at New Chitose Airport close at 7:00 p.m., this restaurant is open after 7:00 p.m., which may be appreciated by those who fly back to Tokyo or other destinations late at night.
The dishes served are mainly curry, which is the main menu item at Hakodate Goshimaken, and "Curry Udon" using hand-pulled udon noodles from the Goto Islands. As a long-established Western-style restaurant, the rich curry roux is carefully prepared and is well mixed with the udon noodles.
Although the dish is very well seasoned, it may not be quite as good as you would like to repeat the experience. Although it's an airport restaurant, the portions are small for the price, and although I feel that the portions alone are not enough, you may hesitate to use the restaurant again if the price is taken into account.
However, the staffs' service is excellent and it's not a bad restaurant, so you may consider it as one of the restaurants before departing from New Chitose Airport.

武蔵小金井駅から徒歩10分程度のところにある寺院ですが、住宅街に囲まれていることから、駅周辺等の喧騒は全く感じられず、静かな環境が保たれています。休日でも訪れる人はほとんどいません。
一方で境内は広くなく、周遊するだけであれば20分と要さないでしょう。境内には主な建物として本堂と薬師堂がありますが、ほとんどの場合で固く扉を閉ざしているため、中に入ることは出来ません。基本的にそれぞれのお堂の前で手を合わせて祈るのみとなります。前述の通り境内は広くないため、休憩用に利用できるベンチ等もありません。
一方で、春には枝垂桜、秋には白萩と、四季の花々を楽しむことが出来るお寺でもあります。

閑静な住宅街にある神社です。境内は決して狭くは無いのですが、木々に覆われ、周囲が閑静な住宅街というところもあり、日中にかけてとても静かです。神社の隣に児童公園があり、そこで遊ぶ子供の声が遠くに聞こえる程度です。また、木々がいい日差し除けになっており、真夏でもそれほど暑さを感じません。境内にはいくつかベンチが点在しているため、散策途中の休憩目的で立ち寄るのもいいかもしれません。
この神社の特徴の一つとして、穀物を粉末に挽くための生活用具である『石臼』が祀られていることです。調理に欠かせない道具がその役目を終えた後にこうして祀られていることから、如何にこの神社が人々の生活に馴染みの深い存在であるかが分かります。
『小金井天満宮』とも呼ばれ、菅原道真公を御祭神に祀っていることから、初詣の時期を始め受験の時期には受験生が多く参拝する姿を見かけます。
専用の駐車場は設置されておらず、車で参拝する場合は境内の中に車を停める必要があります。ただ、境内にも明確な駐車スペースが設けられていないことに注意が必要です。

The shrine is located in a quiet residential area. The shrine precincts are not small, but covered with trees and surrounded by a quiet residential area, it's very quiet. There is a children's park next to the shrine, and the sound of children playing there can be heard in the distance. The trees provide good shade from the sun, so even in mid-summer it does not feel too hot. There are several benches scattered around the shrine grounds, so it's a good place to stop by for a rest during a stroll.
One of the features of this shrine is that a millstone, a tool used in daily life to grind grain into powder, is enshrined here. The fact that such an indispensable tool for cooking is enshrined here after it has completed its role shows how deeply familiar it is with people's lives.
The shrine is also called "Koganei Tenmangu Shrine," and since Sugawara Michizane is enshrined as the deity of the shrine, many students preparing for entrance exams can be seen visiting the shrine during the Hatsumode (New Year's visit) and other times of the year.
There is no dedicated parking lot, so if you wish to visit the shrine by car, you must park your car inside the shrine grounds. However, it should be noted that there are no clear parking spaces within the precincts of the temple either.

境内の至る所に龍の像が配置されている神社です。本殿内の『金龍』を中心に、北は『黒龍』、南は『赤龍』、東は『青龍』、西は『白龍』が配置されており、それぞれの色が五行思想に準じているため、霊験あらたかな神社として広く知られ、特に休日は祭事が無いにも関わらず参拝客で行列が出来る程です。それぞれの龍の神力が込められているとされる神木が植えられており、その木に触れて神力を授かろうとする参拝客も大勢います。龍にまつわるものが多くある神社であるからか、手水舎を始め、水に関連するスポットも多くあります。とは言え、いずれの水のスポットも飲み水ではありません。
このような人気を誇る神社ではありますが、境内はそれ程広くは無く、単に周遊するだけであれば30分程度で済むでしょう。そのため、参拝客が多い日にはかなり境内は密集します。前述の龍の像だけでなく、様々な神様が祀られた小さな神社も多くあり、非常に見どころはありますが、一方で休憩用のベンチ等は少なく、一休憩する場所が限られていることに注意が必要です。
駐車場はありますが、田無駅からもそれほど遠くはないため、天気がいい日であれば散策がてら参拝するのもいいかもしれません。

The shrine has statues of dragons placed throughout the precincts of the shrine. Centered on the "Golden Dragon" in the main hall, "Black Dragon" is located in the north, "Red Dragon" in the south, "Blue Dragon" in the east, and "White Dragon" in the west, each color following the five elements philosophy. The shrine is widely known as a shrine of spiritual power, especially on holidays, many worshippers line up for the shrine even though there are no festivals. The shrine is also home to a sacred tree that is believed to contain the divine power of each dragon, and many visitors come to touch the tree and receive divine power. Perhaps because the shrine has many dragon-related items, there are also many spots related to water, including the hand-watering basin. However, none of the water spots are for drinking.
Although the shrine boasts such popularity, the precincts are not very large, and a simple tour around the shrine will take only about 30 minutes. Therefore, on days when there are many worshippers, the shrine precincts become quite crowded. There are many small shrines enshrining various deities as well as the aforementioned dragon statues, so there is much to see, but be aware that there are only a few benches for resting, so places to take a break are limited.
Although there is a parking lot, it's not far from Tanashi Station, so if the weather is nice, it may be a good idea to take a stroll and visit the shrine.

丸の内オアゾの5階にある、ハンバーグを始めとするグリル料理のレストランです。昭和初期創業の『つばめグリル』の系列レストランですが、メニュー及び価格も『つばめグリル』との大きな違いは無いように思います。
いわゆる大型商業施設内にあるレストランの一つ、といった感じで、入口や内装ともに特にこのレストランならではの特別感を感じるようなものはありません。数席分のカウンター席がありますが、基本的にほとんどの席は2人以上の構成であるため、友人やパートナー、家族で利用するといいでしょう。
給仕される料理は、100年近く培ってきた技術を生かしているだけあり、申し分ありません。常に鮮度の高い食材が用意され、柔らかすぎず固すぎず程よい食感に仕上がっています。ソースも決して刺激が強すぎません。熱々のままで給仕されますが、脂やソースが過度に跳ね過ぎないような工夫もあるように思います。
スタッフの接客対応の質は、概ね良好ですが、他のレストランよりもフレンドリーに接客するスタッフがいます。一方で馴れ馴れし過ぎると感じる客もいるかもしれません。

Located on the 5th floor of Marunouchi OAZO, this restaurant serves hamburgers and other grilled dishes. It's an affiliate of "Tsubame Grill", which was established in the early Showa period, but the menu and prices do not seem to differ greatly from those of "Tsubame Grill".
It is one of the restaurants in a large commercial facility, and there is nothing special about the entrance or interior design. There are a few counter seats, but basically most of the seats are for two or more people, so it's best to use the restaurant with your friends, partner, or family.
The dishes served are impeccable, thanks to the skills that have been cultivated for nearly 100 years. The ingredients are always fresh, and the texture is just right, neither too soft nor too hard. The sauces are never too pungent. The dishes are served piping hot, but there seems to be some effort made to prevent excessive splashing of fat and sauce.
The quality of the staff's customer service is generally good, although some staff members are friendlier than others. On the other hand, some customers may find them overly familiar.

小樽市の発展に大いに寄与した、かつての手宮線の路線の跡地です。
1962年に旅客営業が廃止されたあとも、貨物輸送として継続利用されてきましたが、1985年に路線そのものは完全に廃止されましたが、現在は散策路として整備され、観光地として国内外の観光客で大いに賑わっています。
散策路が最も賑わうのは、色とりどりの花が咲き乱れる5月半ばと、紅葉が見頃を迎える10月末から11月にかけてです。散策路には、ところどころに花壇があり、チューリップをはじめライラックなどで散策路が華やかになります。まだ空気もひんやりとしているので、散策にはもってこいの時期だと思います。
一方で、散策路の両脇には多くの民家が立ち並び、前述の花壇も市民によって整備されたものです。立ち入り禁止の案内や柵が無いからと言って、無暗に立ち入らないようにしましょう。散策路はほぼ一直線であることから、写真撮影の際、他の観光客の姿がフレームに収まりやすく、それが基でトラブルになることも稀にあります。譲り合って写真撮影を楽しみましょう。
さらに、街中の生活道路と交差し、場所によっては信号がありません。車の往来には充分に注意した方がいいです。

This is the site of the former railroad line of the Temiya Line, which contributed greatly to the development of Otaru City.
After passenger service was discontinued in 1962, the line was continuously used for freight transportation. In 1985, the line itself was completely discontinued, but now it has been developed as a walking trail and is a popular tourist destination for both domestic and international visitors.
The trail is most crowded in mid-May, when colorful flowers are in full bloom, and from the end of October to November, when the autumn leaves are at their best. The walking trails are lined with flower beds in places, and tulips and other flowers such as lilacs brighten the paths. The air is still cool, so it is the perfect time to take a stroll.
On the other hand, many houses line both sides of the path, and the aforementioned flowerbeds have been maintained by local citizens. Do not enter the area even if you know that there are no signs or fences prohibiting entry. Since the walking path is almost a straight line, it is easy for other tourists to be caught in the frame when taking pictures, and this can cause problems in rare cases. Be respectful and enjoy taking photos.
In addition, the road intersects with residential roads in the city, and in some places there are no traffic signals. You should be very careful with the traffic.

石川県立歴史博物館と同じ、金澤陸軍兵器支廠の兵器庫を活用した博物館で、加賀藩の家老を務めた本多氏の所蔵品が展示されている。
石川県立博物館との共通点として、往年の威容を彷彿させる赤レンガの建物が挙げられるが、内装は異なっており、博物館として刷新され、少なくとも目にした範囲では、石川県立博物館の内部で見られた洋館の面影は感じられない。展示品は古文書や書状が多く、それらの劣化を防ぐためか、石川県立博物館の展示室と比較するとやや暗い印象を持つ。加えて展示品の説明もほとんどが日本語であるため、訪れる外国人観光客は皆無に等しい。とは言え、本多氏、ひいては藩主である前田氏との繋がり、これまで加賀藩に寄与してきた本多氏の軌跡を学ぶ上で重要な博物館と言える。
博物館の奥にある、甲冑や刀が展示されているスペースのみが、基本的に写真撮影可となっており、その他は原則禁止となっていることに注意が必要である。

Like the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of History, this museum is housed in the arsenal of the Kanazawa Army Ordnance Branch Arsenal, and exhibits the collection of the Honda clan, who were the daimyo's minister of the Kaga domain.
The museum shares with the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum a red brick building reminiscent of the grandeur of yesteryear, but the interior is different, having been renovated as a museum, and at least as far as the eye can see, there is no trace of the Western-style building seen in the interior of the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum. Many of the exhibits are old documents and letters, and perhaps to prevent them from deteriorating, the exhibition rooms seem a bit darker than those of the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum. In addition, most of the explanations of the exhibits are in Japanese, so there are almost no foreign tourists visiting the museum. Nevertheless, the museum is an important place to learn about the Honda clan, its connection to the Maeda clan, and its contribution to the Kaga clan.
Please note that only the area in the back of the museum where armor and swords are displayed is basically open for photography, and the rest of the museum is not allowed for photography.

重要文化財に指定されている金澤陸軍兵器支廠の兵器庫を活用した歴史博物館である。外観こそ往年の古い赤レンガの佇まいを彷彿させるが、館内は新しく整備されている。とは言え館内の全てが現代風に刷新されているわけではなく、往年の洋館の雰囲気を随所に漂わせている。博物館の展示資料だけでなく、建物自体を探検するのも興味深い。
博物館は1階が常設展示室となっており、2階が特別展示室となっている。常設展示と特別展示は基本的に別料金で、特別展示室に入る前に専用のチケットの購入が必要になる。多くの展示品は撮影可能であるが、SNSを始め如何なるプラットフォームに公開することは出来ない。
常設展示は3つに区分けされており、それぞれ『幕末以前』・『明治以降』・『民俗と郷土の祭事』となっている。『幕末以前』・『明治以降』の展示区画における大まかな展示品は、日本国内の他の歴史博物館と大きな差異は無いものの、庶民に宛てた御触れや木簡等、庶民の生活に直結する史料が多く、当時の生活の端緒が垣間見えて興味深い。しかし、史料保護のため致し方ないとはいえ、展示品のほとんどが模造・模写であることが少し残念な気がする。
一方の『民俗と郷土の祭事』の展示区画は実に興味深く、コメより作られた餅を始めとする供え物や、色とりどりの祭事に用いる品々等が多様に展示され、特にこの地方で如何に祭事を大事にし、そして今に伝えているかがよく分かる。
外国人観光客の姿も多くあるが、残念ながらほとんどの展示品の説明は日本語が主体である。

This history museum is housed in the arsenal of the Kanazawa Army Ordnance Branch Arsenal, which is designated as an important cultural property. The exterior of the museum is reminiscent of the old red brick buildings of yesteryear, but the interior is newly renovated. However, not everything in the museum has been updated in a modern way, and the atmosphere of the Western-style buildings of yesteryear is still present throughout. It's interesting to explore not only the museum's exhibits but also the building itself.
The first floor of the museum is used for permanent exhibits, and the second floor is used for special exhibits. Permanent exhibits and special exhibits are generally charged separately, and visitors are required to purchase a special ticket before entering the special exhibit rooms. Many of the exhibits can be photographed, but they cannot be published on any platform, including social networking sites.
The permanent exhibits are divided into three sections: "Before the End Period," "Since the Meiji Period," and "Folklore and Local Festivals," respectively. The exhibits in the "Before the End Period" and "After Meiji Period" sections do not differ greatly from those in other history museums in Japan, but there are many historical materials directly related to the lives of ordinary people, such as letters and wooden letters addressed to common people, which provide an interesting glimpse into the lifestyle of the people of those days. However, it's a little regrettable that most of the exhibits are reproductions or imitations, although this is unavoidable for the protection of historical materials.
On the other hand, the "Folklore and Local Festivals" section is very interesting, displaying a variety of offerings such as rice cakes and other colorful items used in festivals, showing how the local people, especially in this region, cherished and passed on festivals.
Although there are many foreign visitors to the museum, unfortunately, explanations of most of the exhibits are mainly in Japanese.

東京駅構内にある、書店に併設されたカフェです。
駅構内に複数ある店舗の一つであるため、書店・カフェ共にそれほど広くはなく、取り揃えられた書籍の種類や数はそれ程多くはありません（トレンドを抑えた書籍が比較的多い程度です）。またカフェはカウンター席のみで、各席もそれほど広くはなく、給仕される料理を置くとほとんどテーブル上の空きスペースが無いように感じられるでしょう。
給仕されるドリンクは、コーヒーやジュースなど種類が豊富ですが、一方の料理は、基本的にカレーのみです（トッピングは様々なものが用意されています）。カレーに関しても、この店ならではの味付けといった特徴的なものはありません。万人に受け入れられるようにまとめられた味付けです。
書店に併設されたカフェではあるものの、基本的に別個と考えた方がよさそうです。会計は書店とカフェは別々で、基本的に購入前の書籍をカフェのスペースに持ち込むことは出来ず、またカフェのスタッフは接客対応は特に問題ないものの、『お勧めの本』といった書店と協働するようなサービスはしません。前述の通りカフェの各席も狭く、各席は東京駅の利用客に丸見えであるため、あまり落ち着いて寛げないでしょう。
コンセプトとしてはいいのですが、中途半端な要素が多いカフェのように思います。

This is a cafe attached to a bookstore in Tokyo Station.
Because it's one of several stores or shops in the station, both the bookstore and the cafe are not very spacious, and there is not a large selection of books (only a relatively large number of trend-setting books). The cafe has only counter seating, and each seat is not very spacious, so when food is served, there seems to be almost no space available on the tables.
The drinks served include a wide variety of coffees and juices, while the food is basically curry only (a variety of toppings are available). There are no unique flavors unique to this restaurant in terms of curry. The flavors are put together in such a way that they can be accepted by everyone.
Although the cafe is attached to the bookstore, it's best to think of them as two separate stores. The account for bookstore and the cafe are separate, and basically you are not allowed to bring books you have not yet purchased into the café space. Moreover, the cafe's staff does not provide services that collaborate with the bookstore, such as "book recommendations," although customer service is not particularly problematic. As mentioned above, each seat in the cafe is small, and each seat is in full view of Tokyo Station patrons, making it difficult to relax.
It's a good concept, but the cafe seems to have many half-baked elements.

境内のすぐわきに首都高速があり、終日頻繁に車が行き来しているにもかかわらず、この神社の境内はまるで喧騒を感じないくらいに静まり返っている。目と鼻の先に代々木公園と明治神宮があり、この両所は平日休日問わず多くの訪問者がいるが、初詣や祭事でもない限り、この神社に訪れる人は休日ですらも少ない。都心に近い隠れたスポットと言えよう。
とは言え、境内はそれ程広くなく、周遊するだけであれば1時間も必要ない。境内の鳥居と拝殿を結ぶ参道は石畳で整備されているが、参道以外にも道はあるものの全て整備されているわけではなく、特に雨の日はぬかるみができ、且つ足を滑らせやすいことに注意が必要である。
1950年に、境内において縄文時代の建物跡が発見され、竪穴式住居が復元されたものが展示されている。但し、復元された住居は柵に覆われ、常時立ち入ることが出来ない。

Despite the fact that the Metropolitan Expressway is right next to the shrine precincts, and cars come and go frequently throughout the day, the shrine grounds are so quiet that one does not feel the bustle of the highway. Yoyogi Park and Meiji Shrine are just a stone's throw away, both of which attract many visitors on weekdays and holidays, but unless it is Hatsumode or a festival, few people visit this shrine, even on holidays. It's a hidden spot close to the city center.
However, the shrine grounds are not that large, and it does not take more than an hour just to walk around. The approach between the shrine's torii gate and the hall of worship is paved with cobblestones, but although there are other paths, not all of them are well maintained, and visitors should be aware that they can become muddy and slippery, especially on rainy days.
In 1950, the remains of a Jomon-era building were discovered in the precincts of the temple, and a reconstructed pit dwelling is on display. However, the restored dwelling is covered by a fence and is not accessible at all times.

外観や表札から、麺や具材がたっぷりと盛り付けられたボリューム感のあるラーメンが給仕される、と想像するかもしれませんが、実際に給仕されるラーメンは、濃厚ながらも口の中が重くなるようなものではなく、むしろしっかりと拵えられており、こだわりと品性を感じました。特に塩ラーメンは、ネギ・ヤングコーン・チャーシュー・サクラエビといった、異なる色の具材が絶妙に盛り付けられており、見た目としても非常に楽しめました。
カウンター席が10席程度の小さなお店ですが、夜間は近隣の商店街も閉店しているからか、このお店の利用者もそれほど多くなく、むしろ気軽に利用できると思います。入口付近に設置されている券売機で予め食券を購入する必要があります。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、程よい距離感を保った接客で、全く不愉快に感じる点はありませんでした。
ただ、出入り口の比較的大きめの段差があり、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいでしょう。

From the appearance and nameplate, one might imagine that the ramen served at the restaurant would be a generous portion of noodles and ingredients, but the ramen actually served at the restaurant, while rich, was not heavy on the palate, but rather well prepared, with a sense of care and character. The shio ramen, in particular, was visually pleasing, with different colored ingredients such as green onions, young corn, chashu pork, and sakura shrimps arranged in an exquisite manner.
It is a small restaurant with only about 10 counter seats, but perhaps because the nearby shopping district is closed at night, there are not so many people using this restaurant, which makes it easier to use. You need to purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine near the entrance. The staff is courteous and maintains a good sense of distance from the customers, and there was nothing unpleasant about their service.
However, there is a relatively large step at the entrance/exit, which may make it difficult for wheelchair users and other physically challenged people to use the restaurant.

座間駅に隣接する商業施設『Odakyu OX 座間店』の1階にあるカフェです。
客席が10席程度の小さなカフェであるため、テイクアウトでコーヒーやホットドッグ等を注文する客が多く見られます。客席の構成もカウンター席と2人用のテーブル席のみのため、大人数での利用は全く適しません。そのためか、店内での飲食の目的で利用する客は1人が圧倒的であり、本を読んだりなど思い思いに過ごしているのを見かけます。それもあってか、特に休日の午後は客の回転がそれ程良くないようにも見受けられます。カウンター席には充電用のコンセントが設置されています。
給仕されるドリンクは、コーヒーを主体に、ラテやフラペチーノの他、ジュースやカフェインレスのミルクなど多岐に渡ります。一方で給仕される料理は、トーストやホットドック、サンドウィッチ等、パンを使った料理主体ですが、トッピングはバラエティ豊富です。注文したドリンク・料理の種類・量にもよりますが、焙煎されたコーヒー豆が詰まった小さな袋がサービスでプレゼントされることがあります。
外からの光も充分入り、居心地のいい雰囲気を漂わせている一方で、スタッフの動きはたどたどしく心許ないところがいくつか見られます。ただ、非常に失礼な接客、というわけではありません。給仕される料理の、特にホットドックは、味は確かに美味しいですが、見栄えを凝り過ぎるあまり、食べづらい、という側面があります。手づかみで食べようにもソースやチーズがホットドックに満遍なくかけられていて、どこを持てばいいか分からない、ナイフとフォークが用意されるが、パン生地はフランスパンなのでナイフで切りにくい、等が挙げられます。
いくつか注意すべきことがありますが、総じて居心地のいいカフェだと思います。

This cafe is located on the first floor of "Odakyu OX Zama", a commercial facility adjacent to Zama Station.
It's a small cafe with only about 10 seats, so many customers order coffee, hot dogs, and other items to take out. The seating configuration consists of only counter seats and tables for two, so it is not suitable for large groups. Perhaps because of this, the majority of customers who use the cafe for eating and drinking are alone, and are seen spending their time reading books or doing other things as they please. This may be one of the reasons why the customer turnover is not so good, especially on holiday afternoons. The counter seats are equipped with power outlets for recharging.
Drinks served include coffee, lattes, frappuccinos, juices, decaffeinated milk, and a wide variety of other drinks. On the other hand, the food served is mainly bread-based dishes such as toast, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc., but there is a wide variety of toppings. Depending on the type and quantity of drinks and food ordered, a small bag filled with roasted coffee beans may be given as a service.
While the cafe is well lit and has a cozy atmosphere, the staff is slow and inattentive in some areas. However, this is not to say that the service is extremely rude. The food served, especially the hotdogs, tastes great, but the overly elaborate presentation makes it difficult to eat. The sauce and cheese are spread all over the hotdog, making it difficult to know where to hold the hotdog, and although a knife and fork are provided, the dough is French, making it difficult to cut with a knife.
There are a few things to note, but in general it's a comfortable cafe.
