鹿児島中央駅構内のレストラン街にあるレストランの一つで、主に給仕される料理はトンカツや豚肉のしゃぶしゃぶです（しゃぶしゃぶは夜間のみ）。
比較的空いている時間帯に利用したため、スタッフの動きにも余裕があり、質の高い接客対応でしたが、主に昼食時間帯の混雑した時間帯の場合、接客に忙しくなり、注文や給仕の質・スピードがやや悪くなるかもしれません。それでも基本的に接客の質が高いため、必要に応じて客が座りやすい座椅子を用意したり食べきれないトンカツをパックに詰めたりもしてくれます。
給仕されるトンカツは、肉質が一般的なトンカツと比べると柔らかく拵えられていますが、肉の厚さや衣の厚さ、揚げ具合等は一般的なトンカツレストランとあまり遜色ありません。目的の新幹線や空港へ向かう際の高速バスを待ち合うために利用するレストランの一つとして捉えた方がいいかと思います。

It's best to consider it as one of the restaurants to use when waiting for an express bus to take you to your destination, such as the Shinkansen or the airport.
