Small restaurant with excellent Ukrainian food and Moldovan and Georgian wines

20席程度（テーブル席が16席、他はカウンター席）の小さな食堂ですが、白地の壁にウクライナ国旗の黄色と青のライン（片側の壁には赤のライン）、南に面した窓から差し込む日差しで、店内は明るく爽やかな気持ちにさせてくれます。
スタッフの多くがウクライナから避難された方々ですが（何人かは日本人スタッフもいます）、通常会話の範疇であれば日本語でも全く問題ありません。全員が笑顔で接客してくれ、とても心地いい雰囲気が醸し出されます。
ランチタイム（11:00～14:30）、ティータイム（14:00～16:00）、ディナータイム（17:00～22:00）に区分けされ、それぞれ提供されるメニューが別々です。ランチタイムは全てセットメニューが3つ（月によって変わります）、ティータイムはお菓子やパン・紅茶が主体、ディナータイムはアラカルトメニューにワインが給仕されます。ワインはモルドバやジョージアワインもあり、種類が非常に豊富です。いずれの料理も日本人の口に合うようにアレンジされているため、誰でも美味しくいただけると思います。
基本的に昇降はエレベーターが利用できるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。ただ、エレベーターの中や入口がやや狭いことに注意が必要です。
時間帯は勿論、月によってバリエーションに富んだ料理を楽しめるお店であり、何度も来たくなるお店です。

It's a small diner with about 20 seats (16 at tables and the rest at the counter), but the yellow and blue lines of the Ukrainian flag on the white walls (red line on another wall) and the sunlight streaming in through the south-facing windows make the interior feel bright and fresh.
Most of the staff are evacuees from Ukraine (several are Japanese staff as well), but Japanese is perfectly acceptable in normal conversational situations. All of them serve you with a smile and create a very comfortable atmosphere.
The diner is divided into lunch time (11:00 - 14:30), tea time (14:00 - 16:00), and dinner time (17:00 - 22:00), each with a different menu. Lunch time is served with three set menus (changes according to the month), tea time mainly consists of pastries, breads and tea, and dinner time is served with an a la carte menu and wine. The wine list is very varied, including Moldovan and Georgian wines. All dishes are arranged to suit the Japanese palate, so anyone can enjoy them.
Basically, elevators are available for ascending and descending, making it easy for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or those with large luggage to use the elevators. However, it should be noted that in the elevator and the entrance of the floor are rather narrow.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes depending on the time of day as well as the month, making it a place you will want to come back to again and again.
