恐らく、日本で最も混雑するスターバックスと言っても過言ではありません。上野恩賜公園にイベントが開催されていない日の夜間以外で、店内の客席をスムーズに確保し、一休憩することは非常に困難でしょう。注文カウンターには（前述の時間帯を除き）常に長蛇の列が出来、その列は店外にまで及びます。
外観から客席スペースは広めに確保されていると感じられますが、店内の客席スペースは意外に狭く、席数も多くはありません。その代わり公園内のスターバックスであるだけに、オープンテラスの客席は比較的多いです。オープンテラス席であれば外の空気を味わいながらひと時を過ごせますが、混雑時の店内はかなり殺伐として雰囲気が漂い、あまり落ち着いて一休憩することは出来ないかもしれません。店内利用は公園でイベントの無い平日の夜、それ以外はテイクアウト、公園でイベントがあり大混雑が予想される日はそもそも利用しない、という利用スタイルが賢明だと思います。

While the open terrace seating allows you to spend a moment while enjoying the fresh air, the atmosphere inside the store during busy times can be quite bleak, and you may not be able to take a rest in peace and quiet. It would be wise to use the restaurant on weekday evenings when there are no events in the park, take out on other days, and avoid using the restaurant on days when there are events in the park and large crowds are expected.
