23時まで、という比較的夜遅くまで営業しているラーメン店です（勿論他の飲食店も夜遅くまで営業していますが、一人（あるいは少人数で）ふらっと気楽に立ち寄れる、という意味ではそう多くありません）。
給仕される料理の質や量、及び種類は、他の『元祖ニュータンタンメン』とそれほど変わりありません（ただ、他の『元祖ニュータンタンメン』と比較すると、ラーメンを口にした瞬間に伝わる辛さの刺激が強い方かな？と思いました）。
店内は奥行きに伸びるような細長いフロアの形状をしており、奥にテーブル席がありますが入店と同時に視界に入るのはカウンター席のみであるため、テーブル席は無いと思うかもしれません。カウンター席後ろの通路は狭いものの、人がすれ違えない程ではありません。そのため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います。
