道路に面した壁に大きな『鰻』の文字が特徴的な鰻料理のレストランです。
近隣の住民（特に高齢者）の利用が多いからか、給仕の最中のスタッフと話に花を咲かせているところも見られました（だからと言って他の客の接客を蔑ろにしているわけではありません）。レストランの敷地や席数にしてはスタッフの数は比較的多めに見受けられるので、注文の聞き逃しや長く待たされる、といったことはあまりありません。
鰻丼は、量としては平均的ですが価格はやや高め。但し重箱の造りがとても美しいので、料理だけでなく食器の美しさを愛でる楽しさもあります。表面は程よくパリッとした食感、中はふっくらとして食べやすかったです。
店内での飲食は勿論、テイクアウトも出来ます。

This is an eel restaurant with a large "鰻 (Eel)" sign on the wall facing the road.
Perhaps because the restaurant is frequented by residents of the neighborhood (especially the elderly), I saw some of them chatting with the staff while they were serving (that doesn't mean they despise serving other customers). The restaurant seems to have a relatively large number of staff for the size of the premises and the number of seats, so it's not uncommon to miss an order or have to wait for a long time.
The amount of eel in a bowl is average, but the price is rather high. However, the stacked boxes are very beautiful, so you can enjoy the beauty of the tableware as well as the dishes. The surface is moderately crispy and the inside is fluffy and easy to eat.
You can eat and drink in the restaurant as well as take out.

菅原道真公の三男である菅原道武公が、道真公が太宰府に左遷された時に、父への尊容を刻むために建てられた神社。東日本における天満宮としては最も古く、湯島天神、亀戸天神とならび関東三天神と称される。
一方で、この神社は都心から離れており、周囲が住宅街に囲まれていることから、休日でも参拝に訪れる人は少なく、境内は終始静かである。特に鳥居から拝殿前の曲がり角までは木々に覆われており、風と葉擦れの音が爽やかで心地いい。さらにこの神社では鶏が数羽放し飼いにされており、時折境内に元気な鳴き声がこだまする。
2月下旬には、境内の梅園の梅が満開を迎える。梅園の規模はそれほど大きくなく、周遊するだけであれば20分とかからない。ふと立ち寄って梅を愛でながら境内を散策するのもいいだろう。

This shrine was built by Michitake Sugawara, the third son of Michizane Sugawara, to pay homage to his father when Michizane was transferred to Dazaifu. It's the oldest Tenmangu shrine in eastern Japan, and along with Yushima Tenjin and Kameido Tenjin, is known as one of the three Tenjin shrines in Kanto.
On the other hand, since the shrine is located far from the city center and surrounded by residential areas, there are few people visiting the shrine even on holidays, and the precincts are quiet all the time. In particular, the area from the torii gate to the corner in front of the shrine is covered with trees, and the sound of the wind and the rustling of leaves is refreshing and pleasant. In addition, the shrine is home to several free-range chickens, whose cheerful cries can be heard occasionally in the shrine grounds.
In late February, the plum blossoms in the plum garden on the precincts are in full bloom. The garden is not so large that it takes only 20 minutes to walk around. It is a good idea to stop by and stroll around the grounds while admiring the plum blossoms.

値段は確かに高いですが、それでも三島神社界隈で根強い人気を誇るうなぎ料理を堪能することが出来るレストランです。
店内はそれほど広くなく、カウンター席とテーブル席で20席もありません。そのため特に昼食時は店外に行列が出来る程です。店の周囲には日差し除けが少なく歩道も狭いため、夏場の暑い日に店外で待つ際は注意が必要です。スタッフは一様にハキハキとした声で元気よく接客対応してくれます。
給仕された鰻丼は、見た目こそ他のうなぎ料理店の鰻丼と大きな差はありませんが、表面のパリッとした食感はそこまで強くなく、全体的にふっくらとした柔らかな食感でした。タレも程よく鰻とご飯に染み込み、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。
店内での飲食だけでなく、テイクアウトも出来ます。

The restaurant is not very spacious, with less than 20 seats at the counter and tables. So there is often a line outside the restaurant, especially during lunch time. The sidewalks around the restaurant are narrow with little shade, so be careful when waiting outside on a hot summer day. The staff are all cheerful and helpful, with a clear voice.
The eel bowl served to me was not much different from eel bowls served at other eel restaurants in terms of appearance, but the crispy surface was not that strong and the overall texture was soft and fluffy. The sauce soaked into the eel and rice just right, and I was able to enjoy it all the way through.
You can eat and drink in the restaurant as well as take out.

もんじゃ焼きの街として知られる月島において、もんじゃ焼きの店が最も集中する商店街。特に休日の昼食時間帯はどの店も混雑するほどの賑わいを見せる。
但し、一目ではどの店がどこにあり、そのようなメニューを揃えているのかが全く分からないため、最初に観光案内所（月島もんじゃ振興会協同組合）に立ち寄り、パンフレットを貰うなどあらかじめ情報を収集しておくのをお勧めする。それでも、どの店にどんな特徴があるのか、アレルギーを含む食材を使っている店についての細かな情報はあまり多くないので注意したい。もんじゃ焼きだけでなくお好み焼きや鉄板焼きもメニューにある店もある。
たこ焼きやメロンパン等、食べ歩きでも楽しめる店もある一方で、もんじゃ焼き（を含む鉄板を使った料理）以外の店は多くない（カフェ等）。

In Tsukishima, known as the town of Monjayaki, this is the shopping street with the largest concentration of Monjayaki restaurants. Especially during lunch time on holidays, all the restaurants are crowded.
At a glance, however, it is difficult to tell which restaurant is where and what kind of menu it offers, so it's recommended to stop by the tourist information center (Tsukishima Monja Promotion Association Cooperative) first and to gather information beforehand included getting a pamphlet . Even so, it is important to note that there is not a lot of detailed information about which restaurants have what characteristics or use ingredients that you are allergic to. Some restaurants have not only Monjayaki but also Okonomiyaki and Teppan-yaki on their menu.
While there are some restaurants where you can enjoy eating Takoyaki, Melonpan, etc., there are not many restaurants (cafes, etc.) that serve anything other than monjayaki (including teppan-based dishes).

目の前が日暮里駅であるため、電車が行き交う音が聞こえるのですが、それもまるでどこか遠くから聞こえるかのような静かなお寺です。
そんな静かな境内だからか、境内のところどころに植えられている蓮や建物（特に窓の形）がどことなく極楽浄土のような雰囲気を醸し出しています。境内の広さは周遊するだけであれば10分程度で済むほどの広さです。本尊として据えられている阿弥陀如来坐像が特徴です。
車椅子等の障碍を持つ方を持つ方にも利用しやすい様に、門から境内と間にはスロープが石製のスロープが敷かれているのですが、雨の日は滑りやすくなっていることに注意が必要です。また門の外の道は狭く入り組んでいるため、歩行者や自転車の接触事故が起こりやすいところにも注意が必要です。

As Nippori Station is right in front of the temple, you can hear the sound of trains coming and going, but it's so quiet that it seems as if it's coming from somewhere far away.
Perhaps it is because of the quietness of the temple precincts, but the lotus plants and buildings (especially the shape of the windows) in various parts of the temple grounds create a kind of paradise atmosphere. The size of precincts are only takes about 10 minutes to walk around. The main feature of the temple is the seated statue of Amitabha Buddha.
There is a stone slope between the gate and the temple grounds to make it easier for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs to use the temple, but be aware that it can be slippery on rainy days. Also, the road outside the gate is narrow and intricate, so pedestrians and bicyclists need to be aware of the possibility of accidents.

かつて森鴎外とその家族が過ごしていた『観潮楼』の跡地に建てられた博物館。コンクリートの無機質な外観で、内装も基調はコンクリートの壁であるが、展示室は白い壁の静謐な雰囲気を醸し出している。
展示室は地下1階に2つあり、2つ合わせても部屋の広さはそれほど大きくなく、1時間程度で全ての展示品を鑑賞することが出来る。森鴎外が愛用した品々、遺した品々が展示され、激動の時代を生きてきた森鴎外とその血族の人となりを窺い知ることが出来る。

The museum was built on the site of the Kancho-Rou, where Mori Ogai and his family used to spend their time. It has an inorganic concrete exterior and the interior is also based on concrete walls, but the exhibition rooms have white walls that create a tranquil atmosphere.
There are two exhibition rooms on the first basement floor, and the total size of the two rooms is not so large that it takes about an hour to view all the exhibits. The exhibits include items that Mori Ogai loved and left behind, giving visitors a glimpse into the personalities of Mori Ogai and his family, who lived through a turbulent time.

小規模ながら、『ジャーナル・オブ・ジャパニーズ・ガーデニング』に常に上位に選ばれたことで人気を集めている、回遊式の庭園です。この庭園ならではの特徴的な造形があるわけではない、いわゆる典型的な日本庭園ではありますが、だからこその普遍的な景観を先入観無しに楽しむことが出来ます。周囲には高い建物がほとんど無いため、庭園としての景観が損なわれることがありません。また北陸の比較的降雪の多い地域でもあるため、雪化粧を楽しめる庭園の一つでもあります。
拝観料も大人220円と安く、夏季であれば早朝の時間帯に無料で拝観することが出来ます（但し茶屋の中に入ることは出来ません）。

Although it's a typical Japanese garden with no unique formations, you can enjoy the universal scenery without any preconceptions. There are almost no tall buildings in the surrounding area, so the garden scenery is not spoiled. It is also one of the gardens where you can enjoy the snow-covered scenery since it is located in the Hokuriku region where there is relatively a lot of snowfall.
The admission fee is only 220 yen for adults, and during the summer, you can visit the garden for free in the early morning hours (but you cannot enter the teahouse).

店名に『Chicken』とある通り、鶏肉を使用した料理が主に給仕されるレストランです。
ランチタイムとディナータイムとで給仕されるメニューが大きく異なり、ランチタイムでは（サラダなどのサイドメニューがありますが）チキンカレー1品のみ。ディナータイムでは居酒屋のように鶏肉を使用した料理やお酒を楽しむことが出来ます。メインメニューのチキンカレーはトマトベースの酸味がやや強めのルーが特徴です。鶏肉だけでなくソーセージやチーズも燻製されており、ややクセのある味が特徴です。
店の手前側にカウンター席、奥側にテーブル席があります。店内は狭く席数も20席程度と小ぢんまりとしています。秋葉原の中心街からやや離れているため、中心街特有の喧騒はあまり感じられません。少人数で食事を楽しむにはいいお店だと思います。

At dinner time, you can enjoy chicken dishes and drinks like in an izakaya. The chicken curry on the main menu is a tomato-based roux with a slightly sour taste. Not only the chicken, but also the sausage and cheese are smoked, giving it a slightly peculiar taste.
There are counter seats at the front of the restaurant and table seats at the back. The restaurant is small and compact, with only about 20 seats. Since the restaurant is somewhat far from the center of Akihabara, you don't feel the hustle and bustle typical of the central area. It's a good place to enjoy a meal with a small group.

小規模なコンサートや演劇の会場として設けられた『溝ノ口劇場』の1階にあるカレーレストランです。入口がまるでライブハウスのような雰囲気を醸し出していますが、誰でも気軽に利用することが出来、スタッフも気さくに接客対応してくれます。
ランチタイムでは基本的にポークベースとチキンベースの2種類のルーを使用したカレー1品のみの給仕です。入店と同時に会計を済ませます。平日はお替り自由ですが、土日休日はお替りが出来ない代わりに無料で大盛に変更することが出来ます。水とコーヒーは料金の範囲に入るためお替り自由です。ディナータイムはアルコール等が提供されますが、ライブ等で貸し切りになる場合があるので注意が必要です。
カレーの辛さは控えめで、まろやかな味わいであるため、辛い物が苦手な人でも充分に楽しむことが出来ます。ライブの出演者が打合せ等で利用することが多いことから、客の回転はあまりよくないように見受けられました。

This curry restaurant is located on the first floor of the Mizonokuchi Theater, a venue for small-scale concerts and plays. The entrance to the restaurant has the atmosphere of a live music club, but anyone can feel free to use the restaurant, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
At lunch time, they basically serve only one curry dish with two types of roux, pork-based and chicken-based. You pay the bill as soon as you enter the restaurant. On weekdays, you can freely refill your order, but on weekends and holidays, you can change your order to a larger serving for free instead of not being able to refill. Water and coffee are included in the price and can be freely refilled. Alcohol and other beverages are served during dinner time, but be aware that the restaurant may be reserved for live performances.
The spiciness of the curry is moderate and the taste is mild, so even those who do not like spicy food can fully enjoy it. The turnover of customers did not seem to be very good, as the restaurant is often used by live performers for meetings.

箱根を代表する美術館の一つ。敷地は大きく分けて美術館と庭園の2つに構成されている。
美術館は、主に日本・中国・韓国の東アジアの美術品が展示されている。時代は紀元前のものから近現代のものまで幅広く、しかも展示数が極めて多い。展示品はいずれも一級品、もしくは歴史的に極めて価値のあるものばかりで、特に陶器や青磁を始めとする器類の展示は目を見張るものがある。説明も読まず簡単に展示品を鑑賞するだけでも、全ての展示品を鑑賞しきるのに2時間以上を要する。全ての展示品をじっくり鑑賞するには、その日1日を全て鑑賞に充てる必要があるかもしれない。タッチパネル式デバイスが随所に設けられ、日本語だけでなく英語・中国語・韓国語で展示品の説明を見ることが出来るが、そのデバイスは主要展示品のみが対象となっている。その他の展示品の説明は基本的に日本語のみであることに注意したい。
庭園はまるで森林の中を散策するような構成になっている。純和風の庭園というわけではないが、木々の葉擦れや水の音を聞きながらのんびり過ごすのに最適だ。傾斜を巧みに活用された庭園であり、随所に休憩用のベンチが用意されている。一方で水場が多いことから特に夏は蚊が発生しやすい。庭園を散策する際は長袖の服を着るなどの虫よけ対策が必要だ。
小涌谷駅から徒歩で行ける距離ではあるが、上り坂（一部では急）であるため、車もしくはバスで行く方がいいかもしれない。美術館内はエレベーター・エスカレーター完備で、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも自由に利用できるが、美術館前の道路から美術館の入り口に至るまでの道が急な坂道となっており、車椅子の方は補助が必要になると思う。庭園は前述の通り傾斜があり小径は凸凹しているため、障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできない。なお、美術館内は撮影禁止で、撮影できるデバイスは一切持ち込むことが出来ない。チケット売り場では空港の保安検査並みの手荷物検査が行われており、撮影できるデバイスは全てコインロッカーに収納しなければならない。

This is one of the representative art museums in Hakone. The site is divided into two main sections: the art museum and the garden.
The art museum exhibits mainly East Asian art works from Japan, China, and Korea. The exhibits range from B.C. to modern and contemporary art, and are extremely numerous. The exhibits are all first-class or historically valuable, and the pottery, celadon and other vessels are particularly impressive. Even without reading the explanations, it would take more than two hours to go through the entire exhibition. If you want to see all the exhibits in detail, you may need to devote an entire day to it. There are touch-screen devices throughout the art museum that provide explanations of the exhibits in English, Chinese, and Korean as well as Japanese, but these devices are only for the main exhibits. The explanations for the other exhibits are basically in Japanese only.
The garden is structured as if you were strolling through a forest. It's not a purely Japanese-style garden, but it is a perfect place to relax while listening to the rustling of leaves and the sound of water. The garden makes good use of the slope, and there are benches everywhere for resting. On the other hand, mosquitoes are likely to occur, especially in summer, due to the many water features. When strolling in the garden, it is necessary to wear long-sleeved clothes to protect yourself from insects.
Although it is within walking distance from Kowakudani Station, it is an uphill walk (steep in some parts), so it may be better to go by car or bus. The museum is equipped with elevators and escalators, and can be freely used by wheelchairs and other disabled visitors, but the path from the road in front of the museum to the entrance of the museum is a steep slope, and wheelchair users may need assistance. As mentioned earlier, the garden is sloped and the paths are uneven, so it is not recommended for visitors with disabilities. Photography is not allowed in the museum, and no devices that can take pictures are allowed to be brought into the museum. At the ticket counter, you will be subjected to a baggage check similar to an airport security check, and all devices that can take pictures must be stored in a coin locker.

秋葉原駅前のビルの地下1階にあるラーメン店です。やや辛めの味噌のスープをベースとしたラーメンが特徴で、トッピングはチャーシュー、ネギ、キクラゲが主体です。店名に『北海道ラーメン』とあるものの、北海道ラーメンの特徴であるバターやコーンのトッピングは追加で注文する必要があります。
入り口の券売機で事前に食券を購入する必要があります。給仕されるラーメンの味や量、スタッフの接客対応の質については一般的なラーメン店と遜色ありません。しかしこの店をあまりお勧めできない点がいくつかあります。まず店への昇降が階段のみで、しかも狭いです。店内も非常に狭く、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。席は10席程度ですが、各席も狭く、ゆっくりと食事を楽しむにはあまり適しません。しかも地下にあるため、熱気が籠りやすく特に夏の暑い時期は店に滞在するだけで非常に不快に感じるでしょう。食事を済ませたらさっさと退店したいと思いたくなる環境です。

This Ramen restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building in front of Akihabara station. The ramen is based on a slightly spicy miso soup, and the toppings are mainly chashu pork, green onions, and kikurage. Although the name of the restaurant says "Hokkaido Ramen," the toppings of butter and corn, which are characteristic of Hokkaido Ramen, need to be ordered additionally.
It's necessary to purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine at the entrance. The taste and quantity of the Ramen served, as well as the quality of the service provided by the staff, are on par with most Ramen restaurants. However, there are a few points where I cannot recommend this restaurant. First of all, there are only stairs to get up and down to the restaurant, and they are very narrow. The inside of the restaurant is also very small, so it's not recommended for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or people with large luggage. There are only about 10 seats, but each seat is too small to enjoy a leisurely meal. Moreover, since it is located underground, the heat is easily contained, and especially during the hot summer months, you will feel very uncomfortable just staying in the restaurant. It is an environment that makes you want to leave the restaurant as soon as you finish your meal.

地域に根差した小さな食堂、といった感じのレストランです。周囲の住宅街に溶け込んでいるように佇んでいるため、やや見つけづらいかもしれません。
とんかつを中心とした定食やカレーを主に給仕する食堂ですが、いずれの料理もリーズナブルな価格であるにも関わらず、拵えも雑な感じは無く、さらにボリュームも充分でとても美味しいです。閉店間際の利用だったにも関わらず、店を経営している老夫婦は快く受け入れてくださり、とても丁寧な接客をしていると見受けられました。
一方、この店の特色から、遠方からの来訪はお勧めできません。鉄道の最寄り駅やバス停からも遠く、この店のための駐車場はありません。食材の仕入れる量の関係からか、定休日以外のディナータイムは閉店していることがありますが、それを確認するための連絡手段がありません。それでもこの店を利用する際は、ライチタイムに利用することを強くお勧めします。
店内での飲食だけでなく、テイクアウトでも利用できます。

This restaurant mainly serves set meals and curry with a focus on pork cutlets, but even though all the dishes are reasonably priced, they are well prepared and very tasty. Even though I were there just before closing time, the elderly couple who run the restaurant graciously accepted us, and we found them to be very attentive to their customers.
On the other hand, due to the features of this store, I would not recommend coming from far away. It's far from the nearest train station and bus stop, and there is no parking lot for this restaurant. Due to the amount of food stocked, the restaurant is sometimes closed even during dinner time except on regular holidays. But there is no way to contact the restaurant to confirm this. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you use this restaurant during lunch time.

川崎駅東口の川崎ルフロンの9階と10階の2階分のフロアで構成されている水族館です。『川崎ルフロン』という商業施設内にあるため、イルカやアシカ等の大型動物はおらず、大きくてもピラルクーやハイギョといった大きさ程度ですが、南半球を淡水性の魚を中心に、ナマケモノやショウジョウトキ、カピバラ等様々な動物が飼育されています。
特に鳥類や哺乳類、明るい場所を好む淡水魚が飼育されている箇所では外の光がふんだんに取り入れられていますが、一部の天井はガラスで覆われているため全天候型の水族館となっています。天候の悪い日でも充分に楽しむことが出来るため、休日はやや混雑しますが、平日は比較的空いており、ゆっくりと様々な動物を楽しむことが出来ます。

展示の仕方も工夫を凝らしているところが多数あります。水槽の中に鏡を斜めに設置することで、観賞者である人の姿を映さず魚の見えない部分もしっかりと見えるようにしたり、魚の説明もタッチパネル式のデバイスを採用しており、より詳しい情報を知ることが出来ます。水槽の中にも魚の説明が書かれている札があるのですが、かなり独特でコミカルな言い回しで笑いを誘います。小さな子供でも見やすい様に、踏み台を設けているコーナーもあります。
一方で、暗いところに生息する動物を展示する箇所では、その動物に合わせるように照明を暗くしています。躓くような段差は少ないですが、小さな子供は迷子になりやすいので注意が必要です。さらに、熱帯の動物を展示しているコーナーでは、高温多湿の環境を構築しているため、ガラスが曇って動物がよく見えない場合があります。

The aquarium is located on the 9th and 10th floors of the Kawasaki LeFRONT building at the east exit of Kawasaki Station. Because it's located in a commercial facility called Kawasaki LeFRONT, there are no large animals such as dolphins or sea lions, and at most the size of pirarucu and lungfish, but there are a variety of animals, mainly freshwater fish from the southern hemisphere, including sloths, Scarlet Ibis, and capybaras.
The aquarium is an all-weather aquarium, with some ceilings covered with glass. There is plenty of outside light, especially in the areas where birds, mammals, and freshwater fish that prefer bright places are kept. Since the aquarium can be enjoyed even on bad weather days, it gets a little crowded on holidays, but on weekdays it is relatively empty and you can enjoy the various animals at your leisure.

There are also many ingenious ways to display the fish and animals. For example, a mirror can be placed diagonally in the tank so that the viewer's image is not reflected, and the invisible parts of the fish can be clearly seen. The fish description uses a touch screen device to give you more detailed information. There are also tags inside the tanks with descriptions of the fish, which are quite unique and comical and make you laugh. There is also a corner with a step ladder so that even small children can easily see the fish.
On the other hand, in the areas where animals that live in dark places are displayed, the lights are dimmed to match the animals. There are few steps to trip over, but small children can easily get lost, so be careful. Furthermore, in the sections where tropical animals are exhibited, the glass may fog up and make it difficult to see the animals clearly because of the hot and humid environment that is built.

まるで古民家と海の家をミックスさせたような雰囲気の内装のカフェです。周囲の民家に溶け込んでいるような外装ですが、大きな青い『CIBI』という文字が壁に書かれているので見つけやすいです。
スタッフの対応は親切且つ丁寧です。給仕される料理も野菜を中心としていて、ヘルシーである上にとても丁寧に作られているのが分かります。このカフェでは単にドリンクや料理を堪能するだけでなく、カップなどの食器の販売も行っています。

但し店としての欠点もいくつか見られます。まず入り口は段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるでしょう。店内の至る所で木材を使用していますが、カウンター席のテーブルを始めしっかりと固定されていないところがいくつか見られ、ゆっくり寛ぐのにやや心許なさを感じるかもしれません。
さらに料理の値段が高いです。メニューも文字情報のみ（オーストラリアのコーヒー文化を日本に取り寄せたため、日本語表記だけでなく英語表記もあります）で、絵や写真が無く、書かれているメニューがどんなものなのかが分かりづらいです。しかもメニューの書き方が『複数品ある』という誤解を招かせる恐れがあります。実際に給仕された料理が単一のプレートに盛りつけられたものだと知ると、人によってガッカリするかもしれません。
スタッフのサービスや料理の質としては素晴らしいのですが、お勧めできるカフェとは言い難いです。

The interior of this cafe looks like a mix between an old house and a beach house. The cafe looks like it blends in with the surrounding houses, but it is easy to find because of the large blue letters "CIBI" written on the wall.
The staff is friendly and polite. The food they serve is mainly vegetables, which is healthy and very carefully prepared. The café is not only a place to enjoy drinks and food, but also sells cups and other tableware.

However, there are some drawbacks to the cafe. First of all, there are steps at the entrance, which may make it difficult for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or people with large luggage to use the restaurant. Although wood is used throughout the restaurant, there are a few areas that are not firmly fixed, such as the counter tables, which may make it difficult to relax.
Furthermore, the prices of the food are high. The menu is written in English as well as Japanese(since the Australian coffee culture was imported to Japan). There are no pictures or drawings, making it difficult to understand what the menu is about. In addition, the way the menu is written can mislead people into thinking that there are multiple dishes. Some people may be disappointed when they find out that the food they are served is actually served on a single plate.
As for the service of the staff and the quality of the dishes, it's great, but I can't say that I would recommend this cafe.

三島大社に伝わる神宝や史料が展示されている宝物館です。
展示物のほとんどが、三島大社の神主職として代々世襲されてきた矢田部氏に関連する資料、三島大社の境内を描いた図、三島大社と深く関わりのある武将との書簡等がほとんどで、神社に寄進された宝物類はあまり多くありません。三島大社がこれまで歩んだ歴史的な背景を学ぶ上では非常に勉強になりますが、三島大社に纏わる武将との関係性を深掘りする上では少し物足りないと感じるかもしれません。
展示室は建物の2階にあり、基本的な昇降手段は階段です。エレベーターがあるのですが、場所が少し分かりづらいです。障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できるよう、車椅子の貸し出しがあります。入館料は大人で500円ですが、展示の内容からやや高いと感じるかもしれません。なお、英語を始めとする外国語での説明の併記はほとんどありません。

The exhibition room is located on the second floor of the building, and the basic way to get up and down is by stairs. There is an elevator, but its location is a bit confusing. Wheelchairs are available for rent so that visitors with disabilities can easily use the museum. The admission fee is 500 yen for adults, which may seem a bit expensive considering the contents of the exhibition. In addition, there are few explanations in English or other foreign languages.

三島市の中心に位置する神社です。『三島』という名前は伊豆諸島を指す『御島』に由来し、古来より活発に起きていた伊豆諸島の火山活動や地震から土地や街を鎮守するためにこの神社が設けられました。東海道中にこの神社があり、源頼朝を始め名高い武将の崇敬の対象となり、国宝を始め、様々な神宝が収められているそうです。
敷地は南北に約350m、東西に約150m程で、境内を周遊するだけであれば1時間程度で済みます。社殿を始めとする現在の建物は、1930年の北伊豆地震による倒壊によって修復されたもので、いずれも比較的新しいですが、往年の面影を残す史料が多いことから、当時の状況を可能な限り再現して建てられたそうです。
三島駅からやや距離がありますが、徒歩で行くことの出来ない距離というわけではありません。三島市内を散策しながら神社に参拝に訪れるといいかもしれません。

越谷にある、地域の水害対策の一環で設けられた調節池です。そのほとりにある広場は、通路を除きほぼ一面が芝生に覆われており、特に立ち入り禁止区域も設定されていないため、昼寝をしたりかけっこをしたりなど、思い思いにひと時を過ごす人を見かけます。園内にはステージが設けられ、イベントがある日などは混雑しますが、それ以外はそれ程人も多くなく、快適にひと時を過ごせると思います。
調節池の岸には成人の腰の高さ程度の柵しかないこと、広場はやや傾斜があることから、ボール遊び等では池にボールが落ちやすくなることに注意が必要です（実際にボール遊びをしている人は見られません）。一方、日除けや雨除けとして活用できる場所がほとんど無いことにも注意が必要です。

境内の周囲は住宅地であるのに、境内は木々が生い茂っている自然豊かな神社です。武蔵国の中で最も格式の高い一宮の神社ですが、いわゆる高い格式に伴う排他的な雰囲気は無く、1時間もあれば全て周遊できる程度の境内の広さです。年末年始であれば初詣客で混雑しますが、それ以外の季節は特に神事を始めイベントでもない限り、休日でもそれほど混雑しておらず、ゆっくりと境内を散策することが出来ます。
神社そのものは大宮駅、もしくは北大宮駅から行くと近いですが、大宮駅からでも10分以上を要します。そのため、車を使って参拝する人が多く、神社の周囲にはいくつもの駐車場が完備されています。日本一参道が長い神社としても知られ、一の鳥居から2kmもあります（一の鳥居の最寄り駅は『さいたま新都心駅』です）。ウォーキングを兼ねて参拝する人も多く見られます。
境内の建物の中でとりわけ目を引くのが楼門で、鮮やかな朱色が厳格さの中にも華やかな印象を醸し出しています。大宮アルディージャの必勝祈願として、選手やサポーターが参拝することもあり、彼らのサイン入りの絵馬等、大宮アルディージャに纏わる品々が境内に点在しています。

Although it's the most prestigious shrine in Musashi Province, it does not have the exclusive atmosphere that comes with high prestige, and the precincts are large enough that you can tour them all in an hour. During the year-end and New Year holidays, the shrine is crowded with New Year's visitors, but during the rest of the year, it's not so crowded even on holidays, unless there is a special event such as a Shinto ritual, and you can take a leisurely stroll around the grounds.
The shrine itself is close to Omiya Station or Kita Omiya Station, but even from Omiya Station it takes more than 10 minutes to get there. Many people visit the shrine by car, and there are many parking lots around the shrine. The approach to the shrine is also known as the longest in Japan, stretching 2 km from the first torii gate (the nearest station to the first torii gate is Saitama Shin Toshin Station). Many people come to the shrine for exercise as well.
One of the most eye-catching buildings in the precincts is the Rou-mon, with its bright vermilion color creating a gorgeous impression. The players and supporters of Omiya Ardija often visit the shrine to pray for the team's victory, and there are many Omiya Ardija-related items scattered around the precincts, including votive plaques signed by the players.

1km東に羽田空港があるにも関わらず、飛行機の騒音や振動はほとんど感じない、閑静な住宅地に静かに佇む神社です。現在の羽田空港に元々あった神社で、堤防に開く穴から入り込む水害より田畑を守るための神社として崇められてきました。『穴を守る』という名前から、江戸時代より遊女達の信仰を集めたともされています。
現在の位置に移築されたのは太平洋戦争後のことで、境内の建物は比較的新しいものです。南側の鳥居から境内に入ると、整然とした印象を受けますが、奥に行くと他の稲荷神社でも見られるような小さな鳥居や狐の像が雑多に並びます。境内の入り口と奥とで全く違う印象を受けるでしょう。境内には、『必勝』『出世』『繁栄』等様々なご利益にちなんだ小さな社がいくつも点在します。羽田空港が近くにあるからか『航空神社』という小さな社もあり、空の旅の安全のために祈願に訪れる人もいます。
空の玄関口に近いわりに休日でも訪れる人はそれ程多くないため、のんびりと境内散策するのにピッタリかもしれません。

You will get a completely different impression from the entrance and the back of the shrine. The shrine precincts are dotted with many small shrines that are dedicated to various benefits such as "victory," "success," "prosperity," and so on. Perhaps because Haneda Airport is nearby, there is also a small shrine called "Aviation Shrine" where people come to pray for the safety of air travel.
Even though it's close to Haneda Airport, there are not that many visitors even on holidays, so it may be perfect for a leisurely stroll around the precincts.

下手に動かすと祟りに見舞われる、という曰く付きの鳥居です。
穴守稲荷神社は元々現在の羽田空港に鎮座していましたが、GHQによる空港の拡張工事によって神社そのものは移転されました。しかしこの時の拡張工事、及び1954年の滑走路拡張工事の際にも事故による死傷者が続出したことから、大鳥居の祟りによるものと噂されました。その後無事移設工事が進み、1999年に現在の場所に移されました。
既に穴守稲荷神社との関係性が断たれ、扁額も『穴守神社』から『平和』に変更されています。しかも単に鳥居が鎮座しているだけにも関わらず、鳥居の周囲には誰が置いたのかベンチや椅子等の休憩場所がちらほら。主に自転車やバイクのツーリングで訪れた人が記念に写真撮影する観光スポットになっています。

Anamori Inari Shrine was originally located in what is now Haneda Airport. With the expansion of the airport, the shrine was relocated, but only the torii gate was not moved until 1999. The reason being that when they tried to move the torii, many people were killed or injured in accidents! It was rumored that this torii gate would haunt anyone who tried to move it without a second thought.
Perhaps because of this rumor, even though this place only has a torii gate, there are several chairs and other things where you can take a rest, as if someone put them there. But it is just a torii gate, with no explanation of hauntings, etc. displayed on it.
