東京では新橋駅前のビルの地下にあるような、昭和時代のビル地下の飲み屋街の雰囲気を醸し出すフロアにあるうどん店です。
ビル...  続きを読むの地下1階にあり、やや分かりづらいもののエレベーターでの昇降手段もあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。しかし、店内がやや狭いことに注意が必要です。カウンター席及びテーブル席が合わせて20席程ありますが、前述の通り店内はやや狭いため、大人数での利用には向かないと思います。
入口のすぐそばにある券売機で予め食券を購入する必要があります（この券売機も少し見つけづらいところに設置されています）。ご夫婦と思われる2人で、注文・調理・給仕・後片付け等の清掃作業を行っているため、注文から給仕まで時間を要することがあります。
給仕される料理はうどんがメインですが、丼ものもあります。ほとんどの料理について、盛り付け等の見た目及び味付けは至ってシンプルで、この店ならではの特徴的な味付けはありませんが、その分、あれこれ考えることなく食事をする、というホッとできるレストランであるように思います。

This udon restaurant is located on a floor that gives off the atmosphere of a bar area in the basement of a Showa-era building, such as the one in front of Shimbashi Station.
It's located on the basement floor of the building, and although somewhat difficult to find, there is an elevator to go up and down, making it accessible to people with disabilities such as wheelchairs and people with large luggage. However, it should be noted that the restaurant is rather small. There are a total of about 20 seats at the counter and at tables, but as mentioned above, the restaurant is rather small, so it is not suitable for large groups.
You must purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine located right by the entrance (this machine is also located in a slightly difficult-to-find place). Since two people, who appear to be a couple, are in charge of ordering, cooking, serving, and cleaning up, it may take some time from the time of ordering to serving.
The main dish served is udon, but there are also rice bowls. Most of the dishes are very simple in appearance and flavor, and there are no special flavors that are unique to this restaurant, but this makes it a relaxing restaurant where you can enjoy your meal without thinking about this or that.  閉じる
