  外装・内装ともに、やや格式の高い店のように感じられますが、スタッフの接客対応が非常に温かく家庭的で、それでいて気さくに接し...  続きを読むてくれるため、カジュアルに利用できるとんかつ店であるように思いました。 出入口付近に設置されている券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。給仕される料理は基本的に鹿児島の特産である黒豚の豚肉ですが、『ミックスフライ』では海老や旬の魚などの豚肉以外の食材のカツも給仕され、しかも揚げたてのカツが一品ずつ給仕されます。値段が高いものの、人気メニューであるため注文する客も多いです。 トンカツは低温の油でじっくり揚げられているため、給仕までに時間を擁します。それでも、肉の内部までじっくり熱が通り、しっかりとした歯応えなのに肉質は柔らかく仕上がっていて、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ると思います。一方で、低温でじっくり揚げたからか、高温で揚げたトンカツと比べるとカツの衣に水気が含まれやすく、時間の経過とともに衣のサクサク感が無くなりやすいように感じました。 建物の1階にあり、出入口に段差等は無いものの引き戸であるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方はやや利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。 Both the interior and exterior give the impression of a slightly formal restaurant, but the staff's customer service is very warm and friendly, and they also treat you in a casual way, so I thought it was a Tonkatsu restaurant that you could use casually. The food served is basically pork from Kagoshima's specialty, black pigs, but with the 'mixed fry' you also get cutlets made from other ingredients such as prawns and seasonal fish, and each item is served freshly fried. Although the price is high, it's a popular menu item, so many customers order it. Since the pork cutlets are fried slowly in low-temperature oil, it takes time before they are served. Even so, the heat penetrates all the way to the center of the meat, and although the texture is firm, the meat is tender, so I think you can enjoy it until the very end. On the other hand, because it might be fried slowly at a low temperature, the breading of the pork cutlet was more likely to retain moisture than a pork cutlet fried at a high temperature, and I felt that the crispiness of the breading was likely to disappear over time. It's on the first floor of the building, and although there are no steps at the entrance, it is a sliding door, so people with disabilities such as wheelchair users may find it somewhat difficult to use.  閉じる
