アムステルダム国立美術館【１】中世からルネサンス（1）

アムステルダム国立美術館は、フェルメールやレンブラントなどの17世紀オランダ絵画で有名ですが、中世からルネサンスにかけての宗教画や彫刻なども素晴らしいものが多くゆっくり楽しみました。
宗教画なので、なんとなくテーマはわかったものの、作者や由来等は不明でしたが、Rijks museumuのHPで検索してみました。少しづつ纏めていきたいと思います。

中世からルネサンスにかけての展示は０階（日本でいう１階）ですが、こちらはそれほど混んでおらずじっくり見ることができます。絵画だけでなく彫刻や陶器、家具など展示されております。

カルロ・クリヴェッリは、イタリアのルネサンス初期の画家。15世紀に流行したパドヴァ派の工房の系統の画家と推測される。

Adriaen van Wesel「聖アグネス」1470-80年頃
聖アグネスは291年にローマの上流階級でキリスト教徒の一家に生まれた、うら若く聡明な美少女で、13歳になった304年1月21日にローマ帝国皇帝ディオクレティアヌスの統治下で殉教したとされます。カトリックのミサで記念される女性の中で聖母マリアを除いた7人の中の1人。
