ちーあみさん、こんにちは。

おっしゃる通りで、本来ブリュッセル空港の税関で手続きするものが、ユーロスターの乗場であるBrussels-Midi/Zuid駅の税関で行う、ということになりますが、具体的に駅のどこで行うのか、が謎ですね。既に出ていますが、

これがユーロスター側の正式な税関案内ですが、これの最後のベルギー税関に飛んでも、駅での手続きが載ってないようですし(英語版)、「Claiming VAT on purchases made in the UK」の最後の部分の

はいいのですが、次の

We strongly recommend that you choose the “card refund” option at the time of purchase. If you do, your refund request will be sent automatically to the retailer once your VAT refund form has been stamped by customs. You won’t have anything else to do.

ここが結局肝の部分と思うのですが、スタンプを貰っても、代行会社か何かに申請しないで、「automatically」に「Retailler」に送られるものなのか・・・。

これだと、出国した所にVAT還付の税関窓口があるようですが、日曜日や営業時間についてやり取りが続いています。

いずれにしろ、早めに行って(パリの場合は保安検査にすごく時間がかかると聞いていて、コロナ前ですが北駅で長蛇の列を見たことがあります。)インフォメーションで聞いてみる、しかないのでは。素敵なご旅行になることをお祈りします。

Claiming VAT on purchases made in the EU when travelling from the EU to the UK:
Non-EU residents may be able to claim back VAT on purchases made in the EU from retailers that are part of the VAT refund scheme. Please note the minimum qualifying amount may vary by country.

You will need to show your purchases, receipt, passport and completed VAT refund form in your name to customs officers at the station to get your VAT refund form stamped. The customs office can be found after passport and luggage checks in Paris Gare du Nord, Lille Europe, Marne-la-Vallée (Disneyland Paris) and Brussels-Midi/Zuid. Please arrive at the station a little earlier than usual if you plan to claim a VAT refund.

Important: VAT refunds are not issued by the customs office. The retailer is responsible for issuing the refund.

わかりませんけど、駅の税関でスタンプもらうとあります。
ベルギーでかったものは、電子申請のパイロットプログラムがあるみたいですが、他の国で買ったのは手押しで、早朝とかいないときがあるなんてかいてありますが…
あと、ベルギーはvat refund125ユーロ以上のものというのを見ました。

そのトリップアドバイザーのだと、電話するって英語でいいのでしょうけど、なんか心配ですね。

VAT Refund from Brussels Midi Train Station. Taking EurostarというTripadvisorの投稿が参考になると思います。昨年6月で、まだコロナで人の動きが回復していない時期なので、今は閉まっていたオフィスも開いていると思われます。

Since I searched everywhere on this forum for this answer and found none I thought I would share my experience. Once you clear border control for Belgium and the UK and come to the waiting area there is a small office with shutters closed and a sign on there that says Duane/Customs with a phone number. You have to call that number and tell them you need a VAT Refund. Officers will come in about 20-30 mins so make sure you come early. They will check all your items and then stamp them. It’s a manual process so you will have to mail the paperwork from the UK as they do not have Global Blue or Planet Mail boxes at the train station. You just seal the paperwork after it’s stamped in the UK and you will get your refund in 3-4 weeks. That’s it. I hope this helps someone.
