『富山ブラック』と呼ばれる黒醤油をベースとした非常に濃い色のスープが特徴のラーメン店です。京都拉麺小路にあるラーメン店の一つで、得てしてラーメン店が集う場所は行列が出来る超人気店と比較的空いている店の格差が凄く、この店はどちらかと言えば比較的空いており、並んだとしてもものの10分程度で入店できます。
比較的空いているとはいえ決して給仕される料理が悪いわけではありません。色の濃いスープが麺に程よく絡み、濃厚な味わいを楽しむことが出来ますが、いつまでも後味に残るような味の強さではありません。トッピングの九条ネギもシャキシャキ噛み応えがあり美味しかったのですが、こちらは具材としては麺とスープと完全に独立してしまった感じがして、料理との一体感があまり楽しめませんでした。
スタッフの対応は特にいい点も悪い点も無い、極めて普通の対応でした。
It's a Ramen restaurant with a very dark soup based on black soy sauce called "Toyama Black". It's one of the ramen stores in Kyoto Ramen Koji, and as is often the case with places where Ramen restaurants gather, there is a huge disparity between the very popular restaurants with long lines and the relatively empty restaurants. Even though the restaurant is relatively empty, it does not mean that the food served is bad.
The dark-colored soup is well mixed with the noodles and has a rich flavor, but it is not so strong that it leaves an aftertaste forever. The topping of kujo green onions was also tasty and crunchy, but as an ingredient, it seemed to have become completely independent from the noodles and soup, and I did not enjoy the sense of unity with the dish.
The staff was extremely ordinary, with nothing particularly good or bad to say about them.
