ゆいレールの『旭橋駅』と『県庁前駅』のどちらにもアクセスに程よい位置にあるホテルだと思います。ホテルの目の前に幹線道路（国道58号線）があるため、入口付近は主に日中車の往来の喧騒を感じますが、客室フロア及び客室内はそのような喧騒はほとんど感じず、静かにひと時を過ごせると思います。
リーズナブルな価格で宿泊できますが、周辺のビジネスホテルと同様に、清潔に保たれているのは言うまでもないものの、部屋はあまり広くはありません。バスルームも同様に狭いですが、ビジネスホテル特有の多数の宿泊者の利用によるもはや取ることが出来ない汚れ等はほとんど見られず、快適に利用できると思います。
海外からの観光客の利用も多いからか、フロント等で外国人スタッフの姿を多く見かけますが、きちんと教育されているようで、失礼な接客は全くありませんでした。とてもハキハキと受け答えして好印象でした。
ウェルカムドリンクとして、ロビーで泡盛もしくはシークワーサーを無料で飲むことが出来ますが、このサービスが人気の要で、サービス自体終了の21時を待つことなく提供分が無くなってしまうこともあることに注意が必要です。それでも、ホテルの周辺には飲食店やコンビニエンスストアーが多くあるため、食事や食料調達に苦労することは無いでしょう。
なお、客室への入室はカードキーではなく金属製の鍵を使用します。客室フロアへの昇降に使用するエレベーター内に、目的のフロアへ行くためのカードキーをかざすデバイスは設置されておらず、その方式のキーに慣れている人にとっては、セキュリティ面でやや不安に感じるかもしれません。
The hotel is located in a good location for access to both Asahibashi Station and Kencho-mae Station on the Yui Rail. Because there is a main road (National Route 58) right in front of the hotel, you will feel the hustle and bustle of car traffic around the entrance mainly during the daytime, but you will hardly feel such hustle and bustle on the guest room floor and in the guest rooms, so you can spend a quiet moment in the hotel.
The rooms are reasonably priced, but like most business hotels in the area, keeping clean but they are not very spacious. The bathrooms are similarly small, but I think they are comfortable, with few of the stains that can no longer be removed due to the many guests that are characteristic of business hotels.
I saw many foreign staff at the front desk and other places, perhaps because there are many tourists from overseas, but they seemed to be well trained and did not treat me rudely at all. I had a very good impression of their enthusiastic response and pleasantness.
You can have a complimentary welcome drink of Awamori or seekwasa in the lobby, but be aware that this service is very popular and sometimes runs out before the service itself ends at 9:00 p.m. Still, you will have no difficulty in finding food and drink, as there are many restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel.
Note that a metal key, not a card key, is used to enter the guest rooms. There is no device in the elevator used to ascend and descend to the guest room floors that allows you to hold the card key to get to the floor you want to go to, and those who are used to that method of key may feel somewhat uneasy about security.
