尼崎駅（JR）と連結されたアーケードで行き来が可能なホテルです。ほとんど雨に濡れることもなく駅との行き来が可能な上、大型の商業施設が隣接していること、1階にコンビニがあることから、飲食や飲食物の調達に困ることはまずありません。
チェックイン・チェックアウトするためのフロントは1階にあります。アーケードを利用して駅と行き来する場合、ホテルの出入り口は2階になるため、エレベーターを使用して一旦1階に降りる必要があります。客室フロアへは、チェックイン時に渡されたカードキーをエレベーター内のセンサーにかざさないとアクセス出来ません。宿泊客以外が無断で立ち入れられない仕組みになっています。
大まかな設備は他のビジネスホテルと大きな差はありませんが、フロントから客室に至るまで隅々まで清潔に保たれていることは勿論のこと、古めかしさも少なく、快適に過ごすことが出来ます。スタッフの対応も丁寧ではありますが適切な距離を保った接客で、不快な点は見当たりません。
2階のレストランでビュッフェスタイルの朝食を利用することが出来ます（宿泊時に利用するとした場合のみ）。尼崎での観光やビジネスの拠点として、素晴らしいホテルだと思います。
The hotel is accessible via an arcade connected to Amagasaki Station (JR). Since it's possible to come and go from the station almost without getting wet from the rain, and since a large commercial facility is adjacent to the hotel and there is a convenience store on the first floor, it is unlikely that you will have any trouble finding food and drink or procuring food and beverages.
The front desk for check-in and check-out is on the first floor. If you use the arcade to go to and from the station, you will need to use the elevator to go down to the first floor once, as the hotel entrance and exit is on the second floor. Access to the guestroom floors is only possible by holding the card key given at check-in over the sensor in the elevator. This system is designed to prevent unauthorized entry by anyone other than hotel guests.
The general facilities do not differ greatly from those of other business hotels, but every corner of the hotel, from the front desk to the guest rooms, is kept clean and comfortable, with few outdated facilities. The staff is courteous but maintains an appropriate distance from the guests, and there is nothing unpleasant to be found.
A buffet breakfast is available at the restaurant on the second floor (only if you decide to use it during your stay). I think this hotel is an excellent base for sightseeing and business in Amagasaki.
