We made last minute reservations for a weekend stay. We arrived at the hotel on Friday, July 11, right around 4:00, which was check-in time. We pulled right into the driveway and were immediately greeted and told where to put our car for registration. Once inside, we did not have to wait to check in, as they had plenty of employees waiting to help the guests. We had paid for a city-view room on a low floor, but were upgraded to a falls view room on the 19th floor. The room was clean, with a king bed and a fireplace. It had a beautiful view of the falls. On Friday nights, there is a fireworks show and we were able to watch that from our room. At check in, we were given the option of self parking or valet parking. We chose the valet option, just because it was easier. On Saturday, we needed the car, so we called down to the valet. By the time we hit the lobby, the car was waiting for us. The valet was helpful and gave us directions to our destination.

The location of the hotel was great. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which is always a plus. We were able to walk to all the attractions. We were part of the resort that was connected the the indoor water park and Casino Niagara. The Hershey Store, the Coca Cola Store and the Hard Rock Cafe were about a 5 minute walk It was about a 15 minute walk down to the Journey Behind the Falls and the Fallsview Casino. We looked right out the windows by the elevator and saw Clifton Hill. It was very convenient to have an entrance/exit that went through the arcade to Clifton Hill.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

Large and busy Hilton Hotel . Good for business travellers. The location is excellent for all London attractions. Not a place if you are looking for a quiet night. No complaints with the rooms they are spacious and beautiful . Only downfall is it was always hard to get an elevator as they were always crowded. It was Sunday morning I came to check out with a long queue at reception only one person the men in black suit gentleman named Ritesh was handling so many guest at a same time using all the computers and he was very fast and too professional .WOWW it made me feel I am watching superhero film.
Will return back to the hotel!!
INCREDIBLELY & BRILLIANTLY EXECUTED "RITESH"

After a two-year absence, we returned to check out the newly renovated rooms. We stayed in two different rooms - a Deluxe Club and a Premium Club room. Both rooms were fresh and nicely laid out. One very minor complaint - the toilet paper roll tends to fall from its dispenser rod. The latter was easily rectified by tilting the rod up a bit so the roll of toilet paper was less likely to fall off.

As with our previous visits, we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the Club Lounge attendants. The ladies were always friendly and helpful. The renovated Club Lounge now offers more food options. There is a station at breakfast and during evening cocktail hours with hot cooked-to-order items. There is always at least one vegetarian option - much appreciated by the vegetarian member of our family.

Since our last visit, the MRT has a new Taipei 101 station, which is much closer to the hotel than the City Hall station. The hotel location is superb and the MRT is very handy for reaching places that are out of walking range.

The Grand Hyatt Taipei will continue to be our hotel-of-choice in Taipei due to its continued excellence in service. Thanks, Christine, Christian, and Isabelle, plus all the Club Lounge staff!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had two stays and room each time was clean and very comfortable. Pool area delightful. Restaurants good with good service. Convenient to shops and BTS and Metro. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the idea that hotel and department stores were connected. We didn't need to travel far to do anything. for the 11 days we were there, we did almost everything in the hotel and department store and couple walks down to myung dong. VERY convenient ! will definitely stay here again every time i go to Seoul!

I've been to Lotte which is the hotel right by Westin Chosun and I've been to other hotels in Seoul but this one has one of the best hotel services I've ever experienced. The fancy buffet restaurant called Aria is right under the hotel with price little too steep (about $90 per person) but definitely worth going. Sauna was very clean and nice but swimming pool is little too small.
