  ランニングステーションの利用には、特に会員にならなければならない等の制約があるわけではありません。利用時間の制限も特に無く、ランニングステーションの営業時間内であればいつでも利用できるのも素晴らしいポイントです。スタッフの接客対応も適度な距離感をもって接してくれ、ウェアやシューズの購入の際も、目的や目標に則したものを的確に提案してくれます。
  シャワールームはかなり狭いです。肘や腕を容易に伸ばし縮みがかなりしづらいくらいの狭さで、特に背の高い人は利用に苦労するでしょう。各シャワールームに入る前に着替え用を置くためのカゴがありますが、そのカゴはロッカーと異なり盗難防止用の機能はありません。シャワールーム利用時は、充分に注意した方がいいでしょう。
