続きを読むかもめが通っています。その下層の両側は歩道になっており、歩いて渡るプロムナードになっています。
プロムナードから臨む東京湾の景色はとても美しく、時間を追うごとに刻々と変わっていく様子がうかがえます。東京湾を眺めるスポットは、都内の展望台に数多くありますが、海風を感じ、行き交う船を間近に見ながら、というのは殆ど無いと思います。
お勧めは黄昏時。夕焼けに染められて美しく輝くお台場と、逆光によって浮かび上がる品川・大井ふ頭のビル群のコントラストを楽しめます。運が良ければ、ビルの隙間から富士山が見えるかもしれません。
常に乗用車なりゆりかもめなりが行き交い、また海風の通り道にもなっているため、周囲は全く静かではないことが欠点の一つ。また、台場方面を眺めるサウスルートと、晴海方面を眺めるノースルートを、途中でまたぐ、ということも出来ませんので注意が必要です。

The view of Tokyo Bay from the sidewalk is very beautiful. As you know, there are several observation facilities in Tokyo, but here is the only observation facility that you feel sea breeze directly and the ships pass under you. Night view is of course beautiful, but I'd like you to recommend highly that you visit here in the evening. Especially in winter, you'ill never forget an unforgettable moment.
However, since sea breeze always blows and cars are on the way, some people may feel very noisy. And sidewalks on both sides do not intersect on the way. If you want to walk another sidewalk, you have to walk through the sidewalk that you chose fully.
