パレルモは8年ぶりの再訪。。
新市街の広場Piazza Ruggiero Settimo→Via della Liberta→Via Ruggero Settimo→Teatro Massimo→Via Maqueda→Quattro Canti →Via Vittorio Emanuele→Cattedrale di Palermo→Via Vittorio Emanuele→Quattro Canti→ Fontana Pretoria→Piazza Bellini→Discesa dei Giudici→Via Sant'Anna→Chiesa di Gesu e Maria alla Mercede→Piazza Aragona→Via Alloro→Palazzo Castrofilippo→Santa Maria della Pieta。
この交差点を左へ行くとお目当てのリストランテ。
Ristorante Ottava Nota。
店内は小さいながらもエレガントな空間にびっくり。
今のパレルモの最先端の流行を感じられる。
シチリア料理を最先端の料理に変化したキュイジーヌ。
＠前菜：ガンベロロッソのカルパッチョ　ブッラータチーズとカポターナ添え
＠パスタ：ウニとガンベロロッソのスパゲットーニ　ファビニアーナ産カラスミかけ

見た目も味も素晴らしい。
シチリアの伝統料理を上手く取り入れており、
とっても美味しい。
冷たいシチリア産白ワインと共に。
ごちそうさまでした♪
