I can not type in Japanese for some reason so is asking in English.
I am traveling to London next week and I hear that this year is cold.
I am also planning to go to a restaurant dressing up (evening dress).
Is people already wearingwinter coat (wool etc)?
Would appreciate it if someone could tell me what people is wearing.

Following weather reports of BBC, temperatures in London in this and the next week are 20(high) and 10(low) degree celcius. Thus, coats are neccessary. I usually take dinner at usual restaurants in central London and South Kenjingtong area. In all restaurants, guests wear not formal cloths. If you wish to wear formal one, please find very expensive restaurants and may be meet with very rich English persons.

どのようなクラスのレストランでお食事するのか、質問からはよくわかりません。
先月ロンドンに滞在するときに、「☆のついたレストランで食事するかもしれないから、ワンピースは用意してきてね」と言われました。
どんなに安いブランドでもワンピースであれば女性は大丈夫なようです。知り合いはユニクロで購入したチープなワンピースとタイツを重ね着してもＯＫでした。ただし、靴とバッグは少し気を遣うとよいかと思います。
季節的には寒いと思います。特に朝と夜は冷え込みます。日本を含めてアジアの気候とは異なります。ロンドンに住む」人たちは、衣替えはしたことがないと言ってますから、寒いときはご自分が寒くないようにウールでも何でも着てください。
この夏（８月も）、ロンドンではウールのジャンパー、ダウンジャケットなど、靴も革の長いブーツを履いている人も多く見ました。
