煌びやか・豪華・派手、といった外装のレストランが軒を連ねる横浜中華街の中で、他の街中にでもありそうなお世辞にも目立たない外装をしている中華レストランです。それもあってか、他のレストランは昼食・夕食時間帯に多くの客が利用し、場合によっては店外に長蛇の列が出来ているにも関わらず、このレストランは比較的空いており、予約の必要はほぼ無いと言っていいでしょう。
スタッフの接客応対や提供される料理に問題は無いか、と言うとそんなことは全く無く、老齢の女性スタッフが対応されるものの不愉快な点は全く無く、とても矍鑠としていてテキパキと対応されます。提供されるいずれの料理も、盛り付けや味付けは奇を衒ったところは全くありませんが、辛さや味のくどさはほとんど無く、香りも強すぎず程よく、辛いもの・味が濃いものが苦手な人でもするすると食べることが出来ると思います。
一方、横浜中華街の他のレストランと比較すると、内部はそれ程広くなく、テンションを上げるような内装でも無いため、大人数での宴会のような利用には不向きだと思います。少人数の気心の知れた友人同士との気軽な食事に丁度いいかもしれません。

Amid the many flashy, luxurious, and eye-catching restaurants lining Yokohama Chinatown, this Chinese restaurant stands out in the opposite way, with an exterior so plain that it would not look out of place in an ordinary neighborhood. Perhaps for that reason, while many nearby restaurants are crowded during lunch and dinner hours - sometimes with long lines forming outside - this restaurant remains relatively quiet, and reservations are generally unnecessary.
That said, there are no issues at all with either the service or the food. Although the staff member serving us was an elderly woman, her manner was never unpleasant; on the contrary, she was energetic, efficient, and attentive. None of the dishes are particularly flashy in presentation or boldly seasoned, but they are gently flavored, not overly spicy or heavy, and pleasantly aromatic without being overpowering. Even those who dislike spicy or strongly seasoned food should find the dishes easy and enjoyable to eat.
On the other hand, compared with other restaurants in Yokohama Chinatown, the interior is not very spacious, nor is it designed to create a lively or festive atmosphere. As such, it may not be suitable for large group banquets. It's likely best suited for a casual meal with a small group of close friends.
