  横浜駅東口の地下にあるショッピングモールにあるレストランの一つです。たっぷり盛り付けられたワンタンとすっきりした塩味もしく...  続きを読むは醤油味のスープが定評のラーメン店として広く展開されているため、ショッピングモール内のレストランでもひときわ高い人気を誇り、平日・休日問わず昼食・夕食時間帯は大混雑します。安定的に並ばず入れる時間帯は、15時〜17時くらいを見込んでおります。
  提供される料理の質及び種類は、他の広州市場と遜色ないように思います。いずれの広州市場も、中華系のスタッフを多く雇っているように見かけますが、このお店は他の店よりその比率が高いように感じます。やや素っ気無くマニュアル通りの動きのように見られるものの、日本語を含むコミュニケーションには特段問題無いように思いました。
  カウンター席・テーブル席共に席数は多く、各テーブル間の仕切りも無く（時間帯によりますが）大人数グループでも利用できると思います。出入口には段差が無いため車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できますが、通路はやや狭めであることに注意が必要です。
  
  This restaurant is located in an underground shopping mall at the East Exit of Yokohama Station. It's part of a well-known ramen chain famous for its generously portioned wontons and light, clean-tasting soups (either salt-based or soy sauce-based). As a result, it's one of the most popular restaurants in the mall and becomes very crowded during both lunch and dinner hours on weekdays and weekends alike. If you want to avoid waiting, the best time to visit is roughly between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
  The quality and variety of the dishes are consistent with other Koshu Ichiba locations. Like other branches, many of the staff appear to be of Chinese background, and this location seems to have a particularly high proportion. While their service style may feel somewhat straightforward and procedural, communication - including in Japanese - does not present any significant issues.
  There are plenty of both counter and table seats, and there are no partitions between tables, making it suitable for larger groups depending on the time of day. The entrance is step-free, making it accessible for wheelchair users; however, the aisles inside are somewhat narrow, so some care may be needed when moving around.  閉じる
