  店内は狭く、カウンター席が20席程度しかありません。通路も狭いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方の利用は不向きです。
  この店の特徴は、特に夜間は利用者の半数以上が外国人観光客で占められている、ということです。入口に券売機があり、事前に食券を購入する必要がありますが、券売機の各ボタンは日本語表記のみで、しかも現金しか利用できないにもかかわらず、です。むしろ、あまり外国人観光客に迎合しすぎない、典型的なラーメン食堂のような雰囲気が、彼らの興味を強く引き付けているのかもしれません。
  店名にもある通り、給仕されるラーメンのほとんどで、鶏白湯のスープを使用しています。スープの濃淡は、濃厚もしくは淡麗のいずれかとなりますが、濃厚スープの場合、非常にコクのあるまろやかな味わいを堪能できます。それでいて決してくどくなり過ぎず、後味も良好です。一方で、値段と比較すると盛り付けの量が少なく、やや割高に感じてしまうのは否めません。それでも、つくねや鶏チャーシュー含め、見た目も味付けもバランスよくまとめられていますので、一度は利用してみるといいかもしれません。
  
  This ramen diner is located along Kuyakusho Street in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. Although there is a sign for the diner at the entrance, it's not prominently displayed as if it's a small pub in a small multi-tenant building, so first-time visitors may pass by without noticing.
  The interior is small, with only about 20 counter seats. The aisles are also narrow, making it unsuitable for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or those carrying large luggage.
  The diner is characterized by the fact that more than half of its customers are foreign tourists, especially at night. There is a ticket machine at the entrance, and meal tickets must be purchased in advance, even though the buttons on the machine are only written in Japanese and only cash is accepted. Perhaps it's the atmosphere of a typical Japanese-style ramen diner, which does not pander too much to foreign tourists, that attracts their interest so strongly.
  As the name of the diner suggests, most of the ramen served uses chicken broth  white soup. The soup can be either thick or light, but in the case of the thick soup, you will enjoy a very rich and mellow flavor. The thicker soup has a very rich and mellow flavor, yet it is not overly rich and has a pleasant aftertaste. On the other hand, the serving size is small compared to the price, and it's undeniable that it's a bit expensive. Still, it's a good idea to try it at least once, since it's well balanced in both appearance and flavor, including the tsukune and chicken chashu.  閉じる
