  円形の非常にユニークな装飾が施されている特性の器で、肉や野菜を焼いて提供する石焼きや鍋を給仕するレストランです。器そのもの...  続きを読むが黒ずんでいるため、鉄板なのか石器なのかは見た目ではよく分かりません。石器を使用することによって味が劇的に良くなる、というわけではありませんので、器そのものは見た目で楽しむ、に留めた方がいいかもしれません。
  給仕される肉や野菜はいずれも質はよく、また脂身がほとんど無い赤身の肉を使っているため、弾力のある味わい深い肉質を楽しむことが出来ます。友人やカップルで是非訪ねたいレストランの一つだと思います。
  気になったところとしては、地下一階にあるレストランへの昇降が階段のみであること。そのため、障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方には利用しづらい印象を持ちます。また、食材給仕の際、自分たちで焼くか店員が焼いてくれるのか説明が無く、店員が焼いてくれたものの事前の説明も無く無言で焼き始めました。焼き加減を聞かれることもありませんでした。勿論、彼等はプロフェッショナルであるため絶妙な焼き加減で給仕してくれましたが、折角焼いてくれるのであれば、もう少しコミュニケーションが欲しいところです。
  
  It is the Teppan-yaki restaurant with very unique plate for baking meat and vegetables. The plate is made of special stone, not iron, but ordinary persons will not be able to distinguish it. By baking ingredients on the plate, the taste does not change dramatically. That plate with unique decoration may be for enjoying to watch.
  Meat and vegetables are generally good in quality. The meat is lean and less fatty, elastic and crisp is preeminent. I can recommend this restaurant to you when you'd like to spend a special day with your colleagues and partners, or to make a small treatment yourself.
  If I mention the drawbacks, there are two. One is that the ascending and descending to the restaurant is only stairs. People with disabilities or with big baggage will have impression to be hard to use it. Another is that the staff's guidance is inadequate. Event after plate is set and ingredients are brought, you may not judge whether you bake them by yourself or the staff bake them, because there is no explanation. After all, the staff burns ingredients. Although they are professional and their technique is very good, I think that the communication with customers such as the degree of burning is necessary.  閉じる
