１９世紀初期に行われた「ウィーン会議」で「会議は踊る、されど進まず」の名言で知られる豪華な宮殿。

The splendid palace, well-known for the quote: ”Le congrès danse beaucoup, mais il ne marche pas.” (”Der Kongress tanzt, aber er geht nicht weiter.”, ”The congress dances, but does not progress.”) at ”Der Wiener Kongress” (”le Congrès de Vienne”, ”the Congress of Vienna”) held in the early 19th century.
