The location is perfect for business trips as well as for vaction. Adjacent to hyde park, next to the Green Park Tube sation the hotel is easy to reach and also a good starting point for sightseeing.

stayed here for three nights on a "special deal". all seemed good till we reached the bedroom which even by london standards was tiny. double bed was against the wall so no access or bedside table on one side

It's a Thistle...it's a 3 star hotel...and it's not in the best area. How do you make the best of that? By employing the absolute best staff, and training them to go the extra mile.

Once again stayed at the Millenium Gloucester Hotel for my wife's birthday and with two of our friends. Last year we had a great stay and this time just as good.

I have always liked it there and have posted positive reviews expressing this. My party stayed in 2 executive rooms. The man at reception was rude and unhelpful.

This hotel has a terrible rooms. I have stayed in a room close to the lifts and I heard a lot of noise all the time. Also the door closes very strongly and I could hear all other rooms doors whenever people come in..

The room was spacious for 3, however we didn't manage to get a room facing the N Seoul Tower if not that would have been great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary water bottles are provided everyday.

Location is nearby everywhere and shoping centre. everything is clean and new. Very friendly staff, especially concierge desk staff. Free internet is a big plus.

The rooms were perfect and other facilities were too. The restaurant we had a breakfast was also clean and lots of foods compare to other European hotels.

This hotel is not only situated in a great location, near the stop for the airport bus, train station exit and to many well known eateries (bonjuk, Ms lee, starbucks etc), their staff are the ones that makes this a place a winner.

It's the hotel that will go the extra mile for you. One example, last time, my travel agent messed up my reservation and the hotel was full when I arrived. The staff arranged me a different hotel in 15 minutes which was suiting my needs.

The only minus is that rooms are in need of a refresh and should have more lights.
