  仕方なく、ここにかいてあるメール・アドレスにメールして聞いてみました。その回答です。

  Holy Mass at the Imperial Chapel
  
  Every Sunday morning from September 18, 2016 until June 25, 2017 Mass is celebrated with musical accompaniment of the Vienna Imperial Court Music Ensemble (Wiener Hofmusikkapelle consisting of the Vienna Boys' Choir, members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, members of the men's choir of the Vienna State Opera and the Choralschola).
  On Oct 30 as well as Dec 11, 2016 the Choralschola of the Chapel (former members of Vienna Boys' Choir) and an organist of the ensemble perform together.
  
  Reservations
  Written order (by email, fax or postcard): please specify date of mass, number of tickets, preferred price category as well as contact information (first and family name and postal address)

  Ticket categories
  EUR 36,- / 26,- / 16,- / 10,- (prices are subject to change without notice)
  EUR 10,- tickets are without view. Standing room tickets are free and can be
  issued at 8.30 a.m. on the day of the mass.
  
  Methods of payment
  by bank transfer, credit card or cash payment at the ticket office within 3 weeks from date of reservation, reservations at EUR 200,- or more must be paid at the latest 8 weeks before mass service, in any case latest till
  FRIDAY before mass service, 5p.m. It is not possible to cancel paid reservations.
  
  Ticket office
  open for collection and purchase of tickets on Fridays, 11am-13pm und 15pm-17pm, or on the day of mass, 8 - 8.30 a.m. Our tickets are also available at Bundestheaterkassen, Operngasse 2, 1010 Vienna.
  
  Mass duration
  9.15 a.m. - approx. 10.30 a.m. We kindly request you to take your seats by 9 a.m. Please note that photographing, filming or audio recording are not permitted during mass.
  
  Visiting hours
  Mon and Tue 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Fri 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., except public holidays.
