先日、入国アプリの審査が通らなかった件で質問させて頂きました。
追加送信されたPDFにあったリンクから、オーストラリア入国の入力フォームに進み直せました。
改めてイチから入力し直しではありましたが、追加の書類と、顔写真、パスポート情報を上げて、審査待ちしたところ、今回は無事に通りました。
追加料金は発生せずに、アプリにVISA表示が出て来ました〜。有難うございました。
原因は、アプリの登録時に、顔写真撮影が有るのですが、その時上手くシャッターが切れませんでした。自分で押すのではなく、自動撮影なので、タイミングが悪かったようで、口が開いていたらしいです。
改めて通常時に撮影した顔写真をアップロードしました。
指定の書面は、PDFが暗号化されていたため、そのままのアップロードが出来なく、一度出力したものをスキャンしなくてはいけませんでした。
なんとか審査が通ってよかったです。回答ありがとうございました。

ただ、審査結果のメールが2回来たので、正直どちらが正解か、また疑問が出てます。

The reason is that when I registered for the application, I had to take a photo of my face, but at that time I couldn't get the shutter to work. It is not pressed by myself, but it is automatic photography, so the timing seemed to be bad, and it seems that my mouth was open.
Once again, I uploaded a face photo taken at a normal time.
The document specified could not be uploaded as it was because the PDF was encrypted, so I had to scan the output once.

I am glad that I managed to get through the screening process. Thank you for your answer.
However, I received two emails with the screening results, so I'm honestly wondering again which is the right answer.
