白い砂浜にたたずむ海の家をイメージした、シンプルでスタイリッシュな内装のカフェです。様々なトッピングのハワイアンパンケーキが主なメニューですが、ロコモコやポキをはじめ、色とりどりの野菜や肉料理、ガーリックシュリンプ等の料理も堪能できます。
パンケーキはまるでスフレオムレツのようなとろりとした柔らかさでした。街中などで見られるハワイアンカフェのパンケーキには、ココナッツミルクの独特な味や香りがすることが多く、好みが分かれる場合がありますが、このカフェはそうではなく、ストロベリーやチョコレートなど、どんなトッピングも合うように作られているため、パンケーキ自体は甘さ控えめ、誰でも美味しく食べられると思います。
注文・調理・配膳・会計など、少人数で切り盛りしているため、注文から給仕まで時間を要することが多いです（勿論、各サービス自体は非常によく、申し分はありません）。出入口には段差があり、しかも扉は手動で開閉する形式であるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はあまりお勧めできません。中津駅から徒歩5〜6分の場所にあり、且つ駐車場も広めに設計されているため、アクセスはいいと思います。

This cafe features a simple yet stylish interior, inspired by a seaside beach house with white sandy shores. The main menu highlights Hawaiian pancakes with various toppings, but you can also enjoy colorful dishes like Loco Moco, Poke, garlic shrimp, and other meat and vegetable options.
The pancakes have a soft, soufflé-like texture, melting in your mouth. Unlike some Hawaiian cafes that use strong coconut milk flavors, which can be divisive, the pancakes here are lightly sweetened and designed to pair well with any topping, whether it’s strawberry, chocolate, or more.
Since the café is run by a small team, the preparation and serving of food may take some time, though the service itself is excellent. The entrance has a step and a manually operated door, making wheelchair accessibility somewhat challenging.
Located a 5 - 6 minute walk from Nakatsu Station, the cafe also has a spacious parking area, making it convenient to visit by car.
