盛岡駅に直結する商業施設『フェザンおでんせ館』の1階にある、盛岡のソウルフードの一つである『じゃじゃ麺』が堪能できるレストランです。出入り口付近にシックで落ち着いた色合いの紫の暖簾がかけられているため分かりやすいです。
商業施設内のフロアの一角にある店舗であるため、店舗としてはやや狭く、席数もそれ程多くはありません。席の構成も1～4人向けで、客席の配置も典型的な商業施設内の小～中規模のレストランと同程度であり、各客席の間隔もそれほど広くは無いため、大人数での利用にはあまり向かず、また大きなスーツケースを店内に持ち込むことも控えた方がいいでしょう。
『じゃじゃ麺』の専門店らしく、メインディッシュはじゃじゃ麺のみです。サイドメニューは餃子のみ、他はドリンク類と非常にシンプルであるため、「盛岡のソウルフードである『じゃじゃ麺』を楽しみたい！」という客にはピッタリのお店だと思います。各席にはじゃじゃ麺の食べ方（必ずしもその通りに食べなければならない、というわけではありません）が掲示されており、しかも英語でも併記されているため、外国人観光客にも楽しめるお店だと思います。
