A great restaurant located slightly off Kokusai Dori with excellent horse meat-based cuisine

馬肉を使用した、カレーが主体の様々な料理が特徴的なレストランですが、個人的には隠れた名店の一つと言ってもいいかもしれません。
国際通りからやや離れたところにあるからか、特に夕食時間帯の利用客は多くなく、少人数であれば予約なしでもすぐに利用できると思います（カウンター席があるため、単身者でも利用しやすいです）。席数は40〜50席程で、バーと居酒屋のそれぞれの良いところを取り入れた造りとなっているように思います。空いた時間に利用したからか、利用客も多くなく、心地よい照明とBGMによって素晴らしい雰囲気が醸し出されていました。
カレーはルーにトマトソースを合わせたものが多く、やや酸味の効いた味わいになっていますが、決してきつい酸味ではなく、ルーとしてのまろやかさも充分に活かした味となっていたように思います。恐らくそれは、他の料理にも使用されているワイン（主に赤ワイン）が影響していると思います。盛り付けもとてもおしゃれで、味だけでなく見た目も充分に楽しめます。
スタッフの接客対応はとても気さくで、それでいて過度にフレンドリーにならず適度な距離を置いたもので、好印象でした。沖縄に行くたびに何度も利用したくなるようなレストランだと思います。

The restaurant features a variety of dishes, mostly curry, using horse meat, and may be considered one of the best hidden restaurants in my opinion.
Perhaps because it's located somewhat far from Kokusai Dori, the restaurant does not attract many customers, especially during dinner hours, and a small group of people can easily use the restaurant without a reservation (counter seating is available, making it easy for singles to use the restaurant). It has about 40-50 seats, and seems to be built to incorporate the best aspects of both a bar and an izakaya. Perhaps because we used it during our free time, there were not many customers, and the comfortable lighting and background music created a wonderful atmosphere.
Many of the curries were made with tomato sauce combined with the roux, which gave them a slightly sour taste, but it was not a harsh acidity, and the mildness of the roux seemed to be fully utilized. Perhaps this was due to the wine (mainly red wine), which is also used in the other dishes. The presentation is also very stylish and fully enjoyable not only in taste but also in appearance.
The staff was very friendly, yet not overly friendly, and kept a reasonable distance, which made a good impression on me. I think this is a restaurant that I would like to visit again and again every time I visit Okinawa.
