長崎駅に隣接する商業施設『アミュプラザ長崎』の5階のレストラン街にあるレストランの一つです。このレストランの入り口に“STEAK”や“HAMBURG”の単語があるように、ステーキやハンバーグを中心としたグリル料理が主体で、特に肉料理が好きな子供を中心に人気が高いです。店内の構造や雰囲気は、商業施設のレストラン街にあるような典型的な洋食店そのものですが、特別感が無い分、気負う事無く利用できると思います。
給仕される料理は、典型的なステーキ料理・ハンバーグ料理を始め、長崎のご当地グルメである『トルコライス』や『レモンステーキ』もあり、メニューは非常に豊富です。盛り付け・味付け共に奇を衒ったところやこのレストランならではのものはなく、いずれもファミリーレストランで見られるような料理そのものと言えます。
商業施設の関係上、平日休日問わずランチタイムは混雑しますが、そのような状況を熟知しるからか、スタッフの接客対応も非常にテキパキとしており、注文・給仕・会計に至るまで、特に不愉快と感じることはありませんでした。

The restaurant's structure and atmosphere are typical of Western-style restaurants found in the restaurant area of commercial facilities, but the lack of a special atmosphere means that customers can use the restaurant without feeling self-conscious.
The menu is very extensive, including typical steak and hamburger steak dishes, as well as Nagasaki's local delicacies such as "Turkey Rice" and "Lemon Steak". There are no eccentricities in the presentation or flavoring of the dishes or anything unique to this restaurant, and all of the dishes can be said to be the same as those found in a family restaurant.
Due to its location in a commercial complex, the restaurant is crowded at lunchtime, both on weekdays and holidays, but perhaps because the staff is well aware of this situation, they are very quick to serve customers, and I never felt any discomfort from ordering, serving, to paying the bill.
