大井町ビルヂングの地下街にあるレストランの一つで、店名にもある通り、煮干しや貝から出汁を採ったスープが特徴のラーメン店です。ビル自体がオフィスビルであり、他のオフィスビルだけでなく東京駅や大手町駅とも地下道を通って利用することが出来るため、天候に左右されることなく気軽に利用できます。その代わり、平日のランチタイムは行列が出来る程人気がありますが、ディナータイムはほとんど混雑している様子は見られず、気軽に利用できると思います。
入口付近にある券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。客席はカウンター席とテーブル席で構成されていますが、全体で20席にも満たず小ぢんまりとしています。通路もやや狭い印象ですが、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方が通りづらいと思うような狭さではないように思います。
煮干しや貝から出汁を採っているものの、魚介類独特の臭みはほとんど感じず、スープはあっさりとしており、後味もすっきりして後の残りません。そのため、比較的女性客の利用が多く見られます。一方で、スープ・麺・トッピングの具材ともに濃厚な味わいは抑え気味のように思い、ガッツリラーメンを食べたい人にとってはやや物足りなさを感じると思います。

It's necessary to purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine near the entrance. Seating consists of counter seats and table seats, but the restaurant is small, with less than 20 seats in total. The aisles also give the impression of being rather narrow, but they do not seem to be so narrow that people with disabilities such as wheelchairs or people carrying large luggage would find it difficult to pass through.
Although soup stock is made from dried sardines and shellfish, there is almost no distinctive seafood smell, and the soup is light and has a clean aftertaste that leaves no aftertaste.
