国際通りだけでもブルーシールは数店舗あり、いずれのブルーシールでもイートインのスペースはあります。ほとんどのブルーシールでは、椅子が設置されていても多くの場合注文したアイスが給仕されるのを待つためのもので、正確にはイートイン用ではなく、イートインスペースを持つブルーシールは少ないです。この店は、国際通りの中心にありながら、イートイン用のスペースも併設されているため、連日多くの観光客が訪れます。
他のブルーシールと同様に、アイスクリーム・ソフトクリーム・ソフトドリンク・クレープで、アイスクリーム・ソフトクリームの給仕方法もカップもしくはワッフルコーンのいずれかとなっており、サービス自体は他のブルーシールと遜色ありません。前述の通り国際通りだけでも数店舗あるため、この店が殊更混雑することはなくうまい具合に分散されており、注文から給仕までの速度も問題ありません。食べ物の他、Tシャツやバッグなどのブルーシールのグッズも購入できます。

Most Blue Seal locations have chairs, often for waiting for your ice cream order to be served, not exactly for eat-in, and few Blue Seal locations have eat-in spaces. This store is located in the center of Kokusai-dori, but has an eat-in space as well, which attracts many tourists every day.
As with other Blue Seal stores, ice cream, soft-serve and ice cream are served in either cups or waffle cones. Other items served include soft drinks and crepes. The service itself is comparable to that of other Blue Seals. As mentioned above, there are several stores on Kokusai-dori alone, so this store is not particularly crowded, and the speed from ordering to serving is also fine. In addition to food, Blue Seal merchandise such as T-shirts and bags can also be purchased.
