国際通りからやや離れたところにある住宅街に囲まれた、民家を改装して造られた沖縄そばのレストランです。昼間であれば明るいためレストランの場所はすぐ分かりますが、夜間は看板のライトが点灯する等、目につきやすい目印が無いため、場所を間違えてしまわないか不安に感じるかもしれません。
古民家のような内装に、日本の昔ながらの調度品がどっしりと置かれていますが、何故かシャンデリアが吊るされているいるというアンバランスさが興味を引き立てます。
著名人も多く訪れているようで、店内には至る所に色紙が貼られています。それくらい有名な店だからか、特に休日には外に列が出来るくらいに客が来店することがあります。一方で客席と厨房が完全に仕切られているだけでなく、スタッフは休みなく調理と配膳に追われているようで、スタッフを呼んでもすぐに応対してくれないことがしばしばあります。それは入口の呼び鈴を鳴らしても同様のことが言えます。基本的に店内の座敷もしくはテーブル席を利用しますが、オープンテラスの席も利用できるようです。しかし混雑時のオープンテラスの使用はあまりお勧め出来ません。
それでも、給仕される料理はいずれもしっかり拵えられており、しかも値段もリーズナブルであるため、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ます。いずれも沖縄料理の定番メニューであるため奇を衒った見た目や味ではありませんが、食後はほっこりする気分になるでしょう。

Surrounded by a residential area slightly away from Kokusai Street, this is an Okinawa soba restaurant built in a renovated private house. The restaurant is easy to find during the daytime, but at nighttime, you may feel uneasy if you are in the wrong place because there are no easily visible signs such as the lights on the signboard.
The restaurant is decorated like an old house with traditional Japanese furnishings, but for some reason, the chandelier hanging in the room is unbalanced and adds to the interest.
It seems that many famous people visit the restaurant, and there are colored papers posted all over the restaurant. Perhaps it is because the restaurant is so famous that there is often a line of customers outside, especially on holidays. On the other hand, not only there is the partition between the seating area and the kitchen, but the staff seems to be busy cooking and serving dishes without a break, and often do not respond immediately when you call for them. The same can be said for ringing the doorbell at the entrance. Basically, you can use the tatami room or table seating inside the restaurant, but you can also use the open terrace seating. However, it's not recommended to use the open terrace when it is crowded.
Nevertheless, all the dishes served are well prepared and reasonably priced, so you can enjoy them all the way through. All of the dishes are standard Okinawan dishes, so they do not look or taste strange, but you will feel relaxed after the meal.
