Stylishly Decorated Soba Diner, it's like fast food and the dishes are served quickly

日本の駅の中にある非常に規模の小さい食堂と言えば、蕎麦屋が挙げられます。そのほとんどがファストフードのような立ち位置で、設備も古く、さらに一部の食堂では席すらなく立ったまま食事を済ませる、というところもあります。
この食堂はそれらと一線を画す、現代的でおしゃれな造りとなっています。テーブル席もありますが主な席の構成はカウンター席であるため、利用客もほとんどが1人といった少人数となっています。
主な料理は、鴨肉がトッピングされた『鴨南蛮』、お揚げ・揚げ玉・玉子・削り節がトッピングされた『むじなそば』、天ぷらが添えられた『天ぷらそば』の三種類。盛り付け方はかけ蕎麦か盛り蕎麦のいずれかになります。ひっきりなしに客が出入りするため、入り口の券売機で食券を購入してから給仕するまでかなり早いです。一方で温かい蕎麦を注文したものの、少し冷めて温かった感じがしました。
東京駅構内は様々な飲食店があるため、そのうちの一つとして挙げられます。

One of the typical diners in a Japanese train station is a soba noodle diner. Most of them are like fast food restaurants, with outdated facilities, and some of them don't even have seats, so you have to finish your meal standing up.
This diner is different from them in that it is modern and stylish. There are some tables, but the main seating is at the counter, and most of the customers are small groups of one.
There are three main dishes: "Kamonanban" topped with duck meat, "Mujina Soba" topped with fried tofu, tempura bits, and yolk, and "Tempura Soba" served with tempura. The serving style is either Kake-soba or Mori-soba. Because of the constant flow of customers coming in and out of the diner, it's quite fast from the time you purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine at the entrance until it's served. On the other hand, although we ordered hot soba, it felt a little cold.
This is one of the variety of restaurants in Tokyo Station.
