東京駅丸の内北口の駅舎内にある美術館です（改札を出る必要があります）。2階と3階の2階分の構成で、展示の内容・数・構成に依りますが、所要時間は大体1時間くらいで回れる中規模クラスの美術館です。目的の新幹線に乗車する前の空き時間を利用して美術品を鑑賞するのもいいかもしれません。
3階の展示室は白い壁を基調としており、室内の構造そのものは他の美術館と差はありません。一方で特徴的なのが2階で、大正時代に建設された駅舎の赤レンガの壁をそのまま展示に活用しています。また駅舎の搭の回廊に沿うように設えた展示室も特徴的で、作品だけでなく内部構造そのものも楽しむことが出来ます。一方で、各展示室そのものが広いわけではないため（建物の構造の関係上搬出入にも課題がありそうですが）、壁面をめいっぱい使うような作品（あるいはそのような作品を扱う展示会）は皆無、あるいは極めて少ないです。
1階の入り口でチケットを購入し、エレベーターで3階へ上がり、そこから降りていくスタイルの美術館です。車椅子等の障碍を持つ人向けにエレベーターでの昇降は可能ですが、やや案内が分かりづらいかもしれません。

The museum is located inside the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station (you will need to exit the station gates), and consists of two floors, the second and third, and is a medium-sized museum that can be visited in about an hour, depending on the content, number, and composition of the exhibits. You may want to take advantage of the free time before boarding the bullet train for your destination to view the art.
The exhibition rooms on the third floor are based on white walls, and the interior structure itself is no different from other museums. The second floor, on the other hand, is unique in that the red brick walls of the Taisho-era station building are used for the exhibition. The exhibition rooms along the north tower corridor of the station building are also unique, allowing visitors to enjoy not only the artworks but also the internal structure itself. On the other hand, since the exhibition rooms themselves are not very spacious, there are no or very few exhibitions that fully utilize the walls.
You buy a ticket at the entrance on the first floor, take the elevator up to the third floor, and go down from there. Elevators are available for those with disabilities such as wheelchairs, but the directions may be a little confusing.
