東京駅構内にあるトンカツ料理のお店です。シックで洗練されたレストラン内部の設えとは裏腹に、給仕係のスタッフの対応はとても柔和で親切です。一方でテキパキと無駄なく給仕するところも印象的でした。
店内の券売機でチケットを購入しますが、券売機の場所がやや分かりづらいです。また東京駅という非常に目まぐるしく客が行き来する駅の中の店であるため、料理は素早く給仕されるものの出来合いのものがほとんどですので、見た目はいまいちに感じるかもしれません。しかしそんな見た目と裏腹に肉はしっかりと柔らかく拵えられているのが印象的でした。
東京駅構内の食事処のお勧めとして挙げられるレストランの一つだと思います。

This is a pork cutlet restaurant located inside Tokyo Station. Despite the chic and sophisticated interior of the restaurant, the serving staff is very polite and helpful. On the other hand, I was also impressed by the way they served the food quickly and without waste.
The ticket vending machine in the restaurant is a bit confusing to find. Also, since the restaurant is located in Tokyo Station, where customers come and go at a very fast pace, most of the dishes are ready-made, although it is served quickly, so it may not look very good. However, despite the appearance, I was impressed by how tender the meat was prepared.
I think this is one of the restaurants that I would recommend for dining in Tokyo Station.
