沖縄、特に那覇市内で鉄板焼きやステーキを食べる時、すぐに目に入るのが、サムズグループのステーキ店です。いずれの店も人気店のため、特に夕食時は混雑は必至。待たずに食事をするのであれば、予約することをお勧めします。それでも注文及び給仕に時間がかかることが多くなるのを考慮すべきだと思います。
このレストランの一番の見どころと言えば、鉄板で食材を焼いて給仕するパフォーマンス。素早い手捌きで食材を切り、鉄板で焼き、味付けをします。ところどころ胡椒等の調味料の入れ物を手で起用に回しながら扱う様は必見！多くの人が、焼き加減よりパフォーマンスに注目してしまうのも分かります。勿論パフォーマンスだけのお店ではなく、用意された食材や焼き加減も充分。楽しい沖縄の夜の食事を楽しめるレストランだと思います。家族や友人と一緒に訪れたいお店の一つです。
