蒲田駅の商業施設のレストラン街にあるトンカツ料理を給仕するレストランで、外観・内装共に、典型的な百貨店のレストラン街にある... 続きを読む和食レストランのそれらと同じです。各テーブルを利用するグループで食事や会話を楽しんでほしいからか、レストラン内は仕切りがやや多めに設置されており、一見するとスタッフを呼びづらそうに思いますが、各テーブルにスタッフを呼ぶためのブザーがあり、また空いている時間帯であれば、スタッフが（可能な限り）全ての席からでも見える場所に立っていることがあります。接客対応の質は全く問題ないと思います。
給仕される料理も、勿論全てにおいて質が高く、美味しくいただけます。豚肉が柔らかく拵えられているのは勿論ですが、一般的なトンカツ料理と比較するとかなり柔らかく、一方で肉そのものの弾力は少し物足りないかな？ という印象です（もしかしたら好みが分かれるかもしれません）。
このレストランで給仕される料理に、豚肉ではなく牛肉を使ったカツ料理がありますが、このレストランの人気メニューのようで、ランチタイムで全て売り切れてしまうことがあることに注意が必要です。

I think the quality of the customer service is perfectly acceptable.
The food served is, of course, of high quality and delicious in every way. The pork is of course tender and well prepared, but it's much softer than most pork cutlets, while the meat itself may lack a little elasticity. This may be a matter of taste.
