新大阪駅に最も近いホテルの一つ。そのため、平日を中心に主に多くのビジネスマンに利用されている。
ホテルの出入り口は1階のみで、2階にチェックインカウンターがある。客室フロアへ昇降するエレベーターは、チェックイン時に渡されるカードキーをエレベーター内の専用のセンサーにかざさないと目的のフロアに停まらない仕組みとなっており、宿泊以外の人物が簡単に立ち入ることが出来ない仕組みになっている。ホテルの1階はレストランになっており、朝食時間帯のみ宿泊者だけに解放されている（それ以外の時間帯は誰でも利用できる）。
客室を含め設備は清潔で整理されているが、難点もいくつかある。多くのビジネスマンが利用する関係上、エレベーター2基では少ない。場合により、1階・フロントのある2階・各客室フロアでかなり待たされることになる。エレベーター内は狭く、目的のフロアへ昇降するためのボタンが複数個所あっても、カードをかざすセンサーが1つしかない。そのセンサーが他の客やカバンで遮られてしまうことがあり、ボタンを押せずに目的のフロアが通り過ぎてしまうケースがしばしばある。しかもセンサーがカードの情報をうまく読み取ってくれないことがある。さらに、特に夜間はホテル周辺にガラの悪い人物が屯していることがある（歩きたばこは勿論、勝手に路上で酒宴を始める、等）。
女性の利用も勿論見られるが、あまり積極的にお勧めできない。同時に小さな子供連れでの利用もあまり勧められない。
This is one of the closest hotels to Shin-Osaka Station. Therefore, it's mainly used by many business people, especially on weekdays.
The hotel has only one entrance on the first floor, and the check-in counter is located on the second floor. The elevators that go up and down to the guestrooms do not stop at the desired floor unless the card key given at check-in is held over the sensor in the elevator, making it impossible for anyone other than hotel guests to enter the elevator. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant, which is open only to hotel guests during breakfast hours (at other times, it is open to anyone).
The facilities, including the guest rooms, are clean and organized, but there are some drawbacks. Due to the large number of business people using the hotel, two elevators are not enough. In some cases, there is a long wait on the first floor, the second floor where the front desk is located, and each guest room floor. The elevators are small, and even though there are several buttons to go up and down to the desired floor, there is only one sensor to hold the card over the elevator. The sensor is sometimes blocked by other passengers or their bags, and the desired floor is often passed by without being able to press the button. Moreover, the sensor sometimes does not read the card information properly. In addition, especially at night, the area around the hotel is often crowded with people with bad manners (smoking while walking, drinking and partying on the street without permission, etc.).
Women are of course welcome in the hotel, but it is not recommended. At the same time, it is not recommended to use the hotel with small children.
