2009年11月7日、いよいよトルコの旅が始まります！

イスタンブール中心部のホテルに泊まって、朝５時半に起床。イスタンブールもう夜明け。朝に見たこのモスク、言葉にできないほど最高でした。

Enjoyed my nice dream in a smal luxury in the centre of Istabul and woke up at half past 5 in the morning.

I can't describe how beautiful the mosque was.

トルコではあっちこっちにトルコ国旗があります。トルコ人の愛国心が伝わります。テリュク民族万歳。

There're many Turkish flags around the country so we can know most of them are patriots.

今からトロイに向かいます。イスタンブールにヨーロッパ側に住んでいたため、今はアジアに向かいます。

Heading for Troy. Troy is in the Asia continent so we have to cross the sea later.

トロイと結構離れているため、ヨーロッパ大陸の端っこにあるレストランで昼食をとって、フェリーでアジア側に渡ります。

We had our lunch at a restaurant near the pier.

うんまぁ、軽いランチだから質は…まぁ。

Well, don't care about the quality of the food.

トルコ人って意外と甘党です。
スイーツなどは日本よりも何倍甘い。
しかし甘すぎて甘さが喉に残って気持ち悪くなった自分です。

バスとか観光客とかいろいろな人や物も乗り込みます。

アジア大陸に着き、すぐにバスでトロイ遺跡に向かいました。入場券はこういう感じです。

面白いことに、この入場券を改札にいれると変な英語が出てきます。

私：あ…なんか英語おかしいけど

ここから先に見えるのが有名がガリポリ海峡ですよ。

第１次世界大戦で、英国陸軍とニュージーランド、オーストラリア軍がここの上陸作戦を行っているときに大規模の死者が出ました。

この事件は今でもイギリス、ニュージーランドとオーストラリアで記念されています。

本当に人懐こくて、私みたいな会ったこともない人でもナデナデさせてくれます。

The dogs there were so friendly too and they always want to play with you.

そこの犬たちもなかなか人と遊ぶのが好きですよ。動物大好きな私にはたまらん。
