  こんにちはー
  間もなくご出発なんですね(^^
  
  私自身はカーニバルに行ったことがなく、2週間前に一瞬行けそうになったのですごい勢いで調べていたのですが…
  結局仕事の関係で9日には現地を出発しなくてはならず、それではつまらないと取り止めたのです…残念
  
  きちんとした回答が1件ついてましたので蛇足かもしれませんが、その時に調べたことからの回答を付けますね
  ただ、私の訳が間違ってしまっていたらほかの方にご指摘いただけるよう、念のため元ソースの英文も併記しておきます(^^;
  
  ■　2月8日（土）18：00～　カンナレージョ地区-サンタルチア駅東側
  こちらは、カーニバルのオープニングイベントで、パレードというよりショー形式みたいですね
  
  Date: February 08, 2020. Saturday.
  The opening of the carnival usually begins on Saturday. Grand Opening of the 2020 Venice Carnival will be held 08 and 09 February. It was "La Festa Veneziana" in past years and a colorful water show in the previous year. Musicians and dancers will entertain the audience. Beginning: 18:00.
  Festa sull'acqua, a show on the Rio di Cannaregio led by Alessandro Martello with two performances at 19 and 21. Venue: Canaregio area.
  
  It is usually held in Rio di Cannaregio area. Rio Cannaregio or the Cannaregio Canal is a canal in the Cannaregio district - it connects the Grand Canal with the Northern Lagoon, it is next to the railway station (east of the station).

  グランカナル沿いの両岸からも見られると書いてあります
  全景を見るにはリアルト橋からが良さそうですが、相当混雑しそうですね
  リアルトに行くなら、ヴァポレットの停泊所はリアルトです

  Sunday 9th February - Venice Carnival continues with the fascinating water parade of the Venetian Rowing Associations: at 11.00 am the parade wills set off from Punta della Dogana and will travel along the Canal Grande to Rio di Cannaregio where it will continue to the applause of the audience along the banks. From midday, food stands will offer cicchetti, savoury specialties of the Venetian cuisine and Venice Carnival cakes, music and animation will surround the water parade in the Cannaregio district.

  場所　Rio di Cannaregio
  ヴァポレットのグリエGuglieとクレアCreaの中間で、サンタルチア駅から1キロ以下なので歩いて行けます。
  
  サイトの写真を見るとかなりの混雑ですね。
  足元とスリには十分注意して楽しんでください。
