キャンセル料については、次のように書いてあるので、航空会社のキャンセル料金と、この会社のキャンセル手数料５０ドルがかかるようです。ほとんどの料金は返金なしとも書いてありますが、返金の要請から７２時間以内に行動を起こすとも書いてあります。返金は４週間以内に終わるとも。

Cancellation charges depend on specific airline rules and/or restrictions that apply to your selected flight/fare.
You must take into account that:
* Most fares are non-refundable.
* Any changes to your flight reservations, as well as cancellations and no-shows will incur additional charges.
* Airline tickets are non-transferable.

Besides airline cancellation and no-show policy, an administration fee of up to USD 50 (or equivalent in your currency) will apply to all cancellations and modifications to your reservation.

We aim to process refunds within 72 hours after receiving your refund request and required information. However, for flights booked by our systems through connectivity to Global Distribution Systems (e.g. Amadeus), once tickets are issued refunds can take up to 4 (four) weeks from the date of cancellation, as payments and reimbursements to/from the airline are processed through IATA’s Billing & Settlement Plan (BSP).

We will not make refunds to credit cards other than the credit card that was used for your booking. We may process refunds via wire transfer, in which case we will deduct any bank charges from the refundable amount.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and availability, some errors might still occur. Once aware of such incidents we will make all reasonable effort to advise you within 48 business hours of the booking being made. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and refund all monies paid, but this of course will be without any liability to you.

Cuba Travel Network初めて聞きました。私は、これまで航空券を予約して予定が変わりキャンセルしたことが２度ほどあります。いづれもキャンセル料金は徴収されました。具体的には、websiteで予約した段階で航空券の料金が確定されクレジットでの引き落としです。そして、そのチケットは格安で当然払い戻し不可でした。つまり、キャンセル料金はチケット代金の100%でとられたということです。先日は、払い戻し不可と明示されていたにもかかわらず、敢えて「よんどころない理由にてキャンセルせざるを得ません。良き回答をお願いします。」と申立のメールを送りました。回答は当然払戻はなく諦めました。参考になれば嬉しいです。
