店名に『Madam』とあるように、スタッフは全員女性です。しかし、当然ではありますが女性であることを言い訳にせず、スタッフ全員が活力ある接客対応をしていたように感じました。沖縄ならではの懐の深い対応の仕方も加わり、それでいて誰に対しても適度な距離感をもって接客していたため、終始楽しいひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。
店内はあまり広くなく、客席も10席余りで、大人数での利用は適さないと思います。建物の1階にあるため車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方も気軽に利用できると思いますが、店内の狭さからあまりお勧めは出来ません。
カフェでありダイニングバーとしての性質を持っているため、お酒の種類は勿論、一品料理の数も非常に豊富です。一見すると沖縄や宮古島ならではの料理の品数は少ないように感じられますが、使用している食材の多くは宮古島産のものを使っているそうです。とは言え、敢えて宮古島産の食材ならではの風味を前面に出し過ぎず、可能な限り多くの人に楽しく味わってもらいたい風味に仕上がっていると思います。
宮古島の豊かな気候を感じながらのランチ、もしくは楽しいひと時を過ごしながらのディナーにうってつけのレストランの一つだと思います。

As the name "Madame" in the restaurant's name implies, all staff members are women. However, the fact that they were all women was not an excuse, and I felt that all the staff members provided a lively service to the customers. The staff members had a deep sense of nostalgia that can only be found in Okinawa, and yet they treated everyone with an appropriate sense of distance, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
The restaurant is not very spacious, with only about 10 seats, so it's not suitable for a large group. It's located on the first floor of a building, so people with disabilities such as wheelchairs and people with large luggage can easily use the restaurant, but I do not recommend it due to the small size of the restaurant.
Since the restaurant has the dual nature of a café and a dining bar, there is a very wide variety of a la carte dishes as well as a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. At first glance, the number of dishes unique to Okinawa and Miyako Island may seem small, but many of the ingredients used are from Miyako Island. However, the restaurant does not dare to over-emphasize the unique flavors of Miyako Island ingredients, but instead offers flavors that we hope will be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
This is one of the best restaurants for lunch while enjoying the rich climate of Miyako Island, or for dinner while having a good time.
