日光駅前にある食堂です。観光地の駅前に連ねているような、典型的な食堂の一つです。メニューも丼物や蕎麦が主流で、いずれの料理にも湯葉が使われていますが、それ以外に奇を衒った具材等は使用されていないため、もし食べるところに迷った場合に利用する店としてこの店が挙げられると思います。
このお店の名物である、湯葉を鶏肉の代わりに卵でとじた『ゆば玉丼』です。湯葉独特のシャキシャキした食感がとてもよかったです。
This is a restaurant in front of Nikko Station, it's one of the typical restaurants in a tourist spot. The menu mainly consists of rice bowls and soba noodles, all of which contain Yuba, but no other fancy ingredients are used.
The specialty of this restaurant is the "Yubatama-don", a bowl of rice topped with Yuba and egg instead of chicken. The crispy texture unique to Yuba was very good.
