羽田空港第1ターミナルの北ウィング内にあるレストランの一つです。保安検査を通過しないと利用できないため、保安検査通過済みで... 続きを読む搭乗する飛行機を待つ間の腹拵え、もしくは空港に到着し、搭乗待合エリアから外に出る前に食事を済ませる、という方が利用します。 店名に『七』とある通り、七つの具材を用いた出汁が特徴です。カツオやイワシ、サバ等の魚介類を使用していますが、魚介類ならではの臭みは全くと言っていいほど感じず、それでいてコクのある風味を楽しむことが出来ます。スッキリした味わいに仕上がっているので食後のくどさは全く感じられませんでした。 このレストランならではの特徴として、盛り付けの半分を埋め尽くすくらいの大きなチャーシューが挙げられます。とは言え厚さはそれ程なく、しっかり柔らかく拵えられているため、誰もがチャーシューと浸されたスープの味の組み合わせを堪能できると思います。 入口付近の券売機で食券を購入し、出来上がり時に受け取りカウンターで料理を受け取るシステムです。食後の食器は、専用の返却カウンターに返却する必要があります。そのため、スタッフとのやり取りは基本的に出来上がった料理を受け取る時のみとなりますが、特に不愉快に感じる接客対応ではありませんでした。 This is one of the restaurants located inside the North Wing of Terminal 1 at Haneda Airport Terminal 1. Since it’s located beyond the security checkpoint, it's mainly used by passengers waiting for their flights after clearing security, or by arriving passengers who want to eat before leaving the departure/arrival area. As the restaurant’s name suggests, its broth is made using seven different ingredients. Although it includes seafood such as bonito, sardines, and mackerel, there is almost none of the strong fishy smell sometimes associated with seafood-based broth. Instead, the soup has a rich yet clean flavor that feels light and refreshing, without leaving a heavy aftertaste. One of the restaurant's distinctive features is its very large slices of chashu pork, which cover nearly half of the bowl. However, the pork itself is not overly thick and is prepared to be extremely tender, making it easy to enjoy together with the flavorful broth. Customers first purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine near the entrance, then collect their dishes at the pickup counter once it's ready. After eating, trays and dishes must be returned to the designated return counter. As a result, interaction with the staff is minimal and mostly limited to receiving the finished meal, but the service was perfectly polite and professional. 閉じる
