  一般的な地域の小さな食堂のようなスタイルのとんかつ専用レストランです。席数は10席にも満たずこぢんまりとしているため、大人...  続きを読む数での利用は適しません。利用した日時に依るのかは分かりませんが、夕食時間帯に利用したのですが、店内の妙な静けさが緊張感を強いられました（客同士の会話、あるいはスタッフと客との会話も無く、BGM等の小気味よい雰囲気にさせるようなものはありません）。また、モスグリーンの壁の色が妙に店内の雰囲気とちぐはぐな感じがしました（あくまで個人的な印象です）。
  店内に入ってすぐ右の券売機で食券を購入します。日本語だけでなく英語・中国語・韓国語にも対応しているため、海外からの観光客も気軽に利用できます。
  ロースカツ定食をいただきました。とんかつはとても丁寧に拵えられてとても美味しかったです。肉の中までじっくりと熱を通していますが、決して柔らかさを損ねることなく、絶妙な食感で最後まで楽しむことが出来ました。ただボリュームがやや少なめで、成人男性では少し物足りなさを感じるかもしれません。全体の量を鑑みるとやや値段が高いと感じるかもしれません。
  ただこういった肉質を熟知したトンカツを給仕する店は、特上の肉を使用したトンカツを食べると真価が分かるかもしれません。余裕がある時にチャレンジしてみたいです。
  
  It is a Tonkatsu restaurant in the style of a typical small local diner. It is a cozy restaurant with seating for less than 10 people, so it is not suitable for larger groups.
  I used this restaurant for dinner, I felt as if the strange silence in the restaurant was forcing me to feel the tension(there was no conversation between customers, or between staff and customers, and there was no background music or anything else to create a pleasant atmosphere). This is my personal opinion, but the moss green wallpaper doesn't really mesh with the atmosphere of the restaurant.
  You'll need to purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine that is right in the restaurant. That ticket machine can display not only Japanese, but also English, Chinese and Korean.
  I had the Loin Tonkatsu Set meal. The Tonkatsu was very carefully prepared and very tasty. Although the meat was slowly heated through, it never lost its tenderness, and the perfect texture allowed us to enjoy it all the way through. However, the amount is small. If you are an adult male you'll find it insufficient. You may also find it a bit pricey.
  However, these restaurants know the quality of the meat and the way it is handled, so they may be most valuable for their Tonkatsu, which is made with the finest meat.  閉じる
